An old Bob Maheu story with a shareholder
I remember a story vaguely from back in 07. A shareholder I believe was from Massachusetts and obviously Bob Maheu had his time there too in his life. Anyway, this shareholder sent Bob Maheu a picture (in a nice frame) of a bridge or something of that nature, that was in Massachusetts, for a Christmas gift. Bob Maheu sent a thank you card back to this shareholder and in that card it had a message but the part of the message I remember was Bob Maheu saying, " HANG IN THERE," (to close his message). Now what is interesting was the timing of this message/ thank you card to the shareholder. During this time was when Bob Maheu was being vocal that he had no attachments to CMKM anymore and it seemed to me that Bob Maheu had to make it look like such. But yet he sends a thank you card back to a person who he knew was a CMKM shareholder, with a "hang in there" to end the message.
Just thought I would bring this story from the past back up.

---That's a great one Duc, one that I forgot about...thanks...
Here's the one from Dreamweaver...................She and her husband, Mr dream and daughter, little dream, live in NJ right across the Lenapehanna River, or as most know it, the delaware river from me.....................Although I have never meet them, I have heard her, her husband and even little dream talk in the Grapevine over the past several years................Even little dream yesterday had a little to say and it's truly wonderful hearing her grow..................Below is dreamweavers post in reference to what pennypauly asked...............She posted this in the millionaires board in April of 2009..................It's a good post, yet better to hear it from dream and even Mr dream...
A wonderful family with a wonderful story in the history of CMKX~
Hi Everyone, I rarely post as there are excellent communicators in these rooms that express my thoughts in better ways than I ever could. (ex. bholl) I want to remind you of something that my husband and I know from a FIRST HAND source. The reason that this information is so great is that this man is not our friend, not on the boards or in the chat rooms, and does not own one share of CMKX stock and brought the information up with specific knowledge and names without my husband saying them. He was a patient of my husbands who got in a conversation with him. During the conversation he shared that he was a long time colleague and friend of Mr. Maheu's who was there in the room when the last of the monies were collected and safeguarded for us. Mr. Maheu and team have been working very hard for us. Mr. Maheu was a true patriot through and through and made sure that the last of the monies were collected before he passed. And he protected them. First hand info. does not get any better than this. We do not know when or how much but rest assured there are monies for us and they have been safeguarded. Iwill not respond to any comments as we have no further information to tell beyond this and it is very important for us to protect this man's privacy. But know he is the real deal. Hang in there!!!!!!!!! Please don't get discouraged we are in good hands and the monies are REAL. Much Blessings to you all!!

Dizardos is incorrect that the White hat report signals delay. We know exactly where that comes from. If there is a delay which my sources say there is not, then it is not caused by any report. IMHHO we are waiting purely on a timing issue. This must have the effect it was designed to create and there is only 1 chance to get it right. From all I have gathered we are in a win/win situation. Believe me it has been way too long at my house too. My best to all and my prayers for those that are hurting. Lt.KK

O.K, here it goes.......................Monday or Tuesday.................................too much lined up as of now..............................we have been here though but not exactly quiet here. I do have access to one guru and he, as well as his croonies are all saying about the same thing.....................Monday to Tuesday, moneys combined, 11ish.............................So there you have it, this officially makes me the new guru because of information my group at work has obtained. We feel there is a great chance this will be right this time. And we are very hard to please, very hard. Walking Tall is walking it I tell you. We have banking connections, we have local Tyler rumors since we all live in the area, we have researchers that check around 23 information outlets and we again feel like we are here.
Do we know, probably, but to cover my bohunkus, JHMO.

Seems like a stretch but I heard $3.50 more than once within the past 2 - 3 months. This was from reliable sources but then later heard $2.50 again from another source. The $3.50 was from a most reliable source....But who really knows?

This has turned into a marathon.
Expecting the same outcome on appeal, because the court does not want to set precedent. Then it goes to the highest court, where the people there have the option of hearing what ever case they desire. A court filled with political cronies of the Bushes and Clinton.
Good luck with those guys.

Pootsa,
Normally I'd agree except for one very important item...DISCOVERY. If the court allows the appeal to move forward in January after hearing the replies from both sides, we move forward with hard evidence.
Wouldn't it be interesting if the 108 boxes of evidence located at the Foley Federal Building in Las Vegas were subpoenaed? I seem to remember something that said "informant audio recording" and "evidence that could impeach witnesses". Not to mention the rumored Maheu Power Point presentation. Anyone think a sealed interplead might be in there as well?
It's a nice view from the catbird seat. Waiting is the hardest part.
Have a good day:)

