bluetripp After reviewing the financial statements more closely, it is plain to see that they were not prepared by an accounting professional.
IMO This document was prepared at the last second by a non-accounting person.
The question is; WHY would they put out a financial statement after all these years of preparation that is so obviously wrong? "After intensive work by the Company’s accounting firm, 4 years of financials have been prepared " errrrrr...... Do we know the name of this accounting firm? SINGLE

What was released is just a summary IMO, with certain things intentionally omitted.

And a different view from the "Chips & Dips" board........

First things first....I hope this post finds all here happy & healthy.
I would look at this situation with CMKM Diamonds inc. like a person who just crashed doing 110 m.p.h. on a live T.V. chase from police.
Everyone here watched it live as it happened. And because of that we have taken an interest in the outcome.
Someone asked, SO NOW WHAT?
Well. I would think the crash victim would be entitled to be saved even though they were breaking the law. The problem is that the police, ambulances and traffic "MIGHT" move slower for a criminal than for a law abiding citizen, thus delaying a productive outcome!
So now the doctors have to save the victims LIFE by STABLIZING THE VICTIM long before starting a rehab program for the broken limbs and bones. That is pretty much what Team Tyler has done.
So even though the victim lives, a question of "the quality of life" comes into play. Can the victim have any hope of making a 100% recovery? I guess that depends on the state of mind and the will power of the victim. When someone gives up all belief that they can survive, sometimes they don't.
But it appears that team Tyler has sustained life for CMKM Diamonds Inc. if only for a short period of time. Now the challenge becomes to grow strong everyday and WORK towards getting better.
If it were my family member, I would be thankful and appreciative for the extra time I got and I would do everything I could personally to help insure that a longterm program for healing were put into place.
I think that Team tyler has the right idea and is moving forward towards a better outcome than we all expected after learning of the activities Urban & Co were busy pulling for themselves.
They have some land, they have some cash, they still have people helping them track down every detail they can for recovery.
While I realize we currently have more going out than coming in, it could change at any moment if just one of those core samples turns out to be viable or some assets are recovered that were just well hidden previously.
I am confident that over time we will see more positive results than negative results. As all have stated here previously.....why do all this if you didn't see some good coming out of it? I highly doubt it is to line their own pockets as they could have done that and run already if that were their game. Lord knows their predecessors did!
Regardless of what happens next, it is good to see you all and I am happy to see some names here are now in support of Team Tyler. I guess the old addage of "Actions speak louder than words" still holds true.
Thank you Team Tyler for all you have done and continue to do, and thank you folks for keeping this board open for all the good people!

And.... sets the story straight.Pedro2004 Saturday, September 18, 2010 11:49:34 PM Re: needdiamonds post# 317360 Post # of 317401 FYI The financials were audited, year by year, and are compliant. However...whomever it was that decided to consolidate the eight years of numbers into one page didn't add up the numbers correctly. But overall, the numbers were audited and the tax returns were filed from the audited numbers.

This was just a taste. It doesnt matter if the numbers are a little off its just to show that things have been happening behind the scene. IMO

Agreed! That simple rough draft summary sheet gives shareholders an idea of what has happened from 2002-2009. Of course, CMKM joint ventured with 101047025 Saskatchewan Ltd so it will be interesting to see whats in them and what it becomes....imo

Why can't these clowns give us a schedule of expected events instead of more subliminal messages. I want to see time frames, next events, expectations, etc. Not just here is a filing and a step in the right direction.
