I'm sure Gus hasn't thrown in the towel, there are very few if any who have thrown in the towel.
This drama is just getting to the good part, we have away to go but it is well worth fighting for, as you will see in the ending, the ever so looooooooog ending, there will be soooo many happy people it will be phenominal.
I just had to try and give you a little lift.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kody trust is something that is earned. It isn't earned by how well you speak or you ability to write peotic stories on chat boards. You earn trust by looking someone straight in the eye when you talk to them. Over the past 5 years this lesson has been easily learned by me from all the posters who have come and gone and fed us misinformation. Who really are the "good" and the "bad" guys in this saga? Time will tell.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After looking at the video of the 2 lawyers being arrested for inside trading i get a feeling they are just more scapegoats to cover up bigger crimes. If you listen to what they said, even trading in a company that was under Sec investigation at that time seriously how stuppid can you be.
I dont believe 1 word of this.

add to it as i'm beginning not to care what trouble i can cause, if any:
From: Susanne Trimbath PhD...
"I can only assure you that whatever work I am doing with CMKM, I understand the financial condition of the company and the untenable position being endured by many shareholders and entitlement holders."
this has got to end.

By: TheRealJBond Pay close attention to the news on Monday morning. BIG and I repeat BIG news coming out of the SEC...(2) high level attorneys a MALE and a FEMALE should be named in a HUGE Insider Trading and Securities Fraud charges are being sought. Their names are unknown at this time but MONDAY they should be released to the public. Could these people be related to the fraud we are victims to? Fraud in which the SEC has tried to hide? Fraud in which the SEC has allowed to harm investors with so many companies. If I were a betting man I would bet there will be some splainin to do and it wont be from "Lucy or Ricky"...
Remember EVENT DRIVEN....could this be the last nail ? The SEC is trying to make it look like they are on top of all of this when if you look deeper the FEDS are all over many agencies due to all of our hard work as shareholders. I think we will be rewarded for our time spent here but there is alot of clearning house to be done before they get to us. We have waited this long and trust me A PAYDAY sooner rather then later is what we can all use and just think about how it could get our economy stimulated.... Keep the information coming and post what you know with CAUTION... you don't want to show your entire hand but showing a card at a time is netting us the results.
REMEMBER the old proverb " Keep your friends close and your enemies closer"....Just know that this has applied since 2002 (Regarding CMKM-Barrington- CMKI etc.) as many watched and did nothing and JUDGEMENT day is upon them now. I think it is time for TYLER to release some more distractions too so it looks like they are actually doing something. Dont loose sight on the bouncing ball though as Jay told us in the past.
Finally I wanted to comment on a rumor from 2 weeks ago...Were are those packages that were confirmed to go out and we should recieve by the 11th of May? Did I just miss mine? Keep up the pressure and we will force justice just as we are doing now.

This is what I'm talking about. This ISN'T over. Our money isn't in a Citi trust. Our money isn't earning a penny of interest. There isn't a packet in transit. Why would there be? In this fragile economy, why wouldn't a settlement be made, sans interest/penalties/fees? Because there is no reason to. Fixing the system is enough in the eyes of the advocates. Retribution is a bonus that is not a given. Our settlement is somewhere, but it's not in a bank on the verge of daily bankruptcy, that is for sure. Citi? Give me a break. It lies within the SEC imo. The SEC and all of the brokerages and banks it was responsible for regulating. THERE IS A LAWSUIT PENDING!!! THE EVIDENCE IS THERE!!! THE PRECEDENT IS THERE!!! I am no dummy. I don't want this to go into 2010. We will be washed away along with all of the write-offs from the Wall Street corruption if that occurs. Like a dog that has been beaten over and over again, I am...scared. I am scared because being beaten has become familiar. BUT like a dog I have a bite, a bite that will cause serious damage. This is going to end on my terms. The time for someone to magically come to my rescue is over. When you're backed into a corner there is only one way to go...forward. Wait for events? Which events? There is one on a daily basis. Anyway, I'm not going to preach my stance. It's clear. I just want to get the members thinking about action. If anyone can PROVE to me how this will end with us doing nothing, please set me straight. I look forward to it. Cheers. tramp2.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=8596

www.utahceomagazine.com/article.php?id=64 www.parsonsbehlelaw.com/bio/BrentBaker.asp <----- Mr. Baker makes reference to a SEC vs CMKX case that he was involved in probably the one he represents Daryl Anderson from Nevwest Also: Baker was previously an SEC attorney who helped prosecute Anthony Elgindy, the stock-picker convicted in 2005 on 11 counts of securities fraud, wire fraud, extortion and racketeering. www.rgm.com/articles/bloomberg10.html"Evidence of any scheme to bring down Bear Stearns is most likely buried in options data, according to former government investigators. Options, contracts to buy or sell shares by a certain date at a specific price, can offer forensic evidence of market manipulation and insider trading, said Brent Baker, a former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement Division lawyer who helped prosecute Anthony Elgindy, the stock- picker convicted in 2005 on 11 counts of securities fraud, wire fraud, extortion and racketeering" yet when i read parts of the Elgindy case it looks like Brent Baker was more of an acquaintance of Elgindy's not the prosecuter: asensioexposed.com/apgovsentencing.pdfAlthough i cannot seem to locate the transcript....We also know that CMKX was brought up at the Elgindy Trial thanks to SilverBulletGirl on RB. Also Brent Baker was involved with Sulphco and also there are several websites out there that indicate Baker was a crook and involved with more than 1 penny stock scam. I am beginning to wonder if Brent Baker and Roger Glenn (both former SEC enforcement attornies) might actually be working undercover for other Government agencies like maybe FBI or Secret Service anyhow very interesting stuff!
