A week's worth of advancement providing a link in order to register for the webinar. Which ever site is providing this, I sure hope they realize the number of attendance is bound to set a record. May the Force be with their server(s)!

Question for anyone. Do you think it is mandatory for everyone to have a Vin/Pin number? There seem to be so few that have one and yet some posters keep saying we should get one. By having one, what does it benefit me? If there is an announcement on the 26th of restitution and we take the pay-out, why do we need a pin? Just a bit confused at this point. Thanks

Thanks Yes TS, I’m a little confused too. I first thought that the VIN/PIN would be used to admit only shareholders to the town hall. But maybe something like email address or phone number will be required. Both were required when sending info to them. If not TOL has both plus addresses even though TOL has never been mentioned by the DOJ. Tomorrow or Friday will will find out according to there announcement yesterday. I think we are all ready to put a little Jason Bourne on the bad guys.

The VIN/Pin is associated with having filed a claim against the criminal activity for the case# cited. They have stated the FBI will be determining the validity of the claim and the claimants. They way I see it, and I most certainly could be wrong, is those with VIN/pin have been vetted. If designated “harmed” and thus eligible they go to the front of the line for processing. Others will have a longer wait as they begin the process to be vetted. Or not. But they’ve been telling folks for five months to submit claims, so at some point it makes sense to stop. Like that iPhone claim I’m supposed to be getting. I submitted the claims before the deadline and am still waiting for the payment. Nothing happens the way we think it should. This one for cmkx has been fifteen years in the making. Waiting a little longer should probably be tenable, but man...fifteen plus years is a long, long time. 😠

At this point I don't think its anything to be alarmed about. I hope we really get positive info. 😊

When Googling CMKX the message boards always come up first. Just Googled CMKX and this was the No. 1 result.... sec.report/Ticker/CMKXI have never seen this site before, and too bad that the SEC Fails-To-Deliver link didn't provide any actual data. Have fingers crossed (for the 200th time) that some comes of this month.

Thanks Veronica wrote me to join the town hall meeting - i wasnt able to upload my docs due to missing the right time. Long meaning short - i have no IDs and Veronica invited me to come in the virtual town hall meeting -> so i think you dont must have IDs.

Hello, Thank you for keeping this alive. I’ve been checking in since 2010. Tried to email Veronica and got a delivery failure notice. I copy/pasted straight from the post. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Thanks again, Coco. I did sent two separate mails to Veronica and justin, and both replied the same day. "The U.S. Attorney’s Office will host a virtual town hall in mid-February for victims in this case to describe the current status of the criminal case and explain the upcoming restitution process. The link to the virtual town hall will be available on this webpage in early February. Review of the more than 1,000 submissions from potential victims in this case is ongoing. If the FBI requires any further information from a victim, they will contact that person using the contact information provided on the victim impact statement." The U.S. Attorney’s Office provided an update on this webpage: www.justice.gov/usao/nv/programs_caseupdate_cmkm.htmlRegards, Justin Bagoyo Victim Witness Specialist United States Attorney’s Office – District of Nevada 501 Las Vegas Blvd, South, Suite 1100 Las Vegas, NV 89101 702-388-6691 – Direct Line Justin.Bagoyo@usdoj.gov

"When" was quite some time ago. "Why" I have no idea. Nor why they charged a fee, said they would refund the fee, cancelled the fee, now say they're going to charge the fee again...for the luxury of viewing your personal info on their website, which is the only stated reason for the fee.
