It is humanly impossible to be in cmkx for as long as we have and to know as much as we know and let bill off the hook with a "they got me". We all know there is more to the story, they say there is more they can't say, they worked with nda's, and everyone knows bill can't possibly be this inept through the years he worked with us. So anyone really going with this ending totally and just letting bill off with it was ok to do nothing all this time despite the warnings about urban, it is ok to have wasted our time with the cert pull and the interplead which accomplished nothing, and it was totally ok to be completely wrong about the proven naked short (to prove something you need evidence) the claims and their maintainance and urban being a good guy, sincere, and extorted. Ya it was ok to f this whole thing up but go get hommy, we trust you completely because you know your track record of success and getting things done. I will stick with believing all the og updates were backed by evidence and we are not just fine we are going to be very very fine when said and done. I will back bill frizzell who was part of a team who proved the largest naked short ever and got it covered during a historic cert pull with the famous bob maheu and an amazing team of the top lawyers, who by the way didn't get f'd by a sask. prison guard. I will stick with the real world where people have an expectation of the minimum work that is acceptable, and when it is so far below that then you get someone who can do it. Brigantine Board Addict
I said a thousand times, Fizzle was brought « Thread Started on Today at 5:45pm »
inside to be controlled...
Now, ImSoWeary has quoted Fizzle as saying it, himself:
According to Frizz, in retrospect, the only reason he was asked to join the task force was to keep him busy and out of the way while at the same time keeping him close enough so they could keep tabs on him. Sorry to gloat, but I so love being right...
stockrich Ace of Diamonds Frizzell...is, was, and continues to be [by his own words] an 'agent' or, more appropriate, a front, for more powerful and manipulating forces. All that "bulldog" crap we heard! He's on a freakin' leash!
Now, the only question is..
Are his actions for the good of the shareholder, or their demise.
Quite honestly, I found that post by 'Imsoweary' very encouraging. Because it shows that Frizzell and Kevin are not men of their own minds. And if they were duped and lead by the nose [as they say] by this half-wit prison guard. There's no way they have the brains (or the balls) to do what they're doing now.
I'm more confident then ever.
Urban takes the fall.
John Edwards was the mole.
Our big powerful law firms stay protectected.
Kevin and Frizzell close the operation with 'contract players' brought in for the finale.
The bottom line...
"Will they screw us, or will they not?"

By: mclt_jing 06 Jan 2008, 12:24 AM EST Msg. 641311 of 641313 (This msg. is a reply to 641160 by mclt_jing.) Jump to msg. # The truth about Acca? Read and understand. This letter describes Acca's job description. The only question remains “who retained him for his services?” I assert that the mob and certain company insiders have brought Acca to us to distract us away from learning the truth and pursuing those that robbed us. Here was the plan. Acca appeared in the Paltalk rooms to give us "The Inside Info" on buying into CMKX. Of course, to reveal inside information that would lead people to trade would be illegal, just as it would be illegal to directly lie to the shareholders to deceive them into buying shares based upon fraud. So, how did the mob put it together so he could continue to talk and lie to us, promoting CMKX as the insiders dumped like madmen and the mob similarly counterfeited and naked shorted shares? He came up with the "contrarian" approach so that he was not in violation of any legal prohibitions against revealing insider information and he was not committing fraud to induce people to invest because he openly said he was not telling the truth. Of course, in private conversations, he would give shareholders little secrets for people to spread around - with more promises that never came true. The entire time, although publically being “contrarian” he whipped a buying frenzy and after the trading ceased, has placated and detoured thousands of people from taking matters into their own hands. It was the only way to scam without going to jail - although he still has to account for pretending to be Maheu's grandson and the rest of the fraud he perpetrated upon the shareholders through his lengthy performance which led them to purchase shares. As Acca made his appearance, he had the simultaneous support of other mob-paid members planted in the rooms, not unlike cheerleaders at a football game, to generate excitement and stimulate buying. Additionally, these paid cheerleaders slowly got control of the paltalk rooms as they worked their way into being administrators and people of influence upon the administrators. With their cheerleading in the background, they capitalized on a phenomenon identified in the world of psychology known as "Groupthink." For a better understanding of "Groupthink" see the following link. www.psysr.org/groupthink%20overview.htm Here is an excerpt: “What is Groupthink? Groupthink, a term coined by social psychologist Irving Janis (1972), occurs when a group makes faulty decisions because group pressures lead to a deterioration of “mental efficiency, reality testing, and moral judgment” (p. 9). Groups affected