If you use the street view to take a left onto Broadway from there guess what icon shows up... Frizzel Law Firm @ 602 S. Broadway. Remeber those pics could have been taken 4-5 years ago. They only update them every so often. D4E I know, it probably looks worse by now. Here is the photo of the building the Frizzle law firm is located in. Just 3 blocks from where Kevin west is listed. maps.google.com/maps?q=305+South+Broadway,++Tyler,+Texas+75702&layer=c&sll=32.347834,-95.300640&cbp=13,289.07,,0,-30.53&cbll=32.347826,-95.300617&hl=en&gl=us&sspn=0.006295,0.006295&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=305+S+Broadway+Ave,+Tyler,+Smith,+Texas+75702&ll=32.347355,-95.300066&spn=0.004215,0.00677&z=17&panoid=dbsW_bQfbz3VIVJASs_H0A

By the looks of the offices of CMXK Tyler, it looks like we are no further along than we were with the offices of CMKX Vegas.
And is looks like nobody ever shows up.. No wonder the phones wasn't answered..
Just the same old crap..
And yes, the great Canadian exploration site with the old construction equipment and basically a garbage dump brings back such fond memories.
Which brings up the question.. Are we all completely out of our minds thinking we are ever going to get anything out of this mess?

Mike I hope those unpleasant things you speak of are not against the innocent shareholders. Marbear, It's not a matter of "against" the shareholders, but in total lack of having anything to do with looking out for the shareholders. Mike

That's what I meant to say, shareholder neglect.

J WB As I've explained in my thread, "FOLLOW THE MONEY," the corrupt INSIDERS have profited/are profiting nicely; while the clueless OUTSIDERS beg the pablum pushers to feed them their pablum fix. Furthermore, the SEC, which is mandated by law to protect investors, is totally inept and corrupt Does the Madoff Ponzi scam ring a bell? Is it any wonder why the corrupt INSIDERS feel they can perpetrate their scams with impunity?

Mike I hope those unpleasant things you speak of are not against the innocent shareholders. Marbear, It's not a matter of "against" the shareholders, but in total lack of having anything to do with looking out for the shareholders. Mike Anyone else notice that when UPHJ (that's reversed engineered by one letter in the positive) took a dive and revealed itself as not being the Greatest 'Business' Ever Told or Sold, that there was a re-newed interest in exploiting the rotting carcass of CMKX? Remember, we, the lucky shareholders, were so respected that we were called, "Idiots" by the same folks... When UPHJ seemed to be the tastiest of the dog's vomit, there was a new breed of suckers (lappers) ready and willing to slurp all that vomit up. That new breed of "slurpers" became the new breed of "bashers." And they are still with us, to this day... Slurp-injected bashers. (post-faction/getting ahead of myself) When said "brilliant idea" proved itself a "brilliant mistake" CMKX seemed to be, well, sort of, maybe worth exploiting again... Does that ring a bell with anyone? (That should be of concern, really, as these same business geniuses are running CMKX.) An open-bar tab to bill what you want at whatever price you want; now that seems like a pretty good deal... Just a quick question: in medicine we have to go by what is called, "reasonable and customary" fees... A set-fee schedule. Does the same apply to attorneys...? BTW, Mike, your 'Vette has around a 6.0" lower center of gravity (sorry, I'm not hip enough to call it "CG") than Brig's 15-year old Miata. You should easily be able to blow a stock 15-year old Miata into the weeds. If that's a problem give Bondurant or Russell a call. Just an observation.

I was thinking that at one time they bought a house and redid it and had the law offices downstairs and John Martin had an office upstairs. Does that sound familiar to anyone?

Likethecigars, You would think so, but at speeds of 15 miles per hour and slower, the Miata has a much tighter turning raduis. However, step it up a bit (slightly off idle) and the 1.1g turn, 3.4 0-60, 11.25 quarter mile, and 198 top speed (actually 205 with the Predator and Vararam) capabilities begin become apparent in a hurry. Brings new meaning to the term "scary fast!" While I was being kind to Brig, a Miata did give me a run for my money on the Dragon here in Georgia. Well, it was fun watching him wring it out for everything it had while I flipped through various XM channels-voice recognition of course... ;D ;D ;D ;D By the way, if in fact I couldn't blow it away, I don't think Bondurant or Russel would be much assistance... LOL Mike

That was a good message... no matter what the truth really is, it is only what we know - and that is Tyler has acted like asses, to say the least. I paid into Frizzell's part one and two. Since being the company attorney, his tune has changed... then Faulk. WTF - can you say douchebag? If no notice by 1/1/11, I am down like James Brown, on this like stink on a monkey.
