stockrich DIAMOND JEDI Tyler PR exactly 1 wk ago... « Thread Started Today at 8:34pm »
Many here thought the Tyler pr was really 'making the case for settlement'.
Was it a prelude for today's activity.
The judgement against John Edwards is more important than the money.
If...THEY are looking for a justification to pay...
...Tyler's statement last week of being 'wronged', and the court's judgement today would surely create the necessary cover.

In fact, the SEC's handling of disgorgement cases has been the subject of considerable criticism from congressional investigators over the past decade. And now some securities law experts are questioning whether the agency is well-equipped to serve as the market's Robin Hood. www.law.com/jsp/article.jsp?id=900005535421

Jump to msg. # 4000. 703 minus 622 minus 64 = 17 Bil. One share each of a trust, which makes us equal no matter how much we own of CMKM? RR's. Payments. NSS. Shareholders don't know how much or when, or if they do, can't say. If shift is correct, there's a lot more pie to split amongst a lot less people. The 40,000 was used to keep the crooks calm? 622 Billion phony shares. 2.3 Trillion MSS shares. 20 to 38 companies forming a mining conglomerate. Legal issues here and mining issues there. A monetary shift. An energy shift. Countries will realign. A basket of commodities to back our dollar, still, the reserve currency of the world. Basket of commodities was first proposed in 1938 I believe, by Benjamin Graham, and I think he called it "Bancor" or something like that. The man was a genious, so let's give him credit shall we? Exactly who hired Mr. Maheu to put this together? Will we ever know? Is it above our pay grades? Another genious in his field. My dad and I used to put out salt licks in the field, but they were for the cows, and we didn't wear special underpants! But it was an interesting post just the same......I DON'T WANT ANY MORE SHAREHOLDERS TO DIE BEFORE THEY SEE A RETURN ON CMKM DIAMONDS. That's my wish anyway. Best wishes to all shareholders. eom

Thanks for your email.
The Commission does not have the authority to freeze anyone’s assets without first getting a court order, and the decision whether to seek a court order freezing assets depends in each case on a variety of factors. We have not sought an asset freeze in this case, for strategic reasons that I cannot discuss. We have filed motions with the court seeking disgorgement and penalties from Edwards and others who have partially settled with the Commission, but the court has not yet ruled on those motions. Regards, Leslie Hakala ------------------------------------------------------------- NOW if it turns out that John Edwards is unable to pay us bc he had an extra 2 years and 2.5 months to hide OUR money............what are we shareholders going to do? The SEC could have at least tried to freeze his assets in 2007. I know its not much but I want every thing we can get and that .000085 a share is better than nothing Email Them and tell them you expect them to recover our money!

....lets assume that Edwards, Anderson and the Tomascos all pay up....how is the SEC going to divy up the money to us shareholders when there is still in all likelihood a huge FTD situation? will our .000085 a share then turn out to be .00002 a share bc they will pay out on the FTD's which could be in the 3 trillion plus range for all we know...if i remember correctly i think CIM divy showed a 1.4 trillion Float
