New rules will affect your ability to buy and sell “Pink No Information” securities. On September 28, 2021, new requirements take effect that will impact the market for—and value of—certain “over-the-counter (OTC) securities” you currently hold or have held in the past. The new rules apply to “Pink No Information” OTC securities of companies that fail to publicly report and keep current financial and other company information and will restrict the ability of U.S. brokers, like E*TRADE from making these products generally available.
Some background on the new requirements
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently adopted amendments to SEC Rule 15c2-11 governing the submission and publication of OTC quotations. These amendments will prohibit broker-dealers from submitting or publicly disseminating bid/ask quotations for OTC securities of issuers that do not meet enhanced information filing requirements.
Securities of issuers that make the required information publicly available by the deadline in the rule should not be affected.
What these changes mean for you
Starting September 28, 2021, you will no longer be able to buy or sell “Pink No Information” OTC securities through E*TRADE. Other restrictions related to the purchase of these securities may apply sooner. Please keep in mind that the upcoming changes will negatively affect the value of any “Pink No Information” OTC securities you hold now or in the future.

What does that exactly mean? Pink no information. In the world of OTCBB at the bottom of the barrel are what is known at "Pink Sheet" stocks. All those .0001 type tickers, which CMKX was a long time ago. One of the reasons why so many pink sheet stocks are pump n dumps is because the companies are not(or at least for the longest time, were not) required to file with the SEC things like quarterly reports, annual reports, etc..... Nowadays, at least to my knowledge, it's in a pink sheet's best interests to make those filings with the SEC. If one doesn't you would see a nice red stop sign if you were to pull up their ticker on www.otcmarkets.com/ In some cases you might see a yield sign which means there's limited information filed. So, I'm pretty sure what this new rules means is that if you see one of those tickers with that stop sign, then don't expect to buy or sell at Etrade. I can't say this all 100% accurate, but maybe it's something to work with. Good luck to you fellow CMKXer! Stay away from pink sheets all together and life will be much easier.

As should have been with CMKX, no quarterly reports, no Listing or selling shares. CMKX was a BIG BIG RED FLAG..You can get the money from listing shares, but you need to report how you spent the money on the Company.. Man it was great seeing that CMKX race car on the track and in front of the GOT CMKX Sign... Not sure if that was the CMKX car that crashed in front of the sign...

If your in you win. We have never seen where the BIG monies went? A trap for the Scammers? Sure, DARK money maybe. Truly follow the money. Lets see: Casavant= meat puppet. Might have Diamond Chimney located. Penny stock= Mega Pump. Need I say more? Man with a REP= Robert Mahue Secured payment for RIP OFF. We will never know! This is only my opinion...... This was not a simple pump and dump, the lies told effected SO many. Are we to be-leave what was secured is lost because we invested in a RED SHEET PENNY STOCK.
