What is the latest from Hodges? Does anyone know Wyatt or Bob H to find out? Is there going to be a State of the Hodges address soon? By: bhollenegg 30 Aug 2011, 02:55 PM EDT Gusjarvis, We all want answers and are just as frustrated, but going after the ones working to get the funds released is not going to get answers or release the funds. Attorney Hodges will inform us when it is done. They are not playing games. This is serious and involves many entities. Attorney Hodges and his Team will prevail. Spend time with family or projects...posting or reading negative messages will only bring you down. ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=1034768

I am pro Bob & Hodges and only wish for success... Seriously, how can anyone put down an Attorney who hasn't asked for a single penny? Who only is trying to find justice for us? Frizzell had his own send money service when he first started and attorney Fryar his own send money... What happened with the CMKX group? I am sure there were other attorneys too for the past 7 years. My belief is that Attorney Hodges now has more into seeing this through than anyone else. Hope we see the light at the end of this tunnel and not a black hole... Which group is going to have the last laugh? The one who gets to say, "Ha, told you so!" Hodges camp, or everyone else? I wish Al the best

I'm hearing too much rumbling in the background about Hodges planning to appeal to the US Supream Court when the case is finished.
Has anybody seen any comments from the insiders to this affect. Does Bob or Wyatt have a opinion of hodges next move?
Sincerely,

Hey Port,
Port, Question for you or any of the other mods. Didn't I see a thread on this board last night from a poster from Sirus News that talked to someone in the appeals court system that told the poster that the judge could take 2-3 months to make his decision? I don't see it on the board this morning. Was that determined to be a bogus post? The poster displayed the phone # of the court asking to all of us to bombard the court with phone calls to alledgedly force the judge to not take his time making his determination. Strange.

I had my sources check their sources and they are saying that Hodges has already made comments as to appealing to the Supreme Court.
I'm asking those out there if you've see anything from the insiders as to this effect. I'm curious if this is going to play out for another 4 years?
This should be on the minds of every shareholder out there. Appealing to the SC means yeeeeeaaaaaaarrrrrsssss of waiting. No different than now anyways.
Hey Portrush, seriously is Hodges broke?

It didn't take the lower courts over a week to rule on this case, and they did it every time Hodges appealed. Why is this JUDGE taking so long to rule...? Interesting...

It was me that deleted that post because I thought it wold be wrong to bombard the court with phone calls to force the judge into making a determination, that would be more damaging than helpful!!

Manny,
I agree. Who wants to p*** off a judge while hoping for him to rule in your favor.\?
This Serius News fellow seems to be pretty sharp, imo... but I don't know WHAT his thought process was when he came up with this!~

Agreed completely, Manny. It's one thing to badger and bombard our elected officials (go for it) But, judges do not answer to us, they answer to the law and are responsible to the law.
As far as I'm concerned the only thing bombarding the judge's office or the motions office would do is to encourage the judge to find a way to use the law to rule against our collective butts.
Suggesting and encouraging mass calls to the motions office is not only irresponsible, it could very well be fatal to us.
I know people are anxious and sick of the wait. But being Stupid is simply not the answer for anyone.
Unfortunately, there appears to be plenty of that going around in this stock.

If insiders wanted to let you know what was going on they would call you....and your sources like my sources have not been able to pinpoint the answers that we are all searching for. Hodges stated from day one if need be he would take this to the Supreme Court so that should not surprise you either. How do you define broke....One can transfer all their belonging to their children and 5 years later they can be considered broke...on paper that is...you will never find out if the man is broke...not even if he tells you himself..this is coming from a person that has been around the block many times..

You're right Georgie, Hodges did say that he would take it to the Supreme Court if needed. Makes my question moot with that said. I don't care what Hodge's personal financial issues are or how they became. I do however, consider our interest with somebody who's broke & can't pay their bills. Not to suggest that Hodge's is. I'm trying to find out. I was personally took back when I witnessed a highly respected board moderator amongst others; post Hodges office information in response to inquiries of posters wanting to make donations to him. Also Georgie, you're one of the few I consider to have a few brain cells left to comprehend reality. Now listen, if Hodges is appealing to the USSC, he's only appealing the decision issued in the lower courts. The USSC will take NOTHING else into consideration. What conclusion does this lead you to? Do you believe Hodges is able to over turn this decision? How? JWLOB, feel free to take a whack at it as well. It will do some good for you.

IF he has to do that, then we will discuss that.. Keep it simple. I don't have time for this.. Thanks
