Welp, like I said the other day. No facts just more of the same old story.
This should be made into a movie called, "BIVENQUEST" and showcased on...............
-MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000-
Tom Servo and Crow would have a field day reviewing this flick!

Sorry to say that it means that there are no facts in anything we've been experiencing in this bivens. Even when he said that "The Securities and Exchange Commission Attorney’s PROMISED Mr. Hodges release of funds BEFORE filing deadline with the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Hodges EXPECTED for us to be paid already." This could be a solid proof, if they said so....and they admitted that we are eligible for the money. How couldn't it be in writing? We all know that correspondences in legal matters are always and strictly in writing.

The worst update I have ever read. I truly feel sorry for the scant few who were still believing in Al and hoping against hope that some real information would come out. I bet their hearts dropped to their feet after they read this. Unbelievable

“What does this mean [for us shareholders]?” The specific legal effect is to fully and completely terminate the Bivens case. It means that for seven very courageous plaintiff shareholders, they are at no further risk. It means for all shareholders [putative class action members all] that the US Government is free from the threat of additional litigation"
Why do I smell a rat? So this suit that was so praised by the plaintiffs and cheerleaders for its precident and thuroughness resulted in the govt/sec being free from additional litigation? Most have asked why the original suit wasn't packed with overwhelming evidence, now we have the answers, one, I dont think there ever was any and two, to make the suit non winnable to the highest courts to protect the sec/govt from future litigation. If they are free from this litigation why doesn't AH show the trust? Afterall by his own words they are now in the clear.
And pullleeease, exactly what further risks were the plaintiffs up against? Being called out for their false posts and endless hype? The rest of the update was the usual unproveable nonsense except his "mea culpa" on Peter Maheu and the fines which I would guess was demanded by PM. The other thing that struck me as odd was if his "intel" was wrong about the fines was the intel also wrong about the rest of PM and why or if he was infront of those courts? Could it have been on company business and nothing to do with the "trusts" that PM claims no knowledge? I have to agree with Briwadd, if the world can be told about a presidential BJ or the head of the IMF attemted rape of a hotel maid, this news of world financial makeover that has an effect on everyone would also be reported. Why do I get the vision of Elmer Fudd walking through the forest saying "shhhh be vewy vewy quiet, I'm hunting twust and wgs money"
I believe we have been played by the best from the beginning to the end falling for the age old addage that if something seems too good to be true, it most often is. The question is why, hopefully time and legal courts will tell us. jmho

If this is true----> The bottom line is that you will be paid a great deal more than any have the right to expect [based on the amount of their investment].
Wouldn't Steve know about all this..?

I said he would mention the World Court. Do we have to continue to be nice to Bob? If you're looking for permission to act otherwise toward any poster, you have joined the wrong board.

If what Al is saying is true about the WGS, what was the purpose of going through all the lawsuits? Bivens, SC... Bascilly it sounded as if they had no meaning in the long run... according to this update.

"In addition, you will receive a payment for the unconscionable length of payment delay."
Can I please receive payment for the delay of payment in fiat currency? I'll take my chances with that money until the new currency is in place.
