A little bird told me that KW/FRIZZ/MF have NO RIGHTS to the ENT CERT or anything else that belongs to CMKX IMO...and if they ever tried to get it they will be committing FRAUD and will be seeing the BIG HOUSE before the END... if they WERE to try something like that IMO...but I think it is just more WISHFUL THINKING on the part of BASHERS...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

The "power of the people" lies in the weight of the law, and since no one here has been notified a thing about time (to)/and money the land can be as vastly rich as it goes, and it will benefit those that control it ONLY. I want to see the law do what our Founding Fathers set out for the law to do, and so far it has not. Words, print and excuses only. Time to enforce those laws, and expose the truth. If you want to spend more of your hard earned money going after someone, go after the SEC or DTCC for their part in all of this. Allowing millions/billions in volume move during a specified period, knowing that the shares were unregistered, and that the volume exceeded the issued o/s and was not being covered. the DTCC gave a specified, unprecedented timeline to the release of certs from the vault to the brokers et al. that news circulation must have cost someone money. those $40 certs times 40-ish thousand cost someone money. To retrieve them from the vault cost someone money. I repeat; my cert was processed/dated by the transfer agent, Feb of that fateful year and picked up in May in that infamous box of certs, hand delivered to its destination. Why not delivered to me in Feb.? or earlier? It had to be covered to validate this unregistered, shorted cert of shares. Try to tell me that the SEC/DTCC didn't know what was going on? They were involved in distributing, with a deadline, shares that were UNREGISTERED and SHORT, while in their vault. ETRADE was so nice to validate mine. Come on people, regardless of Urban's role, there are 'gotcha's' all over this story. Pick someone or some entity more visible and see if it gets you your money any faster. it may, it may not, but it will be a smarter way to spend your hard earned money than to go after entities that clearly cleansed themselves of assets years ago, right and wrong.

LOL ol' sugar daddy got snooker BIG TIME! and here i thought this guy was smart and knew by investing in CMKX-TYLER he was going to get his original investment back PLUS whatever came fro, the various lawsuits? really, what is TYLER thinking? if i were TYLER i'd give the cert back to ENT and demand the claims back. then i'd partner with someone and try to bring the stock back to life.
with a resumption of trading there is hope. with nothing but $85,000 it's death.
hard to believe the TYLER boys opted for death,,,,, assuming the rumors are true.

Frizzy and crew are kind of funny. Some people actually take those boobs seriously. I cannot imagine why.
I can't wait to hear their spin on this settlement. As I understand it, the check is not yet done, so consideration has not yet passed, so there is still time for Frizzy and crew to embarrass themselves further.
The word is Entourage was actually reserving more funds ($250k)for this settlement, but Frizzy and crew only asked for $100,000, ETGMF played their cards close and saved themselves a cool $165,000.
Not a bad deal if you are ETGMF. That is more money than that company has ever made.
I hope Bill saves his money when the sheep turn on him and remind Frizzy and the Faulkman the cert wasn't his to sell.