The real question in my mind is if AH can provide additional evidence. I also wonder why he didn't include same in the original Biven Action.
Opposing lawyers do discuss things outside of the court room and I am guessing that AH was lied to by the SEC legal team as in encouraged not to enter the aforementioned boxes, or tape of Mr. Maheu, into evidence.
lowriderbill DIAMOND DIGGER Re: What is the next step?
Drillbit,
From what I can remember, the reason Hodges didn't "drop the bomb" last December is because he was led to believe by the SEC that we would be paid before the end of 2010. If you refer to his comments around this time last year, he stated that allowing the lawsuit to be dismissed was necessary for us to receive payment. His comments on the courthouse steps about being a "betting man" were a direct result of this.
Once Christmas and the new year passed without payment, he stated in his January update that the reasons for delay had expired. He also said if the SEC didn't live up to it's agreement and allow payment before the end of January 2011 then he would file the appeal. Obviously it's eleven months later and we still haven't been paid so we continue to play the legal game and move forward with the appeal.
We're now at the point where the court must decide if it's going to allow the appeal to move forward. The SEC response to Hodge's appeal brief is due January 4th and Hodge's response to the SEC response is due either 10 or 30 days after that. I don't know how long the court will take to decide whether or not to allow the appeal to move forward at that point, but based on how long it took to allow the appeal brief to move forward this last August, my guess would be about 30-60 days. That puts us at roughly the February/March 2011 time frame before discovery could begin. It's my opinion that this suit won't reach discovery though as that's when Hodge's can finally drop the hammer.
One thing we all need to understand though is that payment can actually happen at any time. It's my belief that the government is holding up payment in order to mask it with a larger infusion of liquidity worldwide. Call it world global settlements, debt repudiation, currency revaluation, or whatever you want. It's all the same thing becuase it means a massive amount of money creation. It's my opinion that our trustee won't release any of the trust monies until the government releases the fines and penalties. If the trust goes first, then the government has no reason to pay the F&P and possibly never will. I don't think the government wants bit by bit of devaluation. I believe it wants to do it so the devalued money hits the system all at once.
Whether or not a new currency is part of all this as others have stated is still up in the air. However, I believe it's coming at some point, sooner rather than later. The thing is I don't believe any new currency backed by metals, commodities, hard assets, or productive capacity will be for the common man to use. I believe all of the above, combined with some measure of global liquidity, will be used by sovereign nations to settle trade balances. In other words, a new global reserve currency. The common man will be left to use his/her local currency for day to day affairs. Each nation will then have to use it's home currency, valued and traded in the currency markets, to purchase units of this global reserve currency in order to settle trade. You might just see something like the IMF SDR used for this purpose.
History has taught us many things if we would just choose to listen.

And I agree, sure why not have the great efforts of this shareholder base email around or spread around Al's filing. That only gets it out there for more eyes to gain focus to. I believe that helps in the leverage category that the longer this goes, the more that people are going to be aware of the true situations. A perfect example, look at the "Occupy Movement." Many months back it was not here then it spread like wild fire and global very quickly. As everyone's white picket fence pleasurable pasts, dwindle more and more by each day, their focuses will be like a wide light thinning to a laser. And as a person is only able to then have their focus to a laser point to this whole mess, it is only going to become more and more bad the longer things keep getting worse. All who have control, can not go back to the days of no one is looking and sneaky personal gain business. Eyes are watching and it grows by the day as the Occupy movement has. So while we are here, why not spread Al's message throughout and to all possible. The understanding of our situation is ripe to the minds of most today with the current financial crisis globally. So the audience with growing eyes can add to leverage and pressure to get done what needs to get done and with the good of all. I am truly sick & tired of the "veiled" "sketchy" & "mis-leading" information that is spoon fed to the majority of the shareholders by the company we ALL invested in. My guess is that STEVE or STEVEN, whatever...... is not actually the REAL FIRST name of Mr. Kirkpatrick. Could it be JOHN STEVEN KIRKPATRICK, from Alabama?? other?? Could be a coincidence.... but imo.....would be a really huge coincidence. I believe...Tylers identification of Mr. Kirkpatrick as STEVE lead many shareholders on a wild goose chase with their due diligence, as we are being told that the Steve Kirkpatrick, (the mining consultant), uncovered by shareholders, is (unfortunately for us) not the one and the same. Thumbs up & a thank you to those shareholders who used their VALUABLE TIME & EFFORTS to follow up on a FACT that was supplied by TYLER. But hey.....Guess it isn't the first time, nor will it be the last time that TYLER has or will show lack of concern for the majority of the shareholders. Evidently a certain few on the FISHY board had a bit more information, than the rest of the shareholders had, which afforded them the opportunity to definitely state that the mining consultant was the wrong person. With the information SUPPLIED SOLELY in the "UPDATE", certainly the mining consultant would have been the #1 hopeful. Unfair playing field..... where info is concerned ?? YET....... You, Mr F4D, & any other guilty...... Once again, have shown your true characters & ugly colors by seizing yet another hateful opportunity to practice your "infamous" name calling, disrespect & insulting of other shareholders, despite the lopsided circumstances. My thoughts...... Right or wrong?? Time will tell. SINGLE