by groupthink ignore alternatives and tend to take irrational actions that dehumanize other groups. A group is especially vulnerable to groupthink when its members are similar in background, when the group is insulated from outside opinions, and when there are no clear rules for decision making.” Hence, any person asking an intelligent question or criticizing Acca were immediately and harshly dealt with by kicking the poster out of the room and banning them thereafter - the ultimate in cyber-crowd control! The simple act of kicking off the objective thinkers (removing all rational voices) while they cheerlead and manipulate the remaining shareholders equates to a formula for quality brainwashing. No - really! Of course, with the voice of the free thinkers removed, Acca and his support staff could complete the mind control tactics by having an unchallenged forum to criticize the absentee dissidents and try to make them look incredulous by explaining these free thinkers away as "bashers" or the like. The Russians and the Nazis did the exact same thing by silencing their opposition so that their lies were the only voices to be heard, and on a smaller scale with Paltalk, so did Acca's and his cohorts. Of course, after time, even the people started to raise some questions, so to maintain manipulative control, Acca needed to apply another tactic beyond the mere paid cheerleaders in the room. He decided to meet someone in person who would vouch for him. Easy enough, Acca meets or pretends to meet one of his paid cheerleaders on the board and that person swears that Acca is "the real deal and down to earth sincere guy" and everyone is happy again - at least for a while. Yet, as time passes on, Acca's stories continue to prove false and even some the most devoted people start to question Acca if he is truthful or not. After all, he claimed to have been paid $200,000.00 from Urban himself and Urban once mentioned Acca, so his credibility again rose through the roof - for a while. Still, the promises and representations repeatedly proved to be false over months and years, so again, many of the people began to ask questions. How to address the rising tide of dissent? Enter the most draconian phase of the Paltalk as now, in the name of "remaining positive" people are ejected for the simplest of questions or for expressing the most innocent thoughts. Enter the fascist stages of the lie, much like this government is doing to its' own people at this very moment. The Bush/Clinton Crime Syndicate and the bankers have fleeced the nation for trillions, so instead of getting caught, they censor the news, our constitutional protections are being stripped away based upon threats of “outsiders” harming us, and to remove the loudest voices of dissent, people are being silenced with brutality, arrest and murder at an unprecedented rate. You see, the evolution and the processes of covering up a lie are similar on all levels - on a governmental level, on a personal level and it is proving similar on the chat room level. Steal like rampant thieves, then lie as much as you can to cover for the theft, and finally, when your lie begins to run thin and before you get exposed, crush any potential opposition who would expose you and bring fear of being crushed into the minds of the masses so they will not question you either. Starting with the insiders who robbed us blind and lying to us of dividends that never came, then retaining Acca to lie some more, and as his lies wore thin, have his lackeys remove all dissent, effectively crushing it out of existence and intimidating everyone else from speaking out. Are you getting the picture yet? What has Acca, a person you do not know and you have never even met, shown us to date that we know is true? He has lied to us on countless occasions, even those times he pretended to be non-contrarian. Further, when he forgot the mic was still on, we got a glimpse of the real Acca - he was mocking us as if we were stupid because “we would believe anything he said” - REMEMBER? He also endorsed the threats to Gene Hurd’s attorney to scare him off. Ever wonder what it would feel like if we had our attorneys scared off to block us from getting paid? We also know Acca is a person of lowly character for other reasons. First off, he made a $1,000.00 bet to a board member named “Saltydog” and he never paid him. From what I heard, he would never pick up Saltydog’s phone calls thereafter. And what about that child neglect charge? Refusing to pay child support for your child, your own flesh and blood, when you claimed to have been paid $200,000 for your work by Urban within the last year? Either he lied again about the $200,000 or he is of the lowest character for not supporting his own children when he was financially able. Yes, I know one of his paid cheerleaders swore up and down that he did not think that the person arrested was not Acca (funny how he was conspicuously absent from Paltalk while he was alleged to be in jail), but do you really know enough about the cheerleader to trust him either? Acca was also supposed to meet a shareholder in Las Vegas, but he flaked and never showed up or even had the decency to call and cancel - REMEMBER? For God’s sake, how can any sane person even begin to trust this man? The information to enlighten us about Acca’s arrest for being a deadbeat dad came from the company itself - are you getting that straight? That is the same company, as they made it clear that they plan to cancel hundreds of billions of counterfeit shares