Jump to msg. # With all that the shareholders have perceived as delays and waiting for what could possibly be more of an obstacle, as previously discussed by so many shareholders than the largest naked short in the history of publicly traded markets, and possibly the largest shareholder base when active, or inactive? Think to yourselves about the consistent delays and the moving targets for so many of the "obstacles" as perceived by shareholders to come between them and their restitution. It seems to me that while many were waiting, and still do on the closure of "events" of surrounding concerns that in reality it is really those interests that wait on CMKM to finalize their core interests, which remains and always was their shareholders. Once the shareholders are out of the way watch how fast all other obstacles are committed to their answers and conclusions. This would more than lend itself to the bouncing ball theory. Too simple. Nothing will change until change is made. Not in the sale of claims involving these shareholders, nor the sale of state of company involving these shareholders, nor the formation of unity of " Conglomerate Activity " where that discovery ties to this shareholder base...Until the shareholders are satisfied, and paid IMO. The Naked Short remains entwined in the constant state of intrinsic value that is tied to valuation, and that value cannot be transferred, sold or otherwise until damages are rendered to the shareholders that were affected directly by such massive public fraudulent activity. hawkeye1 Diamond Finder and Miner Re: gossip 2/12/08 « Reply #4 on Today at 8:17am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Frizzell's representation of third-party interests in the SEC hearing was the beginning of he and Martin building "the largest shareholder advocacy base in the history of the stock market," Martin said. "(Frizzell) intervened in the administrative hearing and we started getting information from the SEC, which is very unusual," Martin said. "The SEC doesn't share information with anybody, but the judge ordered that they turn over their investigative work on CMKM to Bill because Bill had gotten into this administrative hearing." TOGI's effort is ongoing to get at least some return to the shareholders on their investment. Frizzell said CMKM sold "a very significant asset" to another publicly traded company, and the shareholders received 45 million shares for the asset. But the company said stock certificates would be required to assure the shareholders' identity and the group has been working since November 2005 to identify the shareholders. The company wanted proof of ownership, which required a shareholder to have a certificate for his or her shares. Shareholders called their brokers to request the certificates and faxed them to the group's office. tramp2.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1202822288
