No...just honest ones.....really...honest ones...... You want honesty?? Listen to Saltydog's mp3...Talk about honesty! I listened to Saltydog's mp3 and I can understand where he is coming from! He has a lot on his plate right now and being a plaintiff is not helping it at all. When I think about it - - - Saltydog will get his share whether he's a plaintiff or not!!! I respect his decision and really hope and pray things get settled tomorrow so he doesn't lose everything. I am very glad he gave us the report on the claims and that he is keeping tract. I really hope Salty doesn't become another victim of this prolonged legal action. Salty, keep the faith and I'll be praying for you and your family. tg

Somehow I get the feeling that they are purposely trying to frustrate the shareholder base. They have pounded the base a lot harder these last 8 months, but why? Instead of arguing and complaining, why don't we just ALL forget that we might have a chance of getting something out of this mess and just be done with it already!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on Manny!! Even you got to be a little frustrated with this nonsense. Hell, one of the plantiffs is so sick of the nonsense he is removing himself from the case. He even stated that he does believe some of things that Al is saying. People are just venting with the latest developments. You think it is bad now, wait till tomorow night when the funds are still not released. Briwadd

Thankful - I do understand and share the frustration about the dates that come and go. I think the reason is because new obstacles come and go that are being conquered, one by one. Instead of viewing each obstacle overcome as another victory, we tend to see each one as another failure. I include myself because I get disappointed just like we all do.
I am just saying that the real cause for frustration are the people who are blocking the funds. Not the people who are working on our behalf or the people trying to communicate what they are being told.
It is understandable to me that Attorney Hodges cannot tell anyone the details because the information would get leaked to the very people trying to block the funds. Speaking for myself, I wouldn't want it any other way.
The people blocking the funds want us to turn on one another and take our frustrations out on each other. They are working hard to influence us in this direction. I would rather not allow them to divert our attention this way or give them the satisfaction.
We are a much more powerful force and our chances of success are much higher if we remain united and remember that we are all on the same side. We are not the enemy of each other. And every obstacle overcome is another victory, not another failure.

Thank you Deb!! I agree with you 100%..... can we all hold it together? it has been a long road, some longer than others. Where ever we are on this road.....at least there is a roadand you are on it. if there is er, then this will solve most problems. Hope is a powerful thing, without it you have nothing...truth is also a powerful thing....we need it now more than ever. Truth: we will get paid Un-truths: we can all do without.
If we can just stay with the truth and stay on this road, it is PAVED!!! Thankful

Mr. Hodges:
Stop taking false dates and hopes from these criminals and file the amended complaint already.

Well Hodges IMO, released more info than face value has it. By Hodges directly making the statement that the "Payment Transfer" should have been completed by Aug 13th, states that the complaint filed currently has sufficed to to go to the next phase and/or Hodges has amended his complaint and has not filed it per agreements. I think that to be valuable information. The biggest problem I "read about" was the ?unavailability? of the bank to make the transfer. My concern was that I expected the DTCC to be named as the entity holding this up. Not just a bank. Although that's what he could have been referring to. Al Hodges Statement; "Fifth – By what date will we have Economic Receipt, you ask. We will have it when this initial battle phase comes to a successful conclusion." My confusion in the above statement derives from him stating "initial battle phase". One would assume that this would be the final battle phase. To further confuse the shareholders, one would assume that having -ER=Money being transferred for us to WITHDRAW-is the finish of this saga. But wait, Hodges is implying that that is the initial battle. I'm now under the shivering assumption that there will be battles fought after ER to get the funds to move in our direction. All IMO.

Ishmel, I believe the next battle phase will be when we get our money and the struggle to change things gets real and visible to us.
Think about it. 40,000 new millionaires, with their own thoughts about how things should run and their own definition of integrity, morality, ethics and the use and abuse of power.
The banksters are holding onto their money for all they are worth, because as much as we look forward to the day we get paid, that is the day they dread the most. Because on that day, the status quo ends.
The fear is palpable. It is visible in the little quirks in the 2,500 page laws being passed to manage this transition. Little give me bennies, hidden cover ups, FOIA exemptions, all being insert at the behest of the elite banksters currently running the country. All, an attempt to manage and maintain power once they are finally forced to give up total control.
Once they finally do give it up, the battle will be on. They, fighting to restore full control. Us, fighting for our version of what is right and good and correct in a world where greed has gone mad and brought us to the brink of destroying the planet.
It is going to get ugly, make no mistake about it.

