It is supposed to be... But I wouldn't swear to it. I have a horrible feeling that we will all be doing a whole LOT of swearing, come September...

As many have commented...This is very exciting! However we need to keep pressing until we receive "The Package". Many dates have slipped in the past.... We need to continue with: - Supporting the voting for the online news source (Conservative News). Want to ensure they post an article about CMKX - If you believe in what gusjarvis is doing.....support his efforts. - If you are a part of the legal action out of Texas....keep pressing Dont stop until we have crossed the finish line! Let's not forget this, gang! And it's been 14 days now since the announcement so to me it seems, that this will go right to the end, (happening anytime within the 30 day extension). Yes, it's not hard to figure out that this isn't going to end "within" the 30 days but will go to the end of it, if not past. So let's keep applying the pressure gang! GO FRYAR!!

Whether or not Hodges wins his request for an extension, the case should be settled within thirty days from now. After all, Al swore this to be true. Well, today wraps up day 17. Just sayin' =^ .". ^=

I will tell you what's going to happen. The extension will run it's course, Hodges will submit "whatever" and it will be batted over to the opposition's side of the net. Then, to quote a guy who had a grasp of things, bjenkins, "nothing will happen until September 23rd." =^ .". ^=

bluetripp1: Al Hodges' case is: Court of Appeals Docket #: 11-55169 Nature of Suit: 3440 Other Civil Rights. Nothing new on pacer re Al H.'s case since 08/23/2011
PJRace1B: vcalv, Don't think Al can file until the Judge rules on the SEC motion to stop Al from filing and drop the case.
