Re: the sec busted urban in sept 2004 at the latest,
The only physical evidence I have seen is the SEC December 2004 letter (Hakala) to Roger Glenn about CMKM being compliant with a November 2004 SEC Document Subpoena. This subpoena was associated with the SEC investigation of USCA.
I have seen no physical evidence indicating the SEC was involved with an investigation of CMKM in September 2004. I have heard rumors, but seen no evidence.
Re: how did they let the scam continue after that and the money and claims stolen.
I remember reading a letter dated in December 2004 or January 2005 where Leslie Hakala informed Roger Glenn that Form 15 was in error and CMKM is required to be fully reporting.
Thus, in March 2005 when CMKM failed to comply with Leslie Hakala’s request for reporting compliance, CMKM was halted and an OIP was initiated.
I don’t see how the SEC allowed “the scam” to continue.
I see the “SEC” attempting to shut CMKM down using appropriate procedures and avenues. And remember, it was Urban and Stoecklein that decided to file an appeal whereas Urban could invest in ETGMF prior to the ETGMF assignment agreement.
Re: Why isn't bill suing them then
During the time period you complain about, only the CMKM CEO was allowed to make a decision to sue and Urban decided not to sue.
And during that time period the CMKM Attorneys were, Dvorak, Glenn, Stoecklein and Moran. Bill was not a CMKM Attorney, thus Bill had no control for suing on behalf of CMKM.
When Bill did get involved and when Bill did threaten Urban and Stoecklein with a shareholder derivative action in 2005, Bill ran into a shareholder revolt. Thus, Bill stepped down from suing the CMKM bad guys because of the shareholder revolt.
So, in a sense, it was the people involved in the “shareholder revolt against Bill’s 2005 derivative lawsuit” that screwed things up for all CMKM shareholders.

Certain executives of defendants (Silver State Bancorp, Silver State Bank) owned stock in companies controlled by the subject of the subpoena and became disconcerted when the bank was served with the aforementioned subpoena."

now mr. dd you remember this
this is what bill frizzell and we all knew
while the stock traded, while the team including bill let the stock trade record volumes of unregistered shares and stole the money. No wonder bill was hoodwinked, he never got any warning, lucky for the boxes as although john martin said he reads the boards everyday it didn't make them want to question anything. The timline of events tells the story:

JOHN L. SMITH: CMKM investors anxiously eye flood of stock offerings, get no answers
Calls and e-mails continue to pour in from across the country from nervous investors in CMKM Diamonds, a Las Vegas-linked company whose controversial stock sales have generated millions and drawn the attention of federal securities officials.
Investors are telling similar tales of watching the company float ever-increasing numbers of shares on the penny stock market. They've also said their attempts to get satisfactory answers from CMKM officers have been unsuccessful.
CMKM has touted itself in promotional literature as a mining exploration outfit with valuable diamond claims in Saskatchewan, Canada. The company has attracted a conservatively estimated 50,000 investors -- with one estimate as high as 70,000 -- who have purchased billions of shares of stock valued at as little as .002 cents each.
Securities and Exchange officials, working in cooperation with a local bank, have subpoenaed records of nearly 100 CMKM accounts.

Re: silver state bank fraud it was busted in sept 04 and alllll over the boards on feb 05, you saw that
The SEC sent the subpoena to the bank in September 2004.
USCA was hit with a trading halt in October 2004.
Hakala sent a document subpoena to CMKM in November 2004.
Someone wrote an article in February 2005.
During this time period Urban was CEO and Roger Glenn was the CMKM Attorney.
What’s the relationship with Frizzell?

LOL _ The last issuance of stock was done in October 2004, which created the 703 billion OS.
Bill was not the CMKM Attorney during October 2004.
400 billion shares were dumped when Dvorak was the CMKM Attorney.

What’s the relationship with Frizzell?

The money was stolen from November 2002 up until October 2005.
Dvorak, Gelnn and Stoecklein were the CMKM Attorney.
Urban was the CEO.
The claims were lost from November 2002 up until October 2005.
Dvorak, Gelnn and Stoecklein were the CMKM Attorney.
Urban was the CEO.

Re: funny you can't remember silver state ever and it wasn't in columbo's dd but we allll saw it on the net, and john watched the net every day
I remember the Silver State Bank saga.
And I remember people asking Urban, Glenn and Stoecklein what was going on:
Of which they answered “don’t worry about it” and “that’s not true.”
So again, what’s the relationship with Frizzell?
