Hello Portrush. Hope all is well aside from the disappointing doj. I appreciate your efforts and also your updates from Mr. Hodges. I still having a real hard time that after everything Al Hodges claimed and said ..... We won. Payment is imminent. All the updates. Ect Ect There's nothing more from anyone connected to Al? I get it why the DOJ doesn't want to admit to anything. I just don't understand. Al is sick and it seems like our dream is over. Sorry. I bought it all. I'm just so confused. Any insight would be great. Just to add to this. As much as I would frustrated with Al at times I wish him well. A man who talks about opening a bank when he gets his money obviously is pretty d*mn convinced its coming. I wish he had a representative to at least tell us whats up on his end. And lastly....... You may recognize him by the repetitive cries for Somebody needs to call...Somebody needs to find out....Somebody needs to sue...Somebody, Somebody, Somebody. They either want “somebody” to do what they won’t or can’t, or “somebody” to hang blame on or find fault with because their prescription wasn’t filled to their order. Not you, but...somebodies. I’ve known Al for many years now. If you can equate phone calls, texts and emails to being a foundational basis to actually know someone. The man is brilliant in many ways. The conversations I treasure most are far afield of CMKX. Well read, a diverse thinker and steeped in historical understanding that is admirable, IMO. He is, to my observation, seemingly well connected. As he has posted not too long ago (on the now vaporized 1MM board) he had the pleasure of working with Maheu in the past. Al told me he spent a couple decades of his life in the aviation industry. While working alongside Maheu in the 70’s they knew each other pretty well it seems. With a history book on Vegas in the 70’s, it doesn’t take much research to connect the dots. My point being, the guy I’ve come to know is passionate about his convictions. Like many of us, passionate to a fault at times, perhaps. Many have ascribed to him powers or connectivity to the background of our journey that seems to equate to authority or ability to affect change. “He had a role” is the oft-stated position by some feigning to be endeared as important too. I’ve never looked at it that way. Based on my conversations, and those of others close to him, I’ve viewed Al as “missional” coupled with his conviction. He heard things, saw things, talked to those he knew and pounced on what he believed was an opportunity to do things he was uniquely qualified to do at the time. Of the Bivens he publicly stated, the net result is no one will be able to effectually sue the Gov over CMKX because SCOTUS refused to hear the case. Noodle on the implications and timing of that. Telling? I’m not sure, but... Over the years he’s shared with me the missed targets he’s stated based on things he heard, or perhaps assimilated based on previous understanding, new insights and a good old fashioned hunch. I applaud the tenacity. Others would string him up. He has apologized for his misstatements and missed targets publicly on 1MM. For some that’s not enough because, well...”somebody” needs to pay. This week the DOJ has confirmed their intention to seek restitution for those the FBI (oddly) has determined qualified. Most pink sheet scams aren’t around 15+ years after the fact with the Gov talking restitution. A harbinger of “we won?” That might be a stretch, but it is fact this isn’t dead. Re-read some of the posts in this very thread. Some keen observations need to be thought through. I’m not tossing in the towel. After sleeping on it, I stand firm on: I bought shares during the prescribed timeframe from a brand name brokerage with a cash bank transaction and pulled my cert when instructed, and paid for it as well. I check all the boxes, so I’m willing to wait. Only you can decide what’s right for you. Al is improving. I am in touch on occasion with someone who is arms length away. A small group are as well, but you can count them on your fingers. I have not bothered to ask Al’s thoughts on this because of my own convictions and I know he can’t bring conclusive directive.So I hold two observations or needs: One, let the man continue to gain strength in peace and Two, he waits as we wait. That really is the truth. Though many would seek to ascribe other things to bolster their narrative, I’m not seeking an ounce of attention. Some may say what they think others want to hear...I’m saying what I know to be my experiences. My standard caveat applies: I’m no one special, just a shareholder. At this point in time, it would be nice if Al Hodges would make one last appearance if for nothing more than to turn the lights off. I'd take a song from him before the fat lady. Almost forgot, and how about Peter Mahue, he could lock the gate and throw away the key. Maybe, maybe not. Bod, no song from Hodges that I’m aware of. Peter Mahue died years ago. |

How many of you still pay Transfer On Line to hold your shares...? They don’t hold your shares. They hold a spreadsheet with record of your shares from the delisted dissolved CMKM if you pay the $25 member fee. Your sole benefit, at least that can see, is that you’re able to look at your account online. You can’t do anything with it, like split certs or replace lost ones...because the company CMKM no longer exists. Or so I’ve heard. No, I’ve got records of my holdings, have not moved or changed phone/email...so I saw no reason to pay. If one materializes I may reconsider then. |

Hello everyone,
It is disappointing to hear what the DOJ has said on the Townhall Call.
But, all along it has been said that we were put in the Global Reset funds....aren't we still alive on that side of this saga? I'm not saying I completely believe it, but once we go to the gold-backed system, that is when our funds get released....just thinking out loud.
Fiat dollar collapses, and then the reset and release....who knows anymore?

What about us who have certificates Pappy, First, when you hit the quote button look for the last (quote) in brackets and the end of the sentence from the one you are quoting. Type your comments under that and it will show up separately, as I have done here. Just trying to help. The certs are what this is about. If you registered your cert with Transfer Online early on, they say they still maintain a record of those. But without paying the member/service fee you cannot access your account to see their record of your account. If you need to change any data such as contact info, I think (think) they might impose the service fee to do so. As you know, the company is gone, so they’re technically not a transfer agent because there’s nothing to transfer. But they are holding the records for an unknown reason. They claim “until the company tells them they have shut down”...which on the surface is ludicrous because the company is gone. And yet this kind of comment fuels the rumor of “another mysterious company” based in Canada or something. Regardless, as a service company of sorts, they’re charging an annual fee for their assistance which is their prerogative I suppose. The DOJ hasn’t mentioned certs specifically but asked shareholder 5.5 months ago to fill out a victim statement showing proof of harm (loss) and several,included their cert there as well...not knowing for sure if it mattered, but it didn’t hurt. You might consider calling both if you have further questions. |

I been hearing we don't have a company, Each individual is their company. I am moneybelt company, I have stocks that has F&P, Dividens which being helded for 17 years with 35 or more companies, the DTCC has money for us, and we have Renounceable Rights in more than 50 large Corporations. That's why we each have a Transfer Agent. When the time comes for any communication it will go though the Transfer Agent. Since DOJ said the. Will be working on the Restitutions that made me feel good, cause the Government must pay first.

No...they’re vetting only those that filed a VIS form and provided proof of damage. |
