Thanks seagull (6:18 PM) MisisipiFlyer: As a shareholder who is waiting for our packets, the Fines and Penalties and the release of the Funds from the Trust of $3.87 Trillion Dollars for the shareholders, ALL Bonafide Shareholders must follow precisely the instructions within the packet, including making your option choices (6:18 PM) MisisipiFlyer: Before those options can be acted upon the NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT will be signed by Bonafide Shareholders and must be ADHERED TOO IMPLICITLY! I cannot not stress that enough to for the shareholders. Receive your funds and refrain from communicating about how you received your wealth. (6:19 PM) MisisipiFlyer: Yes, many people you have shared this investment with over the years and those who did not listen and purchase will know something, although it will be your utmost job to keep from communicating/acknowledging anything. (6:21 PM) MisisipiFlyer: If a Bank/Big Business has to fail they let them fail. Should these Banks/Big Business need financial assistance then seek it privately and not from the taxpayers of the Country. (6:22 PM) MisisipiFlyer: cmkmgrapevine.proboards.com/index....09&page=1#20708 Harv~ (6:22 PM) MisisipiFlyer: IMO a well thought out post, and should be read by everyone that hasn't taken time to read it. oh please please please let this be the scenario...
mcfly Re: BOAT ROCKIN RUMOR & FUN THURSDAY!!! « Reply #4 Today at 9:04am » Just a thought...but follow me here for one minute.
Yesterday we got news that the company made a mistake and now they are no longer a company in the eyes of the State of Texas.
There are alot of rumors out there: goodbye old Co. and hello new co.
Also there was Wyatt's post about following the directions in the packets and not deviating and also keeping our mouths shut.
and the ever so clever Don awhile ago saying that there would be Chaos before we received anything!
So with all this info...I was thinking maybe, just maybe that the packets are in route to all of us, and that the instructions in the packets would refer to "New Co".
After we receive the packets, then company PR that says something to the effect of : now that you all have received your instuctions, this is where the company is and where we are going.
Just a thought. AIMHO

portrush Re: Tyler Delisted « Reply #23 Today at 3:42pm » It means, so I'm told, that they didn't follow the instructions that were provided on how to file properly and now are in the process of a do-over. A glitch to be fixed, again I'm told, by the end of the week.
I would rather it meant the check was on the way...unfortunately it means someone didn't "check their work" before turning it in.
It happens. pr
lowriderbill Port,
The only thing that doesn't add up to me is this line:
"That the entity has been given not less than 90 days notice of its neglect, delinquincy or omission by certified mail."
This means that the company was already notified that it was delinquint and was given 90 days to correct the delinquincy before termination. Why wait until termination before taking corrective action? I guess not having an office or a registered agent is a glitch now, LOL?
Thanks for playing Tyler...

The EAPD Defendants raise this issue as a motion in limine because the EAPD Defendants anticipate that CMKM will not only attempt to introduce evidence relating to its shareholders' alleged damages during its case-in-chief, but will also raise the argument during the opening statement. Since this evidence should be excluded, the EAPD Defendants address this issue now in an effort to help eliminate later debate that could delay trial. Evidence relating to the alleged harm suffered by the CMKM shareholders should be excluded for the following reasons: • the evidence is not relevant; • even if the evidence were relevant, it would unfairly prejudice the EAPD Defendants, confuse the relevant issues, and mislead the jury; • CMKM has no standing to recover on behalf of its shareholders; and • the shareholders' claims are entirely speculative since none have been filed and the parties have conducted no discovery on the issues relevant to those potential claims.

It certainly wasn't Brokers or Shorts From Plaintiffs Opposition to Glenns Motion for Summary Judgement Both such actions had occurred. It would have been a simple matter to investigate the truth of these allegations but there is no evidence to support Mr, Glenn having ever taken the time to investigate the matters. Instead he continued produce opinion letters resulting in the massive share dilution and issuance of free trading stock by the hundreds of billions to people and companies who never paid for the stock. ie: Edwards, Edwards Companies and others

johnjrambothe2nd God of Diamonds Re: ***Rumor Discussion Thread*** « Reply #353 Today at 1:57pm » Objectively speaking, and putting all emotions and bickering aside, if Mr. Fryar has any degree of success, we will all benefit, regardless of our opinion of the people who hired him. Mr. Fryar is a professional, governed and constrained by the letter of the law, some of his clients' emotions/perceptions are irrelevant, he will be following legal procedure in his investigation. As for Mr. Hodges, he has nothing to fear if he has no ulterior motives, so far, it seems that Mr. Hodges is completely unconcerned

I don't think any of us can prove whether or not they have been pealing the interest off of the trust, I personally don't think they are.
I think the long wait has nothing to do with what your insinuating, the plan has it's course to take and certain items had to be accomplished, remember we are a very small part of a much bigger plan.
The bigger plan is far more important to be finished or accomplished than you and I being paid, the big plan involved defeating a group of people and ideology so corrupt that if they had there way, we wouldn't be paid, but a group of very caring and intelligent people fought for US and to change a system of stealing from hard working investors.
In the past with these certain criminals in charge, Wall Street was only a place to give away your money to the banking cartel, it has always been a rigged game, ALWAYS. They tip off their friends when to buy and sell at the perfect time so they are the only true winners. It may be taking a very long time but this time we are going to win and they have lost. Time will prove this statement correct.
Without these brave souls, we may have never seen a penny but I'm very confident we will see a massive return on investment. Not even Home Depot or Microsoft investors made millions overnight, it took decades for such profits. CMKX has been no different. I personally believe in the end, CMKX investors will see a ROI like never seen before and the public won't ever no it. But hey, I can keep a secret in exchange for $3.87 Trillion __
When this is over, It would be a safe bet to say everyone will say. "This was definitely worth the wait"
Don, IMHO
