every single email on my inbox and trash just got deleted on my personal email address, much of which is amazing evidence of correspondence with different entities, some of which is saved some not.


This was sent to Mr. Ron Cannan's office today and is what is about to be the foundation of the Canadian action to run parallel with the AG action. In Canada we are there, we have our file and our evidence with the top of the rcmp, it will be now up to them to give us real answers right away or it will be up to all canadians and all shareholders to ask them why they are not.

I will have an update of this tonight, it will be answers or a filing to demand the outing of the cmkx sting/fraud and a demand that the rcmp stop the crimes happening against us

Do I have to go to the step of filing a public complaint against the rcmp before I am get any further information than what you have given me. I have the right to know exactly who is investigating this file and if they are doing a diligent job considering the complete lack of investigating so far as documented in a public complaint against the rcmp.

Also given crimes continue to be perpetrated against all cmkm diamond inc shareholders daily, the question to why this is allowed to continue has to be answered immediately in my opinion, but there are no answers forthcoming for the thousands of canadians who are the victims.

It has to be asked who is getting protected here, and if it is necessary I will file a public complaint to try and force this information to be made public. There are literally thousands of shareholders who will wait for this answer, thousands of victims who continue have crimes committed against them daily as our authorities do nothing.

A simple the shareholders trust fund is there and protected is all we wanted, not too much to ask for, and you don't need a lawyer to release the money that is illegally being withheld from you, we will do our jobs and make sure that happens immediately. Or yes your money is there, it is safe, and we will work to try and get it released. Either one is fine, but silence is actually aiding and abetting the crimes happening against us.

bob, you see this is the issue I have, which will become more apparent soon to all. I filed a case in canada before Al filed his suit, in talks with Al he was nice enough to take a call in my case which didn't happen. I then was told to re-serve the sec, I didn't because and only because Al told me the payment was imminent. Since then it has been imminent twenty times or more, leading people to not take any action, including myself at times.

I have now filed things with the nevada fbi and the rcmp in canada, all the way up to vic toews who deals in international crimes and situations of the magnitude of ours, as well as the public safety minister.

In each case in canada the authorities did not even call Al to verify his statements he has made publicly. Given there seems to be just a string of lies and pumps to all shareholders, including lies to Al, it seems like it is time to move on with another case, the case in canada.

Given Al has access to government records, ie has the witness in the room with the doj and other authorities who worked this operation, it is not legal for only him to have access to those records is it. If one citizen has access to records and can use them for a court case, is it not the law that others have access to that same government, sealed information.

It seems we need to bring out our own bats as the situation is nowhere near done, and we are now back to stuck in purgatory. I know Al is confident, you don't need your bat, everyone is happy, well except for the shareholders who are still in the dark and not happy at all. So excuse me if I am not excited about one thing out right now, not excited to know that acca was always part of the team and still is, not excited that every single authority in the world will not verify Al's claims but also will not confront him at all so as to keep us in the dark totally in collusion.

It is time the shareholders were given a light, not one that goes out each week, one that stays on. It is time you tell us exactly why you don't need a bat, or give us one to use.

The problem I'm seeing here Bob, is that Gus indeed does not know it's going to be over soon. He & others as well as myself would very much appreciate anything that will validate this imminent closure.

Of coarse, we appreciate the efforts of AH & the CMKX team, however, we have been jerked around too many times. It would help to know who is jerking us around. That's the other issue here that Gus is pointing at....The resistance/inability for the shareholders to take proper action for them selves. We are completely in the dark. Bob, you know this, it is the ugly truth yet the truth it is.

Their is little faith in that the information we get is factual, current, truthful, and clear. Although the miscreants may be delaying us and jerking everyone around, their is little to no weight to anything that is said anymore.

You must understand the impact that the extravagant number of failed predictions has & bearing on everything that is said.

Nothing has come to fruition, only more delays.

How do we know that payday is imminent? I don't! I'm told it is. Well I've also been told a lot of other things that never happened.

Again, you must understand the impact it has made on us all to be misinformed so many times. We all know that obfuscation is being used intentionally. Please don't deny it as I really will loose my lunch on this very key board.

I am however, still very hopeful. As there are many things that look bad for us, there are as many that shine the light at the end of the tunnel. I pray very hard to end the suffering of many.
