How TIME Flies... #2234267

Yesterday From the initial days of intro that some new guy (Kevin West), who
Rode off with the company, to Texas..and the 'announced whispers'
Through the hallway of cmkmland that 'they' had filed a lawsuit Against Urban....
APRIL 25, 2007
Imagine that...? How TIME flies...
hindsight is telling, if one didn't see the obvious at the TIME...
The IN STANT filings, asap..?? after the Texas boyz stated they found boxes on the porch...
As some fine attorney shareholders have stated in the past...comprehensive
Complaints drawn up in DAYs..and Filed.?
One could say..nothing was done as fast as that in cmkmland..
those complaints drawn up and filed.....yeah, sure...nothing about that was fishy..lol

Yesterday REORG/CMKM DIAMOND GEN MERGER EFFEC 04-14-06
$ 22,876.58 $ —
Noticed the term, "REORG". That could be for any number of reasons. Here, the following reason is stated after CMKM DIAMOND..
GEN MERGER EFFEC 04-14-06
Notice the date, 4-16-06. A date which was prior to Urban handing the reigns over to Mr. Frizzell:
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)—On March 29, 2007, Urban Casavant stepped down as Chairman of the Board, sole Director, President, Secretary and Treasurer of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. "My health issues are forcing my resignation, but I believe that I have finally found the right man to take over at the helm", stated Mr. Casavant. "Mr. West has proven his tenacity along with his care and concern for the shareholders of this company over and over again through an extremely difficult time.
Does the date, 4-16-06, ring a bell with anyone?

Don't keep me wondering .. I'm old...be kind..lol
Btw, Hello Again
Any one of us that found ourselves in a court case know we would face the gavel
Faster than our attorney felt comfortable about the case...
These cases STARTED under shareholder ..'huh?' Suspicion...
And have had more 'huh?' Moments than a comedy movie..
Would you figure you could stall the Courts for aging computer or glasses..or would a Judge say 'tough, let's get on with this!'
IT HAS SOME ENTITIES BUY ING TIME WRITTEN ALL OVER IT FOR OVER A DECADE..AND THROUGH OTHER COURTS CASES TO BEHOOVE THE GOV FOR FUTURE CASES...AND COVER THEIR BUTT from any future wannabe collector ' of what occurred...white washing, so as to never have to have the Music Stop on them again......AND TUG OF WAR TIMING OR PUSH AND SHOVE AS TO WHEN FLUSH OF MONIEs Best BEHOOVES them... (yeah..I know, 'who's 'they'?...)
Still thinking.,,as others, most likely.,,
Was April 16, 2006 when first whispers of cmkm.rr were put out?
Ok...this woman is out the door for the day....hopefully with no thought
Of cmkm...I have gotten very good at that..lol...
But, don't mistake my mental vacation from that which only TIME can conclude...
I am still sure of what by hold is Positively more than a Tigger by the tail!!!! For us ...
