Georgie, A little Flomax and some Beta Blocker action does wonders! It's a side effect that can only be realized when taken in the right ratios. One can never know these ratios up front. They must be stumbled upon kinda like Johari window, but completely different. Sometimes I think "If I were a sculpter, heh, but then again, no!" ;D Which Beta Blocker are you on...I take some also..gonna go out and get some flomax and have a Jimi Hendrix experience ...I put Johari windows in my house...it just confused me..so I replaced them with PELLA.... ;D ;D Sotalol. It's great for terminating atrial fibrillation, but not as a general beta blocker. Off, I can see why you the Johari windows, they would be confusing for that application... ;D As for the Flomax, well, I let you find out on your own...

August 27, 2010 Dear Mr. Holliday: In the event that you and/or any of the Board members wish to discuss possible resolution of this issue please contact the undersigned directly; if I fail to hear from anyone I will pursue all available remedies, including disclosure of these defalcations to the media. Subject: The Correspondence Brought to this Board by Snifferpup For the sake of argument, let's assume that the letters are authentic, that they were sent to the persons named, and that they were read by these persons. What would lead anybody to get from this that we are close to getting our money? Indeed, the most obvious conclusion to be gained from the publishing of these letters at this time is that they are made public because Hodges is getting nowhere with his demands. I've highlighted a relevant passage from one of the more recent letters to demonstrate my point. You'll note that on August 27th Hodges is threatening to publicly disclose the misappropriation of money if the situation isn't resolved. Well, now we have the public disclosure of these allegations. Would this not suggest to any reasonable minded person that the situation remains unresolved? On December 1, only 5 days from a court decision to dismiss his case, Hodges decides to make good his threat and disclose his specific argument regarding the misappropriation of funds. (Lack of evidence to support his claim notwithstanding, he nevertheless makes the claim public). This calls to mind Bob Hollenegg's inconsistent declarations. The most vivid of these is his assertion made about two months ago: Al is fighting a tremendous battle. Al is determined, dedicated, and armed with every legal weapon available. Bob adds, we will prevail. No reasonable person claims in the one instance that his attorney cannot lose and claims in the next that his attorney is still "fighting a tremendous battle (and) is fighting with "every legal weapon available." Again, the obliviousness to the inconsistency in this kind of thinking is rather painful to observe. ...Warren

Georgie et al,
I have to believe that we all cannot be that dense. An attorney mets another attorney to discuss trillions of dollars and nobody knows anything. Georgie, I have no idea what the hell you are talking about regarding the Bob H email.. it is as it is. This was the first time I ever saw that Bonney is supposed to get 14 trillion dollars.. for what? He is a paymaster.. what does he need Hodges for. People, we are being jerked around royally. I hope Hodges and the gov. aren't in bed together to really stick it to us..
Below is the response I got from Maddox a while back.
If any of the officials, Tyler, Hodges, etc. would should just an ounce of transparency that I have shown with my track record here, this would be over and done with...
Jerry WB
Mr. Jerry XXXXX: Sir, I have no idea as to why you are sending us this Email. Until I received your Email I had never heard of "CMKX Shareholders". I did have the pleasure of meeting Mr. Al Hodges while I was in Virginia to meet with a client and another attorney on unrelated matters. I will provide Mr. Hodges with a copy of your Email.
Sincerely,
Lynwood A. Maddox

Jerry I do not know if any of this is true or not and neither do you ...we can only guess..I could put up a credible front for either side.....Do I like our situation NO..I hate the wait..I hate the lack of communication..and I hate the lack of evidence..on the flip side what does Al Hodges have to gain by putting on a show for 12 months..FOR WHAT....Do I believe everything about the delays..NO..but I cannot say they are not real..I just don't know.. I am not behind the scenes which leaves me at a distinct disadvantage and also leaves me unable to put the pieces together based on reality as opposed to what I think is going on. I cannot pass judgment on Al Hodges.. not really..My question about Al Hodges is why has he taken this to the Federal level..He could have walked long ago and said guys I tried but sorry it didn't work.. I understand too many things are brought to light but not substantiated ..is there a reason for that I do not know...I could only hope...I know how many times in small time business I have asked people to keep things quiet because I do not want anybody to know...and on a much smaller scale than Hodges is working on.. I have to trust Al Hodges and his instincts to associate himself with whom ever he chooses....At this moment he is the closest thing I have to collecting the funds...Do I ever ask myself could it really be this amount of money...sure all the time...and then I ask myself how did a man like Maheu ever bother with this little turd of a company...I have long come to the conclusion that none of this makes any sense and maybe it is not supposed to..and for once in my financial life I was at the right place at the right time.. I believe Al is referring to the $14 million not as belonging to Bonney...but in trust to Bonney as it is earmarked for him personally and he has fiduciary responsibilities to others.. I cannot believe that you would think Mr. Maddox would give you a straight answer.....if indeed he is involved he has to know about CMKX...THERE IS NO WAY HE SITS DOWN WITH HODGES TO DISCUSS TRUSTS AND CMKX DOES NOT COME UP...see Jerry there we go again...neither one of us really knows what is going on...we are all going on assumptions... Maybe I am wrong or maybe you are wrong..WE WILL SEE....

The letter you received from the lawyer is 100% correct.......................Al was not there in the capacity of the CMKX bivens case or for the plaintiffs................Al was there representing other's, IE Michael Cottrell and Pennsyvania investments along with other interests...................And I highly doubt Al or Michael would have ever mentioned CMKX and the crazy phone jockeys of said such name...................................................In order to have an understanding of exactly how CMKX fits with what Al is doing for Michael Cottrell, you would have had to be following what Chris has been putting up around the world with his reports since October of 2005...

Just for the record, by my count Al Hodges has released 31 letters / Faxes / emails for publication by World Reports and now its successor. I would call that an ounce of transparency and a significant attempt to keep us in the loop as best he can.
These are in addition to the formal court filings which are now part of the public record.

I agree with Snifferpup on this. Also, BHollenegg did say that CMKX's trust was funded back in April. So, this is not related to CMKX's fund. However, CMKX from what it sounded like is tied to the World Settlement. So, I would guess that in order for us to get our funds, then "they" would have to release the WGS funds too. IMO Georgie et al, I have to believe that we all cannot be that dense. An attorney mets another attorney to discuss trillions of dollars and nobody knows anything.
