You need to go back and read all of Hodges' post and Bhollenegg's post. Then if you have any more questions, come back and ask. Not as "OT" as your post, Girl. You do realize that I was talking about Sunbeam's post about the Indian settlement and not yours, right? Because what does the Indian settlement have to do with CMKX anyway? Girl

I was wondering what 'Medallion' was in the rumor post from soonerlew regarding the guy that changed address and got something from UPS. This is the wiki page for Medallion. In the United States, a medallion signature guarantee is a special signature guarantee for the transfer of securities. It is a guarantee by the transferring financial institution that the signature is genuine and the financial institution accepts liability for any forgery. Signature guarantees protect shareholders by preventing unauthorized transfers and possible investor losses. They also limit the liability of the transfer agent who accepts the certificates. Different institutions have different policies as to what type of identification they require to provide the guarantee and whether they charge a fee for such service (usually nominal if any.) Most institutions will not guarantee a signature of someone who has not already been their customer. A medallion signature guarantee is not the same as an acknowledgment by a notary public, in the sense that a "signature guarantee" is a certification by the institution that the signature is authentic, and an acknowledgment is a certification by a notary public attesting that the signer signed a document voluntarily. I think it's this one. www.medallionenterprises.com/ Be sure to read the FAQ.

Girl Yes, I understood that. Since the Indian settlement has been mentioned many times while discussing cmkx, and the potential connection between the two, I would say it is on topic. But that's just me..........ow. ^ .". ^

Interesting. But I'd expect to hear from more than 1 person that they got something. It takes only one person to start a rumor.

I suppose it takes only one to start a rumor but, it really can't start unless someone listens.

I suppose it takes only one to start a rumor but, it really can't start unless someone listens. ;D ;D ;D This is CMKX we are talking about here. I remember my first post on this board. Go back and look at it if you want. It was the only prediction I ever made based on some "good" knowledge by a "reputable" source. I was completely invisible to everybody, but as soon as I typed my message I found my post in almost every Rumor/Buzz thread I read for the next few days. I was completely and utterly wrong about everything but since it was about the people getting filthy rich it was referred to as "he has to be right". That was back in May. If I came to the board today with the same message I would be ridiculed to no end.

please think, people: #1, if this had anything to do with the supposed mass mailings of packets, more than 1 single person would be receiving such messages. thousands of shareholders would be receiving these messages. #2, if when he moved he set up a forwarding address (as is standard practice) then many entities (not just the TA) know his new address. my guess is he forgot he ordered something. **************************** snifferpup Mod Squad Re: The Weekly Buzz 01/24 « Reply #24 Today at 9:22am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's some more info from Tommy this morning..............Trying to find out who's the sender~ dzoldnuts: it left Los Angeles, CA, United States 01/27/2011 3:05 A.M. Yeti, I concur! Nothing to get excited about since if it was really going to happen, many on this board would have the same UPS notifications.
