Jump to msg. # snoop, it's total BS...we are pitifully powerless. I repeat, if congress can't find out how $300 billion of the stimulus money was spent, which, according to another watchdog group, is now over a trillion dollars, what's our chances of getting anywhere with a puny law suit.. We may get something someday, but what it will be, is the $64,000 question. So, we wait & wait while the bashers toy with our emotions. However, even though I hate their guts, they have a better track record here than any of our gurus who probably have caused us more pain than all the low life, scum bashers put together..imo

Jump to msg. # February 2, 2008 – An email was sent to 20 people within the DOJ, FBI, IRS, SEC, and FINRA, containing the CMKM Plea for Justice Letter, along with an introductory email detailing the hundreds of thousands of pages of bank account records, transfer agent records, trading records, and other evidence that the Company and its legal counsel had accumulated, and renewing offers to assist the various agencies in their investigations. Less than two hours later, the Company received a phone call from an FBI agent who is a member of the Task Force. Since that phone call, the Company has worked closely with federal agents to provide evidence in order to ensure that criminal charges will be filed in one of the largest financial frauds in history.
Amazing how Urban pulled off this scam... "one of the largest financial frauds in history"... and yet he still is on the loose...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am agreeing more and more that this is the public story in the making. That is possibly why they recapped all they have done to show the chronological effort that was made. That little recap is what made it so frustrating for all of us to watch, with the many apparent contradictions and lack of focus on the NSS..
I will always scratch my head about the real story behind Tyler. I think the Old Team is who pulled this amazing sting off, headed up by Robert Maheu. I think he went out in style and should be credited as such. I think Tyler "may" have swayed a little during their time in the limelight. This is just my nagging feeling but I am always open to being wrong about that.
But who cares really, if payday arrives in the near future. If it doesn't, well that is an entire horse of a different color!

Jump to msg. # elo, They will not even recover enough monies to cover legal expenses.....The only way this company gets rejuvinated, is a name change, a symbol change, and new monies from the shareholders. In other words, a brand new company to buy shares in. That is not rejuvination, that's called starting from scratch. Just watch and see that after most of the legal is paid for, the shareholders will be asked to come up with more money to get the new company off the ground. Mark this post and bring it back when it happens.
CMKR....CMKL....CMKY....CMKO....CMKQ.....CMK? Or i've had enough of this craap, let them get the money from some brand new suckers. This company is dead and buried, and NOTHING will revive it.

I'm very positive and appreciate the update...theres a reason Faulk agreed to become CEO of the company..he's privy to the overall plan and is enthusiastic about the outcome..yes it's been a long time but just think about a trading frenzy if and when the company starts trading again...thats why certain individuals are still here telling us we are losers....they have alot to lose....and we have.....CERTSSSSSSSS !!!!!!!!!

It’s not the unregistered shares that will get Urban and Roger in trouble: It’s the documents Urban and Roger prepared to get the certificates issued without a restriction legend that will end up getting them in trouble. And BTW – add Edwards and Desormeau on the list.
