They could do nothing... but wait...and it was agony financially..and mentally.
Of course as a reminder, the World Wildlife Fund [Prince Phillip was at the helm at one point (at least in name) according to research, and DeBeers was also a contributor.. and they were objecting vigorously.

Rob,
I believe my stance has always been a "grounded" one. ...and my expectations, while not belgium-esque or tiger-esque... or even Acca-esque, continue to be essentially the same now as they were 2 1/2 to 3 years ago. ...and if I'm anywhere close to being correct, I will do well enough to care for all the financial needs of my family as well as to "distribute to (some) others in need" (Eph 4:28).
FWIW, I posted these figures for the first time more than 2 years ago (probably on Sterling's board) and my expectations haven't changed... other than the disappointment that it hasn't already happened
Minimum roi: .005-.03 Probable roi: .03-.07 Maximum roi: .08-.10
...and if I'm wrong and Acca or Mano or Tigerpaw or Tramp is right... Then great! All the better!!
Say hi to your Mom for me...

Just the presentations that set a WHOLE new standard for all public companies to follow by our great Public Agencies, and of course some smaller examples of disciplinary injustice:justified and their corrections. Just the way that it is intended to be presented, and no other way.
Great that you finally came around/woke up and are voicing it your way. ....In your own words..

Ed I like those expectations then. There is nothing wrong with .005- .10. Quite the contrary. I have a suspicion that all of this is about a we bit more than that. Where we both might agree on Valuation and some damages potentially (hopefully agreed) I also feel that the "heritage" portion of this involves a third tier of residual payment which exponentially increases with cost of goods and production activities.. That would be after a potential land sale or claims sale evaluation (R GLENN Historic). Likewise the names handling the "undiscovered assets" to date are very notable and not here for nothing. Again, IMHO no one hands off anything of great value for nothing as in forfeiture. As well our legal representation would be commensurate with an ROI and that attaches some Punitive responsibility where liability rests -aka Donald Stocklien SEC council. The Dynamics of this play are staggering IMHO while 703 billion OS is large- it is not that large when considering comparatively its size to a 1.9 trillion NSS, and even more so when we have anywhere from maybe 400 billion in potential valuation for CMKX to possibly double that for CIM with rumored Uranium Diamonds, and or Oil. I am willing to take a gander/guess on that valuation. Compound with possible damages? I see a very nice PPS. Time has evolved and things have transpired. Much has transpired that we just have not been made aware of. I am in that band until I get off. Kevin while the CEO/BOD has not taken my attention off of my previous conclusions. Urban saying otherwise would be an entirely different story. He has not. The last that I heard was that the company was evolving, before the "bad news" of course... Thanks Ed and Good luck. Why wasn't the famed geologist that looked at some of our companies core samples and stated he would give it a nine(9) out of a possible scale of ten(10), because he didn't believe a ten(10) existed, not added to the lawsuit..??
To me this would have been a very powerful witness to what our company had, and now doesn't..!!!!!
Just something to ponder..!!!!!!!!!!

Alright we heard that about half the defendants were served and yet they did not even have the respect of the court to appear or have an attorney represent them.
Next Mr. Dhonau appears but he is there to protect a particular house he recently purchased that is frozen. Oh sorry sorry Mr. Dhonau get in line and whine.
Next there are rumors that they know where UC is. So what who cares even if they serve him I will bet he has no plans on showing up anyways.
So it is obvious from where I am standing drinking my tea that jay pizzes in every morning while reading his or her newspaper these individuals are not going to fight this. If they were going to fight this the one's that appeared would of shown up.
UC can care less but if the others were to fight this TRO I believe they are scared that that will open a can of worms into everything they personally have. So ignore everything let the company take it all and just maybe they will be left alone.
But if they do fight oh oh there will be a line of entities looking into their lives and maybe they just do not want that.
As for UC he can care less from all accounts he is in Canada. Drinking some iced tea that does not have pizz in it. - - - - -
