-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Where is the legal action against the shares owned by Woodward and Casavant?
Just got the Annual filings by Crystalix (Seaena) the company that Urban loaned $3,000,000 to for 10% interest while diamond mining was so lucrative?
I asked logical questions about this, "Why would Urban invest his personal money in a company that had lost $20,000,000 over the previous 2 years for only 10% simple interest when diamond mining was so great?
I got bashed like crazy for even asking the question, seemed to me to be very revealing, he wasn't drilling or investing in diamond mining because...... duh it was stupid?
Now Mike Williams, his trustee is selling shares at about $.10 on the $1.00 because Urban knows the reality now? Or does Urban still own those share or did he trade them for penny slot machine tokens?
Crystalix shares are tanking, look at their recent financials and IMHO $.06 PPS, given the dilution discussed in the recent Annual disclosures is a joke? Remember $.000006? Is Crystalix (Seaena) an example of all the BS that goes on in LV?
If you own shares, please read the disclosures about dilution? Massive dilution coming? 100 to 1? I know many on other Boards probably bought into this BS and bought a lot of these shares, have them read the disclosures?
Hold on, I just got an epiphany, they don't care because its all part of the plame and no matter how stupid it looks they are going to be Billionaires?
John S. Woodward 9087 Fawn Grove Drive Las Vegas, NV 89147 Shares 1,218,824 (3) 15.2%
Michael D. William, Trustee C/O 1645 Village Center Circle, Suite 170 Las Vegas, NV 89134 Shares 736,186 (4) 9.2%
These are the shares that Urban got from CMKxteme loaning $3,000,000 to Cryatalix?
(4) These shares are held of record by four different trusts of which Mr. Williams is the trustee or a co-trustee: Sally Wind 1 Trust (264,285 shares), Sally Wind 2 Trust (103,807)

There are two areas I can go with this:
If Hodges no longer works for CMKM; Then what Hodges wrote is his personal opinion!
If Hodges still works for CMKM; Then there needs to be clarity from the company!

first it was FRIZZ was paying for everything himself, and then when that one was so obviously wrong given that frizzell had suspended his law practice and works on nothing but cmkx stuff, then the new explanation was "well, it's several rich cmkx investors that are paying for everything."
right. yeah, that makes a lot of sense given what kevin and bill have said about cmkx being worthless and their chances of success being near zero.
none of this stuff adds up.

Hodges was hired to work with Cromer in June of 2007. Cromer was replaced on September 11 with Koch and Scow. Although I can't find a document stating he went out the door with Cromer, I assumed Hodges is gone also.
Question is; Would he have known this information and stated it so emphatically had he not worked for CMKM Diamonds last year? It did not sound like he was giving an opinion.
Would be almost comical if the comment letter disappeared from the site. (almost)

Did Hodges express his personal opinion? Or did Hodges make a statement based on evidence he has reviewed?
I don't know! Only Hodges can answer the questions!
IMO _ Looks like Hodges was expressing his opinion based on Frizzell's past statements!

Re: if urban is not a part of cmkm, then who is? who is the real ceo driving the plans?
Kevin is the CEO! And Frizzell is the CMKM Lead Attorney!
Re: the plans are too complex and involve agreements that had to have been made many years ago. there is no way kevin or bill would know of those plans/agreements and be able to piece them together years later.
This is your personal opinion of the events. I disagree with your conclusion of the events!
Re: there are far too many parts to this story for anyone other than the original founder to be bale to know what's where and what deals were made with whom.
This is your personal opinion of the events. I disagree with your conclusion of the events!
Re: the only person i can see capable of keeping and putting things together is urban. if not urban, who else?
Kevin and Bill! By sueing Urban and the Insiders for violating SEC Regulations which resulted in the revocation of CMKM; And suing to recover stolen CMKM Assets!

I'd look at it this way; The money spent was justified because now we CMKM Shareholders know the truth! And the truth resulted in Lawsuits filed against Urban and his buddies!
.... As of today the laughs are directed at people like you!
