"Worthless" followed with tongue in cheek. True, sogwap. “Worth little” may be appropriate but worthless seems to be an misguided response. Were the latter literally true the Gov would not continue to invest in the life of this adventure. It could have been killed several times over several years. Perhaps the company itself could’ve declared BK and shut it down. Casavant never did. Nor did West, Faulk, not the interim guy whose name escapes me, nor Kirkpatrick. They all kept it open and the Gov kept it engaged in court...each until the time they stopped. It might be fractional, but if there’s restitution it’s clearly not worthless. Why anyone who believe such would hang around just to say so is rather ridiculous. But worth little? Yeah, that’s possible. For sure, at this point, the DOJ says they don’t have enough to issue $25 per...and that’s a fraction with a lot of zeroes. We’ll find out soon. So...if that’s the case, why is the DOJ having the FBI vet whether someone’s claim form makes them legitimately harmed and entitled to said restitution? For a fractional amount?

From IBM'S own mouth to me in 2006 "I'm not talking about CMKX, they just need to INTERPLEAD it and be done with it".... I still think this is an action that opens the door to that action that was done many years ago in private.... jmo

What is this company? The DOJ fiasco was on the 5th. Resignations the Monday after on the 8th and then on the 15th. Coincidence? Hodges started around the time he got involved with cmkx, I believe. UK company? Questions to ask Cottrell.
Leo Wanta listed as director in the AMERIEUROPA (UK) LIMITED region.

Maybe the DOJ was busy siphoning the last of the monies collected through the UK company which seems suspicious at best, hence the resignations on the 8th. They do not have time for us. Something does not seem right and I am going to get to the bottom of it. The crown apparently owns the minerals in Canada, get it?? Why were these players all part of this company? Anyone?
The real shareholders have not been paid, so now I wonder who has? Maybe I am one of the 5 last abused shareholders left, lol.
Who is Douglas William Heydon? The only Director/secretary who has not resigned?

DOJ & FBI must of hit the snooze button. Apparently Covid-19 caused the DOJ and FBI to delay. Timely notifying CMKX shareholders is not their number one concern at the moment. They are currently playing scrabble.

Sent DOJ an email yesterday, just curious as the progression of CMKM things. Has the USAO filed a motion with the court? What is the status of the next town hall? DOJ response... Thank you for participating in the town hall on Friday March 5, 2021. If you have not already sent in a restitution request, here is what we will need to know to add you to the restitution list: 1) What shares did you purchase (e.g., CMKM)? 2) When did you purchase the shares? 3) How much did you pay in total for the shares? 4) Did you sell any of the shares, and if so, for how much? If you have documentary proof of the answers above, please include it in your submission to USANV.CMKM@usdoj.gov. Because we will need to submit the restitution list to the Court, please provide the information above no later than March 31. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we can consider your request. By March 31, the USAO will contact everyone who submitted a restitution request to notify them of their status. Any update will be provided at: www.justice.gov/usao/nv/programs_caseupdate_cmkm.htmlTake care, Thank you! Best, Victim Witness Team

S T A L L I N G But why? There were many people complaining that they were 'cut-off' from submitting documents in February prior to the 'Town Hall'. Now according to this new post, they re-opened the door until March 31st.... That may have created a huge round of new investigations for FBI. I think many of us felt the list was 'locked' when the Town Hall happened... ...apparently not? So, did that new deadline cause the wait we've been experiencing?
