Gabbyhayes... please accept my apology. I wasn't ignoring you. I haven't been well and did not have a chance to read the boards. I did post a few times when contacted by email. Those who sent me emails and did not receive a reply, please resend until I answer. Again my apology.. Thank you BHollenegg

Hello Shareholders,
Quiet waiting seems to be the order of the day. I do not have any more to add at this time. The last I heard from Attorney Hodges was in an email that the finish line was within sight. I will continue to provide any updates I receive from Attorney Hodges.
Thank you, BHollenegg

Just sayin' PEACE!

Yeah the finish line might be in sight, but there seems to be a huge hurdle in the way that no one has the hops to jump over.

Just sayin' PEACE! MBC, It is this kind of thing that keeps people wondering and gives the sender the feeling or belief that they haven't led anyone on, yet they are telling the truth based on "truisms." I liken it to the old Eagles tune 'Lyin Eyes'. Remember the lyrics "so she tells him she must go out for the evening to comfort an old friend who's feelin' down". There are two truisms here. One, the boy she knew from school is in fact "an old friend" and "he is feelin down". It's the story itself that a complete lie which, ironically, is built on truisms. Similarly, my x-wife used to tell stories based on truisms. For example, if she came home late from work and I asked "what took so long to get home?" she might reply "I went to Target, I stopped by Pier One Imports, and my car needed gas." Analyzing this further we find that each statement by themselves are true. She went to Target, she stopped by Pier One Imports, and her car needed gas. In fact everyone's car that runs on gas needs gas regardless if the tank is full or empty. However, in this example, these truISMs form a story that is a complete lie as none of them are true to the question of "what took so long to get home?" This psychological construct that Borderline personalities develop are their internal justification that makes them feel OK, not bad, truthful and good. As for Al and the truisms he presents, who knows... Mike

Mike Hey Cat, actually the truth is, his wife came to my house and then I took her over to Gabbys house and then when we were done, she got gas, went to pier one and then target and after that she got lost and ended up at Keiths house, he put her on a bus, sent her to Georgia, she then took a plane to Florida, hopped into Mike's Plane and they flew back here and right now they are watch reruns of the LONE RANGER AND HIS PARTNER NAMED BIG BALLER-----RONTFLMFAO ;D ;D ;D
