Call me naive... Did we not want this dismissal!? How can funds be released if this is tied up in court? The SEC won. How convenient? Good for them. Smoke 'n' mirrors! Hurry up judge and dismiss this then "show us the MONEY" This all of course is in my Very Honest Opinion! How did you come to that opinion..? As I stated in my previous post. The spinning as this is a good thing has already started.

For sometime now I actually turned positive but I think my inner negativity is coming back.
I did post awhile back that "What if" Hodges was here to put the final nail in the CMKX coffin! I sure hoped I was wrong but if this gets dismissed and NO $$$ comes SOON ( within days) then IMHO Hodges was put here to finalize the end for us.
Hope i'm wrong but he had his chance to put out the evidence and nada.
GLTA- I still hold out hope- I've had some wonderful people close to the action reassure me things are going to be ok and for now I will continue to believe them until proven otherwise.

Eight years of DD. Reading, learning and common sense! Really. You can not release something that is legally bound in court. It makes sense to me. I pay attention to every post good or bad and then draw my OWN opinion. My opinions are Never given to me...

I think we still have to wait on Hodges to give us his up-date.. That's easy.. Right...?

Yes, we have to wait for Al. Not one of us really have a clue what is going on. All opinions, and specultions...at this point. One of these days one of us just might be right!!
Only Al know's.

Just read the complaint. That little thing called evidence keeps coming back to bite us in the butt. At the end of the day, the SEC is right. Al has not made his case. I found myself agreeing with just about everything I read.

The thing that keeps me positive was from the illegally recorded court session where Al described the size of the room in which 'the presentation' was shown to the bad guys. It sounded like first-hand knowledge to me.

Yes Al is the only one to listen to at this point, hope he talks soon. The thing that has always bothered me is Al's comment that his evidence is "persuasive" not "conclusive" IMO

Beavis,
I'm very sorry for your loss. I know the pain you must be feeling. I lost my dad 2 summers ago and my stepdad of 30 years two months ago. I like to think they are in a better place and no longer feel the pain they were suffering.
My deepest sympathy to you and your family.
Bill

I'm begging to see UC, Melvin, and propganda on the hot seat.
Bring on the criminals.
That will set my peace.

It's too early to talk about 'spinning' anything or to start whining. Everyone knew this was coming. We'll see what happens.
