It takes TIME for those that read to understand via the TIME and MEDIA finally proving they 'clue giver' right.. but by then, many forget that the innuendo was ever made... lets take just ONE of those clues.. for instance acca talking about Sally Krawcheck... anyone understand what he was saying back then about this person? ahhhhhh, the many, many clues that were moduled peoples JOBS to put out....... facinating stuff... for those that have a KEEN eye and ear !~

I am not saying leo is wacky... or that ALL of what is said is wrong... it appears to me that the shareholders needed to understand they were not taking part in a Internet Social Club... this is a INVESTMENT... This one brought in Maheu's opportunity to bring his long awaited agenda to the fore ... he had a stock with VALUE.. and the Internet to boot ! he found out at the CERT Pull that he had a power he had never before been able to use... and he knew HOW to keep that interest within the shareholders who chose to go to the internet and stay there. Maheu not only went on his vendetta but kept the shareholders entertained with tidbits of 'leading' pieces or clues to the major puzzle picture. Many of us now see that picture in 360....and its 'ours' for the work we put into it.. lots of DD work.. lots of sleepless night... and for some of us .. lots of jeering...! Ask yourself just HOW the DTCC could ever really PAY anyone without it getting out to the Media and taking down the market just by the implication of guilt .. the public would withdraw to their dollar under the mattress for eons. unles.. they paid Outright.. the NevWest pitance that is blatantly ON the SEC site as a no no... THAT is ONE evidence the SEC WANTED to have SHOwing. Find that interesting? They had their STING and got the so-called culprits that they know would be palatable to the public, after all, does our neighbor recognise the name NevWest? Would that name make any Joe Public run for cover? naw, its just a nobody name.. (except that WE KNOW that they and the Melchezidek Crime family are in this deep with roots that go over the pond....and into the underground channels of money laundering galore.. but what they hey !.. what Joe public doesnt know wont hurt him..? so, is the DTCC capable of paying us a dividend from NevWest and looking like the Good Guy during their SEC Hearings coming soon?

We all know and understand the big hole we are in with out question after all this time it would be hard for any not to know the story for real. Just bothers me some that with all the missing money being taken from the shareholders there hasn't been a lawsuit of substance in a class action.

This is my first venture into this message board. Please allow me to identify myself. I am an attorney. I stumbled across a possible offer to sell stock certificates in CMKM Diamonds, Inc. I am a collector of defunct cerificates of all kinds. I matt and frame them as wall-hangings. I have China gold Bonds from 1932, which are beautiful, but worthless, as well as a variety of defunct railroad stocks from 1800's America and other entities. It makes for a great grouping on my office wall. Looks really impressive as a collective conversation piece. Now, that being said, it is my understanding that Mkay, one of this message board's active participants, has possession of the subject certificates. Hey, I simply want to purchase the pieces of paper for aesthetic purposes. It has come to my attention that my credentials as an attorney have been challenged on this message board. Well, be that as it may, I am, in fact, attorney. I am not afraid to expose myself, in that regard. My Tennessee Supreme Court Number is 019775. You are welcome to check that out. So, Obviously, I am not hiding. I did send a personal email to Mkay, regarding the possible purchase of certificates for framing, and I got no courtesy reply, but rather I received a phone call one morning last week from somebody else, who proclaimed himself to be a reporter, however, he would not give me any meaningful information, claiming "journalistic privilege". Bottom line, ladies and gentlemen, does anyone have any certificates for sale? If so, you may email me at mfrays@frayserlaw.com. By the way, I would welcome any and all of you to visit my web site at www.frayserlaw.com. I might even pick up a client, here. And my motto is "NO CASE IS TOO SMALL, NO FEE IS TOO LARGE" Kindest regards, By the way, I was an investment banker for 28 years before I became a duly licensed attorney. So, I'm pretty well informed in that regard. Just so we're all on a level playing field. Aybody else out there wish to positively identify themselves to the extent which I have deone so, please do so. That was 2 weeks ago and he hasn't called. I had lots of questions that I hoped he'd answer and one of them was about the cmkm cert. If Tyler is the legit company, then why would they have to fight to get it back, seeing how it is for the registered shareholders whom Tyler says they are representing. But perhaps they aren't representing the shareholders. Perhaps they only are representing the CMKM name and not the shareholders. Perhaps they bought/got only the business name but not the assets. I just don't know. Guess Mark's just too busy to call.
