I remember David relating a story back a few years ago. (in Paltalk)
Can't remember the names involved (Walters? Edwards? or some other connected to CMKX)..... The guys were going on a fishing trip I believe? David had to stop by and pick up another of UC's "friends"....... This person (Walters? Edwards? other?) showed David a few computers in a closet and showed him how he could make millions by the push of a button, selling shares of CMKX. When they proceeded to go to Urban's house, David took UC aside and told him what he had just witnessed. David said that UC turned beet red and then all hell broke loose when he realized just what was going on.
David has always stood by his convictions, that Urban Is a good man
I have always remembered this story especially, as Roger Glenn appeared and then Robert Maheu.
This is how I remember the story. If anyone else witnessed the story, please correct or add to what I remember.

A) Absolutely NOT! Urban Casavant personally promised but never followed through with any funding that was needed and requested by the company in the first few weeks after he signed the company over to Mr. West at the end of March, 2007. The company has had no communications with Urban Casavant, either directly or indirectly since that time. |

Like everything else related to CMKX , every little bit ,of new info, we receive just leaves us with more questions. There is much speculation going around the boards such as: Urban is still involved and has provided financing? Urban defaulted and never came through with the money? Just another bouncing ball IMO? (and I am sure quite a few others will arise also !) and TY to Storngrey who reminded us of this from the Q&A..... i'm marc, but thanks anyways.  richardson's just the surname. yeah it's been one hell of a ride, that's for sure. i let it go a couple of years ago, checking the boards once in a while, not really believing that anything would come out of this thing. gotta catch up now. a lot, i guess. is it my eyes or can't you guys read the stuff properly either? |

That kind of goes along with this sentence in he pic # 623 "urban casavant agrees to provide kevin west with copies of documents evidencing payments of these moneys to the corporation before payment of such note can be demanded." " this note represents the amount of monies loaned to the corporation for apropriate business purposes and which have not been repaid to the individuals. " ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ dont know.. read those parts.. maybe it could go both ways.. I thought like you at first.. then i thought that.. it could really make sense.. that they wanted note payable for the funds already invested in the company not paid to them.. therefore need to show the documents that they paid to the company before the note is payable and second sentence about .. "which have not been reapaid to the individuals". maybe we will get more documents.. to make the picture clearer. ines

Re: $550 bucks eh?« Reply #54 Today at 7:46pm » right showme.. the whole debate here is.. weather urban is talking about moneys .. he and emmerson put in cmkx or loaned to cmkx company before he gave it to kevin.. or did he do it when kevin took over as a loan to him to run the company. that is the thing of debate on paltalk. ~ again one option is that he wanted the .. promisory note .. for the funds he put in the company long ago.. and that were not repaid yet.. so now that is giving the company over he wants that promisory note. even though.. he was very soft in his language.. saying that it is in no way intended to stop the company from functioning or staying alive.. so kevin signs that cmkx owes 4 mills to urban and koch. well.. he did not expect urban to loan him the money to repay urban.. so how did kevin plan to repay it by march 2009?