I'm very excited. Just think about it.
What if one of our new billionaires invests in, develops and brings market a system that can get energy from water? It is already possible. All that is needed is to make it efficient and bring it to market.
What would that do to Big Oil and the scum-bag pseudo royalty they have surrounded themselves with, when the source of their wealth becomes obsolete.
We are truly on the brink of exciting and wonderful changes and the only way they will be successful is to shove aside the ruling elite who are fighting so hard to maintain the status quo and keep us as slaves and serfs in their little war machine world.
No more need for oil wars. What a concept, when everyone on the planet can have all the energy they need at very low cost. A cost so low as to be insignificant.
What a concept! What freedoms would that bring?
Oh the horror to the Goldman Sachs and the rest of that scum.
Bring it on.

I like the way you think. After this thing is over I would like to get together with you and discuss this further. I have a couple of engineer friends and we think about things. I would like to include you if you want. Let's get the money first and then I will be in touch.

It is going to get ugly, make no mistake about it. Yes I do agree Brig, one possible result of their being so many new millionaires is the tax increase that will come for us. Tax progressivity was highest in the decades after World War II, when the rich were taxed a stratospheric 88 percent for nearly two decades. This was also an era in which the U.S. economy was a juggernaut, and the American Dream was indisputably alive and well. Because of this, most economists do not believe that high tax rates on the rich are bad for the economy. Personal income tax rate for top bracket1 Years Percent 1945 91% 1946-63 88 1964-81 70 1981-86 50 1988 28 1991 31 www.huppi.com/kangaroo/4Inequality.htmThe Gov't could easily have reason to tax the heck out of us to redistribute the wealth back to the middle class and poor. Very similar to what is being done as we speak. I can see how people/entities unassociated with CMKX would be alarmed to come to find a large %age of their profits taken away each year. I would bribe and fight like no other to prevent that from happening if I were "super rich". Sigh.

Absolutely.
I can't remember the name of the outfit, now. Blue something. Six years ago already, they had built and were testing a system that would extract hydrogen from water. They were building it for quiet power generation on sailboats. (gotta love sailors... hate to hear generator noise, but still want their beer cold)
They put a unit in Catalina Sailboat but the company unfortunately went under before they got it to market. Did the unit fail? Couldn't they make it efficient enough? Did they run out of money? Or did the Bankster Scum NSS them into oblivion?
I don't know, but I would like to find out. I want to see that system work. And then make it efficient enough to work for propulsion too. How amazing would that be? We have the technology. We have the ability to change life on this planet and we are stuck in this 1896 paradigm that was created when man first monopolized and then marketed the sale of oil.
It is time for a change.

Another company is Solomon Technologies. They developed a super simple, super efficient electric motor. A motor capable of sailboat propulsion. Toyota stole the technology and used it to develop their hybrid vehicle. Last I heard, the Patent infringement case was still working its way through the courts while Solomon stock languished and suffered at less than a buck. (It had peaked at $15)
Gee, I wonder how that happened...
Ishmel, it sure would be nice if we could eliminate the IRS (Government collection arm for the private corporation, the Federal Reserve.) and institute a "Consumption" tax. Where the tax was based on environmental cost to produce, consume and dispose...
What a concept...
No tax on raw food, clothing or energy. Anything processed, "Value Enhanced" or artificial gets taxed double.
The constitution does not even discuss a tax on the wages of labor. It discusses taxing Profit only. Is compensation for your labor profit? I think not. Profit from doing business should be taxed.

It takes more energy to separate water into H and O2 then you get when you burn each. So that's why we don't have engines that run on water. One day we will find an efficient way to separate water but not today.
