No one can siphon off interest from a Trust. Just not possible.

No one can siphon off interest from a Trust. Just not possible. Thing is, what if one condition of the trust is that person or persons can withdraw funds from the trust until the trust if finally disbursed? Who knows how many piglets are sucking at the trust teets?

Here's the thing. When a trust is established, that money is invested by the bank managing the trust. A trust, held by a bank includes the value of that trust in their funds on deposit. This allows them to use those assets as part of their cash reserves on balance sheet to show they are liquid.
So, let's say for example, the trust is held by BoA. When that 3.87T is paid out, how much of that money will get re-deposited in Boa? Not a penny that I know of. Same is true of CITI, another likely candidate for being the holder of that trust. The rules of the trust may not allow them to dip into the funds, but the bank holding the trust is making money on the money being made, trust me on that.
Since a large part of being Basel Compliant has been to get monies onto the balance and remove the shadow banking issues that brought us here... an already shaky bank isn't going to be real excited to see 3.87T of On balance sheet assets go elsewhere.
They know that we know they are all frauds. They know that most of us will be building businesses, maybe starting our own banks in some cases and none of that money will come back to them. They will hold onto that money until we claw it from their cold dead (corporate) fingers.
Kinda brings me back around to what I have been saying for 5.5 years. We get paid when the Fed is Dead.

If bob used his shares as collateral on his mortgage, how can he give his shares away? help me understand He will give away millions of dollars, but won't contribute $250.00 to a shareholder fraud attorney??? Al stated that he would notify the shareholders if release was not forthcoming in the near future. I think it is time for that update. Furthermore, I think it is time that he welcomes help from counsel with experience in securities... IMO Briwadd

Nope, just find it ironic he would give up his shares, but not make a small investment to get to the bottom of this... Bob appears to be desperate and unsure of what is going on these days....almost like he is grasping for straws. We have been repeatedly told that this complicated beyond our comprehension. Even told that the national security of the United States could be jepoardized if certain info is released. We are repeatedly informed that powerful nations are working with us......Now Bob wants to know if throwing his shares into the pot may hasten the release of funds ;D....too funny.. However, I am a team player. So this is what I am willing to do for the team......I will not donate any of my shares, but I am willing to donate canned goods to the cause..just let me know! Briwadd

Pretty -SOON- it will be clear to even the most -FLUID- of shareholders that even though -WE WON!- Many shareholders might just need those canned goods to get buy! It's -IMMINANT-
In my opinion

Searvching the UPS site is well beyond grasping straws, more like a hail mary pass form your own one yard line It's like being blind and your room mate changing all the furniture around on ya, laying out all kinds of funky colored clothes. jacket's with "Kick me" signes on the back, etc.