and trade again, an action that will cause great harm to the insiders and mobsters who did the counterfeiting - the same people who retained Acca’s services. Is there any wonder why Acca suddenly turned on Kevin West and Bill Frizzell, calling them incompetent and thieves after it became clear that these men intended to clean up the company and cause an accounting of the fraudulent shares? Acca turned on these men because their plans are going to cause Acca’s bosses lots of pain - plain and simple. Are you seeing the logic here yet? People - WAKE UP! Acca was not sent here to "keep us together" but instead, to keep us distracted away from the truth to protect criminals. He was not sent here to lead us to money, but to lead us away from the road to justice. After all, 75,000 screaming people can scare any governmental agency into doing their job, no matter how worthless they may have become over the years. By listening to Acca, by even patronizing that International Room and Grapevine Room when they have become nothing but an instrument of this inhumane fraud, is teetering on the borders of mental illness. Having any faith in what he says is even more dangerous. Do what you will, that choice is all yours. However, I want to share my thoughts with you all to let you see another side of what we are experiencing. I sincerely hope that you use the keys of logic that are solely in your own possession and unchain yourselves from the shackles of deception. You want to get better? Stay away from this insanity, stay away from the paltalk rooms that support this deception and do not listen to this man for he does not have your best interests at heart, but instead, he is misleading you with ill intent. - - - - - View Replies » ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=641311

Jump to msg. # Hello Imsoweary, I read your post about your call to Attorney Bill Frizzell. There are several items that I feel needs to be addressed and clarified. First item, you stated Mr. Frizzell now thinks the cert pull was nothing more than a delay tactic. NSS and FTD are serious crimes, not delay tactics. Urban tried to implement a cert pull before CMKX was revoked. The SEC accused Urban of trying to manipulate the stock price. The SEC was the cause of the initial delay. This is what the cert pull was about…“The Task Force has now received certs in the name of certain brokerage companies. Our investigation reveals a potentially huge naked short position in at least two of the very companies that have sent us certs. The certs sent to the Task Force by the brokers represent billions of shares of CMKM stock. It is not the intention of the company to distribute Entourage stock to securities intermediaries and clearing houses for them to distribute the stock at their discretion. It is clear from the Regulation SHO records in conjunction with other sources (ADP, the transfer agent and the DTCC) that huge fails to deliver in this stock currently exist. It would be a breach of the fiduciary duty of the company to distribute these assets to a broker in lieu of its true beneficial owner when there is evidence of known fails to deliver occurring at the same brokerage house.” The only delay we were aware of now is the ongoing count of Bona fide Shareholders, NSS, and FTD. Second item, you stated Mr. Frizzell feels “even Kevin's efforts on the interpleader were nothing more than a tactic to keep him busy and out of the way while also keeping tabs on him.” The Interpleader was the Task Force’s recommendation, not Urban‘s. Mr. Frizzell was part of the Task Force. Third item, Mr. Frizzell said there are paid pumpers and that we will be surprised when we learn of who these people are. Why doesn’t Mr. Frizzell identify them to us? Forth item, you stated that Mr. Frizzell thinks Mr. Maheu may have been used and that Mr. Stoecklein worked for people involved in other scams. Mr. Maheu brought Mr. Stoecklein on board. Both work close together in the past and still do. You stated both stayed on with CMKX with no pay to save their reputation? How often does an individual of Mr. Maheu’s caliber work for no pay? How often does an attorney work for free plus do this…“Stoecklein also owns Opus Pointe, which is an accounting and bookkeeping company and a division of the Securities Law Institute. (Tr. 167, 326-27.) SEC documents stated that Opus Point and the Securities Law Institute are working on CMKM Diamond matters and an employee of each firm testified at the public hearing. (Tr. 167, 314.) CMKM Diamonds did not pay Opus Pointe's retainer; rather, it was paid by the Securities Law Institute. (Tr. 169.).“ How often does a law firm pay for auditing a client’s books? And both are part of a Task Force that “is grateful to Urban Casavant for continuing to personally pay the expenses associated with this distribution, including the extensive notification campaign, and the undying commitment of the Frizzell Law Firm in managing the certificate authentication campaign.” Grateful even when “…none of the Task Force members (Robert A. Maheu, Bill Frizzell and Donald Stoecklein), or their respective firms, is employed by or works for CMKM Diamonds Inc. or Casavant.” All working for free…even free support from their accounting firm and law firms…In other words they paid to be duped? You stated “Even good lawyers can have the wool pulled over their eyes on occasion when an intentional effort is being made to do so.” We are not dealing with greenhorn attorneys, and they are not dealing with investors just sticking