Single, As a follow up to the prior post, we have had several people deliberately try to derail and sabotage this process with Fryar. All kinds of tactics have been used to consume time and dollars. There have also been many confidentiality breaches intended to derail it as well. Some spent the money just to "get inside" so they could wreck havoc. So, while we talked about full transparency in the beginning, we learned we can't be so open and trusting simply from the aforementioned bahaviors. Give a personality some time and opportunity and it will present itself, and they did. As for the contract language and sharing of information, it's all standard stuff. Those who comply will be fine, those who don't can be terminated at any time. Every Engagement letter I've ever seen has this type of language. Hope this clarifies. Mike Mike, Thanks for the clarification. I do applaud ALL attempts ( that will benefit ALL shareholders) to bring this saga to some kind of closure. The "secrecy" clause is just not my bag. After 7+ years I have had all the "secrecy" I can tolerate, as I am sure ALL shareholders have. Good Luck SINGLE

Well Briwadd, I respectfully disagree with your choice of the 3 options... None of the above 3 apply to me or my FINAL decision for not joining (amongst others) ...... As I stated previously..... ANYTHING found to be proven as fact, I would immediately share with ALL shareholders, regardless of their ability/decision or not to join the Fryar movement. ALL shareholders have had quite enough of "Veiled Secrecy" and deserve to receive facts ASAP when uncovered. So why would I waste $250.00 to join? When in fact I would be immediately forced out, of the movement, for sharing, as the agreement states. Bullying (yes bullying.... imo) into silence does not cut it for me. My loyalty is to ALL shareholders.... SINGLE Single, I don't disagree with your sentiment as there are people that HAVE paid the $250 that, at least partially, share that sentiment. Not everyone in the Fryar action have the exact same expectations, goals and objectives. We have a normal distribution of folks, so there will be some satisfied, some dissatisfied, and some indifferent with the results. The contract is the constract. It's pretty standard stuff. I will promise you this, I personally will share whatever I can with everyone. Our initial intent and goal was to have full transparency. Unfortunately, at the outset, we witnessed a few people intentionally try to deplete our funds. After some discussion, it became clear that there has to be a certain level of confidentiality, which I fully understand. Peronsalities notwithstanding, the shareholder base is comprised of good people by and large (extra extra large in Manny and Ed's case). Mike huh..... But you fail to understand when other lawyer tells you that they can't share due to security reason.........wow. Are we missing something here.....................

But you fail to understand when other lawyer tells you that they can't share due to security reason.........wow. Are we missing something here..................... Assuming you're referring to Hodges, there's a world of difference between the two, so far at least. Fryar was sought out by the client(s) and retained to represent them. Hodges sought out willing plaintiffs, some of which were prolific bulletin board posters. To date Fryar has quietly gone about his business, whatever that business may be. That may change in the future, we don't know, but so far at least he's remained quiet as he does his job. Hodges preaches silence and confidentiality but then sends out wild updates that appear to be taken straight from World Reports and/or culled from cheap, spy novel fiction. There's a marked difference in the level of professionalism that the two attorneys have displayed. Again, to date Fryar has presented and carried himself much like you'd expect from a "normal", professional attorney. The same simply cannot be said about Hodges, he's turned this into a conspiracy laced three ring circus. Through his own updates, personal notes from his West Virginia trip and non-stop, possibly scripted postings by some of his plaintiffs (my opinion only) he's at minimum called his integrity into question and quite possibly his sanity. And for the record, I'm not a part of the Fryar group, the AG movement or any other support or dissent group. The views are simply my personal observations based on what's transpired during the more recent history of CMKX.

Just imagine, one of these days we will be sipping on a Margarita, laying back on a tropical beach somewhere laughing about the past 10 years we have all been through. Well it was nice to dream, back to reality!

Well it was nice to dream, back to reality! The withholding of truth and or funds is as strong now as it ever was. Go to the rumors section and look at the ludicrous (my opinion of course) statements made by ltkk. Then read the very fine, (my opinion) reply, This is going to be some battle. Darn shame we didn't start standing up for ourselves a few years ago. We should have started this in 2006. Whatever happened to the "asset distribution" that we were told we were going to see? We were told this during the cert pull.

Just so you and others know, none of us asked for the confidentiality clause, Attorney Fryar required it in the contract, which is really pretty boilerplate. Best regards, Mike

Why all the misinformation AND disinformation? It's almost (almost) like part of the plam is for the disinformation to be used as a means of self-discreditation (not sure that's a word, but!). Fascinating to watch, though. Mike

It's IMO apart of the plan to make us all look crazy so to thwart real inquiries into the CMKX scandal. Assisted by the ever so non existent Tyler co who denies having any information pertaining to anything about a trust for shareholders. All we have is a attorney who continually gets shut down by the courts. I'm waiting for this to be throw out of the appeals court by the end of the year.

The Circus keeps rolling on eh? CMKX future still uncertain along with other crazy theories. I think incoming Elenin(comet) has a greater chance of being real than us shareholders getting any money. www.youtube.com/user/jcatteraHave fun.

Anyway, some would call it "back peddling" I wouldn't call it that because I see that we've been conditioned to "wait" for many years now and for our own good too. We shall see. =^ .". ^=

ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=1022586 Whoa, 10 cents is all we get? I agree send the checks back and demand nothing less than wait let me see 10.5 cents per share. Yeah that's it. That'll show em. I agree I would cash that thing in a heartbeat and never look back. IMO
