Jump to msg. # Fair enough.... If my time line is correct, the time line is about finished.....
Tyler and the Sec have been part of this plan, although not sure about the details of either.
Long ago, one said, Either you believe or not in the Sting Operation to catch the thieves.... Urban was used to catch them, he was in the right place at the right time and had the stock that could do it, and he was chosen... That is in my honest opinion of course...
Either you believe or not, that CMKX was Revoked by the Sec and Urban worked with the SEC for quite some time on what to me is clear: The corruption and manipulation of the markets, banks, and in some agencies as well....
Either you believe or not, that Urban did exactly what he set out to do, buying up valuable land for his shareholders... (At any time he could have bailed on us all, but he didn't, he allowed himself to be used. Was it easy on him.... HECK NO... He couldn't talk anymore, and he is a great individual that adores people. He couldn't be seen out anymore because of threats. He wasn't allowed to file. He wasn't allowed to talk at all... Taking the 5th was what had to be done.... on purpose....
Now given that little picture..... He was blamed and hurt by the arrangement, in my opinion, but he did all this for the SHAREHOLDERS....
I could not have been quiet this long... He deserves a MEDAL OF HONOR! and HE DESERVES VINDICATION from anything he was involved with in doing the work to have the corruption stopped from all levels.... Evidence is everywhere that corruption has been curtailed and stopped in most places. I feel more on top need to fall, but he did his all, sacrificing himself for others... In my book HE IS A HERO!
Now....
I hope I have said enough to help you see what I see, so you can feel very lucky to have shares, if you do.... because this man wanted to do exactly this.... Make investments that pay off for himself and his investors....
I hope I do shake his hand very soon.. God Bless
richy63 Junior Miner you are absolutely right about uc my Toronto contacts said the same thing urban is a true hero , a robin hood Ravenpeach

john3339 DIAMOND JEDI WARLORD PLEASE don't forget about that missing box of tee shirts from one of the races...I think it was Chicago!
Good grief man, look at the scale of what you're talking about!
$200 million that would probably be uncollectable if awarded, versus perhaps more than a trillion dollars from market makers, borkers, bankers, hedge funds and the quasi-governmental agencies tasked with protecting us from such thievery!
Gee, if I had to choose which to pursue, I'd probably go BIG!!!!
Return to trading? (skip) Return to trading? (skip) Return to trading? (skip) Return to trading? (skip) Return to trading? (skip) Return to trading? (skip) Return to trading? (skip) Return to t....(ZZZZZZZZIP!) nuff said about that.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've actually looked pretty hard at whether Tyler is following a script and is part of the "plam." But I can't justify a single reason why this might be true.
I can't see how calling shareholders idiots is any part of a good plan.
I can't see how enlisting members of the 66 board to be on Tyler's board of directors is any part of a good plan.
I can't see how telling shareholders that Tyler's mysterious source of funding is "none of our business" is any part of a good plan,
And lastly, I see everyday how the bashers are really the only ones who support Tyler. I don't see how that can be any part of a good of a good plan. Is Tyler part of the "plam?" I don't see how they could be. I back Urban and the old team. Always have.

i see mq3 isn't providing you with anymore information on the phone than he suplies the rest of us on the boards. too bad. i'd like to learn what the man has to say beyond the taunts.
i'm still puzzled about why it is taking so long and why it's important to keep urban in the crosshairs.
if firms haven't paid after this many years i can't imagine they are going to be paying now. in fact, i would argue they are less likely to pay since they can always argue they are going under.

Jump to msg. # aladin99, You give Urban far to much credit. John Edwards was the brain behind the operation and played the game well. Urban was an accomplice who benefited greatly from the scam. Edwards has a long history of stock scams and even his wife is dirty. How you can ignore all that has come out and still claim Urban was a genius and a kind man willing to take a fall for the shareholders is beyond me. He was consumed by greed and avarice. Sadly, you and others like you will still be here a year from singing Urban's praises. A lot of people still sing Hitler's praises too. Evil is as evil does.

Jump to msg. # rosencrantz2010, the lack of criminal indictments does not mean criminal activity hasn't occurred. Justice is a fickle woman and moves at her own pace. The number of psychotic shareholders bombarding everyone and their cousin with mindless conspiracy theories and adoration of Urban does nothing to help. People are avoiding getting involved with this scam precisely because of all the loonies.
Such shareholders are doing tremendous harm to Tyler's efforts, making it difficult to gain political and judicial support. Perhaps that is their plan. Many of these so called Urbanites may in fact be planted here to spout psychotic babble in order to dissuade officials from prosecuting the criminals. It would certainly be to Edwards and Urban's advantage to cause officials to view all shareholders as nutjobs rather than victims. Think about it.

Like you said Urban was an accomplice who benefited greatly from the scam...Did UC know that at law, an accomplice has the same degree of guilt as the person he or she is assisting, is subject to prosecution for the same crime? WhyTH he did not do 1000:1 R/S then walked away? Why he wasted $12M on ENT at the time? Why he had to go thr. all the trouble and upset people like you?

URBAN knew the SEC and DOJ would never prosecute him because there are too many loonies among CMKX investors. URBAN knew he was home free once he got enough loonies to buy shares in CMKX. the SEC and DOJ never take cases where the victims are predominately loonies. URBAN is home free! too bad MADOFF didn't know that. no wonder that poor schmuck is under house arrest. FREE BERNIE! NOW!!

Jump to msg. # I read this recent update and I might say good job Mark Faulk too bad it is 2 years late. You can hold Bill Frizzell acccountable for that. This attorney has pretty much screwed this whole situation up.
The company should of been doing this the day it took over. Lawsuits against insiders should of been secondary. (Poor strategy)
This is an attorney that thought he could get some of the insiders to flip. (Poor strategy)
Now the attorney is knee deep in debt. (Poor strategy)
The SEC knows they are scared and have no money to fight. (Smart strategy by the SEC)
The SEC puts out that "622 Billion Unregistered Securities" ended up out in the open market. (Smart strategy by the SEC) They know that the company and its bumbling attorney can do nothing about this. (Smart strategy)
The company has not even addressed this whole issue. Why? (Poor strategy)
From day 1 they have done everything backwards and they are suffering for it today. (Poor Poor Strategy)
As a friend of mine tec1958 from the infamous PB66 always says "don't bring a knife to a gunfight". Bill Frizzell carries knives and the SEC carries guns. Who do you think is gonna win?
Poor Strategy that should be Tyler's mission phrase cause they sure are good at it.
