This will be interesting. You could not be more wrong about that. I spent two years on Capitol Hill working for 12 Members of the US House. Those people make fools of themselves on a daily basis - that's how they got there. It's one big game show. In Joseph Crowley's DC office for example, they have a wall in the kitchenette dedicated to foolish constituent letters (or at least they did 10 years ago when I was there). All the misspelling and grammatical errors circled in red. Mocking those who put them in office. I'll bet you a dollar we never see a scan of the letter he receives in response to that inquiry.

The SEC will pay the price for their delays. Embarrassing to see, read and hear what they don't want public being exposed to the public.

Jo DIAMOND JEDI MASTER Re: Bud Burrell -- "Good News Coming"... « Reply #69 Today at 4:45pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I always get a little "chill" when someone even alludes to quieting or supressing the thinking and digging into answers that our situation continually provokes. I am positive and upbeat that we have a potentially fantastic situation happening but human nature is unpredictable at best and the love of money dominates our society and the world. I believe that there are most definitely people planted amongst us to turn the currents as they are told to. I hate it when someone asks, or questions obviously strange and inconsistent behavior from the company or regulators and find themselves being shut down by a "why are you here then?" response. Im sorry, that is subtle and controlling and tends to shut down free will and free thinking... not good. I agree with the pro-active efforts of Show Me the Money and JFarn and others who are sincerely seeking truth and agree with the thinking that this has gone on too long with too little information and suspicious and arrogant displays from Tyler Tx and associated attorneys. You CAN be very positive and still ask logical, interrogative questions. Especially when they are directed at the so called principals of the company and the shady characters at the SEC! I always go back to the theory that a very likely reason for our delay is a little concept called "compounding interest." Are there some people among us that profit from this delay?? It is food for thought. To think and question and follow my investment, is why I am here, even if I dont always follow the feel good guru mentality. You can be positive without being gullible. imo millionaires.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=26005&page=4

I didn't/don't need more but it would have been interesting to see how it worked. i'm confident the shares bought from Deli are good to go. no problems there. the only question surrounds Deli and whether or not he'll face charges. however, like URBAN, given the length of time the SEC has allowed to pass i suspect Deli is just fine. the SEC scolded him and that will be the extent of his punishment. in a word, Deli is SAFE. the real question for me is who were the big sellers? and when we find out who they are, the next question is why were they selling? if it was URBAN, as many have stated, i can imagine reasons for the sale beyond the idea of "more dumping of worthless shares." in fact, i can see where urban might be pushing those shares out the door all the while laughing his assss off at shorty. as far as urban was concerned, the more shares out the more that will eventually have to be paid out to shareholders. why not just keep pulling shares out of treasury and putting them back into the "market?" lol if there are only X number of real shares, then you only hurt shorty if you keep adding X+1 to what has to be paid. the more you manage to sell through Deli the larger the bill. and,,, the more i think about it, if it was URBAN that was feeding Deli the shares then it may also suggest that URBAN knew there wouldn't be anything the SEC could do about it since in the end he knew that the SEC would have to take DELI to court and that would mean a lot of information could come out that the SEC didn't want out. in other words, why would URBAN be worried about the legal niceties of Deli's actions when he and the SEC were butting heads already and one more stick in the eye to the SEC wasn't going to mean a thing. in a sense, it was like URBAN telling the SEC to go jump in the lake because he was going to just keep dumping all the treasury shares he wanted to through Deli and there wasn't a d*mn thing the SEC could do to stop it, other than to warn Deli and issue warnings - much like the limpthingy warnings and charges the SEC issues more than TWO YEARS AGO about EDWARDS and URBAN,,,, and what has that produced? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! i hear the SEC is thinking of changing its acronym to LDC,,, limpthingy commission. Jo DIAMOND JEDI MASTER Thinking of AL Hodges « Thread Started Today at 4:56pm »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just thinking out loud. Why did Al Hodges agree to a fact finding effort with Bob Hollenegg when he is one of the active attornies on the derivative lawsuit with Bill Frizzell and David Koch. He was "subbed in" and George Cromer was "subbed out." Al referred Suzanne Trimbath to CMKM and he knows nothing about whats going on?? How about whats going on with the lawsuit he is attorney on. I would love to know if Al could answer the shareholders regarding the legal proceedings of this lawsuit and current turn of events with the mysterioius out of court negotiation happening with Eton properties. What about the rest of the lawsuit. Is it true that if no filing is made by July of 09 that the lawsuit expires? I wonder if Al being one of the attorneys on this case can comment about the status of this suit that was made "on behalf of the CMKM shareholders and the company" and whether that actually means "us". Didnt Bill say that the legal fees would be secured separately? Didnt Al say that he hasnt spoken to Bill in a long time, that they went silent a long time ago? Well that doesnt make me as a shareholder feel very confident about the deriv lawsuit if the attorneys on the case dont even speak to each other?? Is the lawsuit a mockery? Can you settle a deal like the Eton properties aside from filing it into the court docs? Is that even legal? I have so many thoughts and questions like that.. but Im sure he would say it is a conflict of interest to discuss..even though we are supposedly the ones that are partially represented in this mysterious suit... I bet Al knows everything.
Just thinking out loud..

If you bought from Marco kiss your money goodbye and there will be nothing left after the SEC takes all of his money.
progers in INES be patient. If you bought from Deli then I recommend you contacting your own attorney and not the company. The company is not responsible for side deals especially if those side deals were done with restricted shares.