around waiting for a good deal on wool. This is not just about distribution of shares and a few dollars, but also any other available assets of CMKM. What other available assets are there, which would require the approval of a Federal Court? Why would you need Robert Maheu, Donald Stoecklein, Bill Frizzell, support personnel, and a Federal Court to distribute ETGMF Shares and a few dollars from a pink stock company? Companies distribute stock dividends all the time without the approval of Federal Courts. What was the "work product" that Don Stoecklein conveyed in a letter to Bill Frizzell, "We are hopeful that the “work product” which you generated will provide the basis for an orderly and fair distribution of the assets of CMKM"? Whatever the “Work Product” is, it is important enough for Bill Frizzell to work on it and important enough for Donald Stoecklein to address it in his letter to Bill Frizzell. Imo, if it was just shares and a few dollars, we would have been long gone with plenty of wool. I will never be convinced that educated and seasoned professionals such as Glenn, Stoecklein and Maheu would EVER get involved in anything illegal or fraudulant. Simply does not fit their profile. Nor will anyone ever convince me that the SEC did not know EXACTLY what was going on way before the trading suspension and the eventual delisting. I believe the SEC still knows. At the time of delisting Urban told me he thought it would take some time to get things done. He estimated then about 6 - 12 months and of course we are way beyond that. However, I remain convinced Urban had a plan that would lead the way for CMKX to emerge and survive for the benefit of the shareholders. I believe if there is a plan in play still, then it ABSOLUTELY involves the SEC behind the scenes. We shall see. After 10 months of silence, the Canadien court system has finally kicked into gear and in early feb will finalize , and in all liklihood, uphold the final decision between Shore and Star Uranium. A bizarre situation regardless ,and interesting that Star, who received the favorable verdict last year , didn't seem to be in any hurry to get this appeal overwith quickly and start drilling on the disputed property. You think maybe there were some other associated issues that needed to be finalized as well? The other court cases closer to home, also now appear to be being addressed behind the scenes to clear the way for UC and the 'TEAM" to take care of the business they set out to do over 4 years ago . Namely , pay the shareholders, clear up the NSS, correct the share structure, and move forward with the business at hand, namely mining with affiliated companies and deriving value and revenue from each. OUR time is drawing near . Its time to keep a watchful eye on the courts, the Old CMKX, the new CMKX, and the agencies involved. Word will come from any , or all of them IMO. millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=1199602210

ines DIAMOND JEDI WARLORD Re: By: bhollenegg « Reply #19 on Today at 12:13pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now Greenman, in whole honesty,,,, I did call for Kevin,, and i got Frizzell on the phone. I did conclude some things from that phone call. It was very very strange to say the least at least the begining of the conversation. Not to go into details that i shared with my friends.. the conversation was inapropriate. I quickly concluded that person on the other side of the phone was playing some kind of the game.. it was very transparent from the get go. Inapropriate game, very odd imo. Second, putting that aside, we got into talking. Yes it was suggested to me to visit Tyler. I do not wish to visit Tyler.. nor i think shareholders need to spend money for air tickets and other expenses in order to get information from the management. As it is shareholders can not get Kevin West on the phone. As it is, shareholders can not get answers to the questions they really ask. Mr Frizzell did not want to talk about nss and our cert pull. He will not tell me what the "body of work" is that Stockelien was refering to after the task force job of pulling the certs was. If i go there I will get documents they want to show me, ( partial) and I will not get any more in dept answers to my questions besides " the choice" answers they put out already on the site. I have also heard that all the conversations in that office are recorded and when one of them wants to keep them private they go outside the office to talk on their cell phones. ~ for what ever reason that is. The tyler group has not instiled " friendly feelings and trust" from the get go .. mark faulk cfrn, sting bets with frizzell, agresive attacks by their folowers onto other shareholders etc.. and other information.. Secrecy.. etc.. So If i have to wait.. for the conclusion of this saga with all the other chaps then there it is. millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=1199601583

I'm sure he feels that there are many "so called" shareholders who are actively working for the enemy. What better way to infiltrate his plan of attack than by someone stating that they a shareholder and they are requesting that any proprietary information be disclosed to them. Don't forget, the insiders we are litigating against were/are shareholders too. I'm almost certain that their minions monitor the boards. The brokerages that were mentioned as being short are technically shareholders, and it is my belief that there are agents for them on the boards trying to mitigate their culpability.
