Unfortunately when either occurs usually the information released is disinformation. Keep the masses guessing and confusion will divert attention away from the facts that are known and unknown. Both Scams and Stings involve scrupulous individuals who will use any means to cut off the hands of justice. Because of this, there will be misinformation or the lack of information from the ones working to remedy the situation. Consequently, this requires stockholders to decipher misinformation from both sides. We are forced to decipher what transpired or is transpiring from the limited information available to stockholders. Fortunately, the capability to network amongst the stockholders, and in real time, provides the stockholders an advantage in keeping the flow of information in check, current, and available for future references. There will be disagreements because the determination of what is going on is based on limited facts combined with personal opinions. Every side presented in a constructive and respectful manner should be made available for the stockholder. The stockholders can make their own decisions in what to accept and what not to accept. Twistcapper, I commend you for allowing this forum to address the differences of opinions. Thank you for opening up a constructive debate with your post. So beware what you post or you might get a threatning post from Mark faulk. Not to mention all evidence of wrong doing being deleted. So if there was a crime committed there would be no evidence of this persons wrong doing giving IP addresses to Mark Faulk so he can continue with his witch hunt. Its looking more like Mark Faulk is only in it for the money. Nothing more. chuckwheat I understand the stance you took however I am now gathering evidence to use in a law suit against Mark Faulk for obtaining illegal information and using it to strong arm us here. while you may want to protect him which is your right he has crossed the line and now let lady justice judge him. Should you feel that I deserve a vaction because I am attacking Mr Faulk then he should also have a vacation for stealing private information from this web site and making threatening emails. I think that if anything that is more severe. Dont you? I dont appreciate threatening emails coming in at my work. I would think that would piss off most people here. If I loose my job because of Mark Faulk you can bet I will be flying up to talk with him personally for a little one on one. Mark Faulk I forwarned anything you say can and will be used against you. It is my duty to read you your rights as a citizen.

Are the Red Coats placing bombs on their OIL rigs in the North Sea? LOL! And who blew up Imperial Company in Georgia [Imperial Sugar]..NSS'd into bankruptcy and got a new BOD... one of which was a former Rothschild VP while another new Board member just happened to be a Lehman Brothers manager specializing in 'distressed' assets. LOL
So, were 'they' hoping the Rig in the North Sea would explode but a worker spotted the bomb?
Did BP just want the 'rumor' out there to cause fear mongering so the price of oil can go for its last few gasps of high prices?
Who called CNN so fast to get the word out?
Maybe this act of terror will be blamed on great 'muslim' swimmers...scuba diver terrorists who want to blow up a British oil rig... LOL... These people are too much.
IT's more likely they planted it themselves and already had their bets placed... just like the sugar deal... The British bomb squad is on its way..500 oil rig workers evacuated..thats nice.. they didn't evacuate the Americans from the Texas Oil Refinery owned by BP when it 'accidentally' exploded.
JMO...but things are beginning to get a little too obvious and the terrorists are beginning to look less like 'muslims' and more like highly paid mercenaries.
The CMKX conglomerate must be getting close to being announced.

I on't think adadgood girl is all there. Amazing how many people involved with posting about Cmkx do't appear to be rational imo. I hope for a good outcome, but some of these posters like her should really check their mental state.

miner17 Diamond HunterRe: WOW $1 a share!!! « Reply #18 on Today at 4:47pm » A family friend who bought into CMKX also has rental property in the Ozarks next to a NY broker that has become a friend of his. Several years ago our family friend asked his NY broker neighbor if he knew anything about CMKX. The broker only had knowledge and information about sand oils in Canada. This last Thursday morning, the NY broker called our family friend and said that there was some buzz around the office about CMKX. The broker recalled the conversation between our family friend and himself about CMKX and decided to look up more information. The broker decided to call his cousin who works as a stock researcher for clients in NY. The broker's cousin communicated that CMKX was going private with its 5,000 remaining acres that hold great value and shareholders would be bought out to go private for $1.00 a share. The $1.00 a share matches others' information of recent, but the 5,000 acres is new info. Our family friend asked his broker friend if this could really happen? The broker friend said there were no guarantees but it's very possible. He said this would be another great stock story if it all unfolds the way it was communicated to him by his cousin. The broker friend is kicking himself for not buying into this stock for .0001. cmkxgroup.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1202615000

Our role was completed a while ago, but we needed to remain in the background while the global work is done. There is far too much at risk, and frankly we (shareholders) are a small part of this. Knowing how big a part we played, you can now imagine just how big this really is...

Her career spans more than twenty-six years of specialized experience in the law enforcement and IG communities. Ms. Harrison joined the Board's OIG in 1990 as a Special Agent, and was promoted to a Senior Special Agent in 1993. In 1999, she was promoted to Investigative Services Program Manager and to Senior Program Manager in 2004. Prior to joining the Board's staff, Ms. Harrison was a Special Agent at the U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Services and a Criminal Investigator at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Office of Inspector General and Office of Investigations. Investigative Services The Investigative Services program area performs both criminal and administrative investigations of alleged fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, and employee misconduct. It covers the full range of investigative requirements from both reactive and proactive directions. Mission Consistent with the Inspector General Act of 1978 (IG Act), as amended, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) will conduct and supervise independent and objective audits, investigations, inspections, evaluations, and other reviews of Board programs and operations; promote economy, efficiency, and effectiveness within Board programs and operations; prevent and detect fraud, waste, and mismanagement in the Board's programs and operations; review existing and proposed legislation relating to the Board's programs and operations and make recommendations regarding possible improvements in such programs and operations; and keep the Chairman and Congress fully and currently informed of problems. Congress has also mandated additional responsibilities that have a significant impact on our resources and workloads. For example, the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (as amended) requires the Board's OIG to review Board supervision of failed financial institutions that result in a material loss to the bank insurance funds and produce, within six months of the loss, a report that includes possible suggestions for improvement in the Board's banking supervision practices. In the information technology arena, the Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (FISMA) provides a comprehensive framework for ensuring the effectiveness of security controls over information resources that support federal operations and assets. Consistent with FISMA requirements, we perform an annual independent evaluation of the Board's information security program and practices to include evaluating the effectiveness of security controls and techniques for selected information systems.

There was a jcs37 on pb88 that had a friend with a brokerage executive contact over a year ago saying that a payment was due cmkx and that we just needed to wait.
JCS37, can you comment on that earlier rumor source , as well as any relation it may have to this rumor source.
