One point of argument engages an exchange about eligibility for proceeds of a 'trust' that is in itself an argument of it's own. Argument has been made that in order to be eligible to share in the proceeds of the 'trust', only shares that were bought before delisting (long, bonafied) are eligible as it is these shares that suffered alledged damages as a result of a massive NSS. Supporters of Deli share holders have argued that 'shares are shares' and it was the Company that suffered damage not the individual shareholder(s) so they are in effect, also eligible for proceeds of the 'trust'. Most holders of Deli Shares do not support argument that a 'trust' exists. These are MY thoughts ... Those shares held before delisting did suffer damage by NSS. The Company also suffered damage from the NSS. Those shares sold by Marco Glisson, aka Deli, originally suffered damage as well, but compensation was made when they were sold after delisting. By selling the shares, Deli himself, relinquished all claims for damages as the act of selling was compensation in itself. A simple explanation is perhaps as follows ... An automobile is listed for sale and it has been in an accident and suffered damage. The original owner (old) sells the car for asking price. The secondary owner (new) then decides that they should be compensated for damages that happened prior to their ownership. Bottom line ... buying into damages for a monetary gain is not allowed, thus Deli shareholders are holders of 'real' shares of CMKM, but are not eligible for damages collected for/by the 'trust'. As for the rest of the issues brought in leowanta's post ... perhaps on another day

I am not offering any time lines, but I am very confident that all bona fide shareholders will be paid. It might seem like shareholders have been forgotten, but I have reason to believe that certainly not all parties have forgotten us. I would recommend to first do what is most important in your personal life and secondly if desired, assist in any way you think is helpful with expediting the release of the funds. Considering the slow down of information and the inherent restless that goes along with this, this is my way of saying: Hang in there. The 'when' still remains uncertain, but you will get what is yours. It is best to remain vigilant, but this story should and will have a happy ending. Have a great day bona fide shareholders!

dizardos Hi Alrich,
I am still fully in support of that for as long as shareholders have not received their funds yet, but I also want shareholders to know that they have not been forgotten, even if no information is forthcoming for a while. Raising 'heck' can have two results. Some shareholders are empowered and fight for what is theirs. Some others might lose all hope. As far as I am concerned there is absolutely no reason to lose all hope, whether one is actively fighting or not as we will win sooner or later.
It might indeed seem rather strange why I am even posting so quickly after the events of yesterday. I still remain not pleased with certain actions I described there, but at the same time I noticed the board sentiment quickly shifting in a way that is probably not desirable for anyone, so I thought I would provide my honest perspective on the current state of matters. I do have some leads for my research which I will publish if it amounts to anything worthwhile, but it could easily take another one or two weeks before I have results (especially considering I might be away for a week).

oldepro DIAMOND JEDI Upcoming Vote Official or Unofficial?? « Thread Started Today at 10:20am » I'm confused. Since it's announcement, I have assumed the Sept. 30 Shareholder Rep. vote was a bona fide shareholder meeting to elect shareholders to the BOD. Voting through Tranferonline, added to my assumption, it was an official Shareholder Meeting. This morning I read this post by VNGNTN 1 noahltl1.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=cmkx1&action=display&thread=3507VNG is one of the earliest owners of CMKM. He is a man of integrity. I believe the 3.2 Billion figure he mentions is correct. It seems to me, from what he is saying, the vote is nothing but an Unofficial Popularity Contest. And then, Mr. Kirkpatirck will APPOINT them to to the BOD officially. There is no Shareholder Meeting. Many fail to recognize that Al Hodges is REPRESENTING clients who provided him with the allegations and whatever evidence (circumstantial or otherwise), so, technically, Mr. Hodges' allegations are his clients'. IMO, nobody is burned, in trouble or waiting for indictments, etc. It is my understanding that high ranking military officers are being represented as well in the Bivens suit. Normally, if a frivolous law suit is filed (and it was determined as such by a judge), the plaintiffs are on the hook for court costs.

cmkmalivestill... thats a very interesting ,yet subtle point you just made, that I had not pondered before... That UC actually helped or contributed to the NSS of the stock (by WalledStreet©)...in order to help expose the rampant NSS of CMKM, by outsiders. Once he realize what was happening to his company, did he do things that he knew could NOT be ignored or swept under the rug in the future. Could this also be the reason he has yet to be arrested. An ace in the hole.
Did he throw himself onto the fire for us.
Certainly an interesting thought.

In my belief.... there is too much baggage of manipulation of possible true exposure that I believe the market would love the name CMKM to disappear like yesterday. And that might be the leverage until the time comes until finally.... our payment comes. Then I could see the role of CMKM of its former role of proving the behind the curtain naked short..... fading off into a conglomerate to where the companies which look like are acting like holding companies, can finally let free.
And just my thought.... it sounds to me that that would be a too powerful position for China to have that control. It would make more sense to have a higher up in control of overseeing the branches of a conglomerate. But who knows? You could be correct with Bill Majacher and his connections to the Chinese. And of course I always appreciate what Ms. Silver brings when she posts do to her history of great posting in the past. Take care Silver and all the best!
