goodolboy Administrator Re: The BODs Quit « Reply #14 Today at 7:58am » No doubt there is conflict with the BODs as they have been completely useless for some time now. As Pedro mentioned on another board, we haven't even gotten the 2010 financials. Why wouldn't they produce them? My guess is when they received a certain monetary settlement, they rewarded themselves, and afraid the shareholders will be outraged. Oh well... you reap what you sow.

I can confirm this rumor. My sources tell me there has been a meltdown between the BOD members and some left. But this does NOT change the movement forward.
News will be forthcoming sOoN and the number will be set back up sOoN.
As for the break up of the board, ......................

It would be up to the shareholder to spend real money just to fly and motel so writing the company can't afford a shareholder meeting doesn't work. The meeting doesn't have to me formal. Have you ever heard of the new way to have a meeting? Called conference call allowing shareholders to hear from management and end with a question and answer period. anny What's wrong with starting with a conference call. Normal companies do these to keep shareholders informed. Usually it only takes a press release to get the word out. It could be held in a more formal way to keep everyone on the same page during the call.

By: king1000 07 Nov 2011, 06:51 PM EST Rating: Msg. 1046170 of 1046182 broke you feelings are understandable of course, this is a joke
our company is a joke, Al Hodges communications a joke, him hiding the information a joke, Bill and the company pretending they don't know the information a joke, listening to the company posters and Al's posters who work together a joke, watching Melvin post again joke, our bod joke, the oig reports completely skipping over the sec's role in this a joke, the doj refusing to answer any questions at all a joke, the sec refusing to answer one question a joke, the case against Roger Glenn joke, Star/Shore case joke, sec administrative hearing joke, current court cases a joke, supposedly just not going after the brokers when they had the best documented evidence ever joke, Fryar not subpoenaing that evidence joke, the promise of this is it it is over for sure by the plaintiffs for two years a complete joke, etc, etc, etc.
The only thing that holds promise that this isn't a complete scam run by Robert Maheu, Al Hodges, Bill Frizzell, Urban Casavant, Emerson Koch, the SEC, the DOJ, and others to steal our land is the fact others are in our same boat waiting to have their shorts settled somehow, ie BCIT, Overstock, Eagletech, Global Links, and others.
Remember Overstock bought shares and ordered their certs, and couldn't get them. CMKX certed 622 billion illegally sold shares, that money, whatever it was, will be released one day, and Overstock will win their case and get their compensation as well one day.
We will likely go to March with Overstock and get the same song and dance till then, but we will see, maybe the rumors that it is over this week for sure will be right for once.

By: retireman 09 Nov 2011, 08:21 AM EST Rating: Msg. 1046433 of 1046633 Jump to msg. # GOB.. this is fact as I know it. Having talked to Agent Burkin several times personally.. and if they are reading this at this point, I really don't care.. because I have had enough of all of it..
In my first call, I told Agent Burkin what the shareholders want now is this trust drama to end and the truth be known, and if he wants to end it in five minutes, he needs to confront Hodges and Peter Maheu and find out which is telling him the truth. I informed him of the Fryar effort to contact both of these people as well as various attempts by shareholders to do the same and put this to rest. I also presented him the Hodges' writings in which he implicated Maheu as the source of the delay, as to the distribution of the funds.
In a following call, I asked Agent Burkin if he had indeed talked to these men. He said, he couldn't, as per FBI regulations, give me the details of his investigation right now, and in fairness to each person involved, respect their legal privacy as had been extended to me and all others interviewed. I told him that we had heard and been through enough and we just want action, which he clearly understands. He understands we just want the truth and have jerked around endlessly by all involved here. He told me that he would volunteer to me that Peter Maheu was a person of interest in this current investigation.
That to me says, they are investigating this situation.
I also got the feeling from Mr. Burkin that he is no fan of Bill Frizzell.
So that is the truth as I know it.. Mr. Burkin did tell me that when the investigation closes, all records of their efforts will be open to view.

But if you accept the veiw that this whole journey was set up by spooks, spook contractors and bureaucrats, do you really think anyone is going to reveal the inner workings of this journey? With the criminal shenanigans that pop up daily, revealing the extension of the debt, collusion, fraud and unethical inner workings of the Federal Government agencies, brokerages and banks, I don't know why they would treat shareholders of a revoked penny stock with any higher regard. They have treated us with disdain. They have treated everyone with a loathing I didn't know was possible from financial professionals. We have been the victims of continued information smackdowns from every angle, and it has been very frustrating.
But guys like Bob know in advance they are going to take a basher beating just as soon as they start posting, so they is more there than meets the eye, for me. I think he knows a ton more that he can talk about. I don't know exactly why there is so much secrecy surrounding CMKM Diamonds. Maybe it is huge after all, and big targets can attract big crime. We just have to wait, and maybe some of the answers will be forthcoming, but probably not on a message board. GLTY. eom.
