Did anyone notice that all the numbers add up to the 26th of Jan? Which would be the last day Al can file his appeal. Coincidence?
He said Cottrell and Prosperity Packets on 21st then everything else 3-5 days after that.
Granted the Dude from China is here which really makes me think that something is up. This all cant be coincidence! IMO of course!

I've heard that the White Knights will make all of us rich by then! :-) Zando, I'm not the smartest but I believe I have posted real info as to what is transpiring... look, read and understand..... IMO, till the markets are fair and transparent with the derivatives clearing and much more...... Then you will see a appeal....If Al does not appeal then it's over.. and we lost all that has been fought for the last 9+ years IMO Only.... NO MORE NAKED SHORTS... Remember that? I'll coin the saying.... PAY US PENNIES, APPEAL FOR DOLLARS............. ST

What's the point in appealing on a case already dismissed with prejudice to the wrong court demanding monies from the wrong people? Again, I guess I'm missing something.
Oh wait, is that the white nights knocking off my fed ex driver?
This is beyond totally absurd.

Oh wait, is that the white nights knocking off my fed ex driver? This is beyond totally absurd. I couldn't agree more, no need to appeal a lost cause. I am still at a loss on why he sued the SEC in the first place unless he truely thought they had the trust. I think when the SEC atty stated in court that the trust was in a private companies hands AH finally found out who had it, hence the reason he was unsuccessfully trying to contact them and now has called them out to shareholders.

Port there is no appeal as we have the money and the sec is not involved and shouldn't have been since our trustee had the money

Yeti, what would be the relevance of that appeal? I've heard that the White Knights will make all of us rich by then! :-) what was the relevance of any of it, seeing as no evidence was ever presented? it was destined for dismissal from the beginning. who knows... ...oh, wait..."leverage"...

Hmmm? Gotta watch that front sight, it's a little sharp. Can someone call David Copperfield, please. This trick is too complicated... ;D ;D ;D Mike

It was dismissed not once, but twice. With prejudice!. If the Checks are in the packets, with GI, then why in the hell would we go after the Individuals in the SEC for damages as a result of a failure to release funds to the trustees, for the 3rd time. We have been told that all trust are funded. Please can somebody explain this one intellectually. What the heck is wrong with some you. Open your ^%#^*^%$ eyes.

well mike and ish it is time to ask the great state of california and texas why this charade continued when our trustee had constructive control of the money since april if we are not paid on schedule hey. The bivens case is really just like all other cmkx cases, scripted with the authorities, and that is why this is such a tough nut to crack

9. I have been told by three separate independent people, each of whom attest that they have personally viewed at least one package, that the CMKX packages contain written information as well as a preliminary payment in the form of a U.S. Treasury Check in the amount of $0.80 per share.
I suppose 1 or 2 of them saw and opened 1 package, and 1 or 2 of them saw and viewed at least 2 packages.
mmm ... I wonder who these people would be.
Any toughts?
