Jump to msg. # 8] On or about the middle of May 2003, the Minister published a lapse list indicating that various mineral interests in the Fort a la Corne area would be available for disposition and that applications for claims in relation to them would be accepted as of June 2, 2003. In view of the large tract of land involved, this is potentially a lucrative claim.
[9] Shore was interested in obtaining claims in relation to the mineral interests (diamonds) in the Fort a la Corne area which were identified in the lapse list published on or about May 15, 2003.
July 10, 2008 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan -
United Uranium Corp. (UUC - TSXVenture) & Star Uranium Corp. (SUV – TSX Venture) (collectively the “Companies”)were advised today by the Registrar of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal that the appeal taken by Shore Gold Inc. (SGF.T) (“Shore”) from the decision of the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench granting the Companies the right to record Mineral Dispositions in the Fort a la Corne area was dismissed.
Kyle Kozuska, Director of United Uranium Corp. and Star Uranium Corp. stated “we are exceedingly pleased with the ruling we received from the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan. The location of these properties gives them the potential to be of major importance within the Fort a la Corne diamond area of Saskatchewan.

Jump to msg. # snoop, i have about 10 claims maps, some dating back to 2003. talk about a mishmash of claims moving from one firm to another.
one of the interesting things to me (i've written a number of analysis pieces in the last year or so on the movement of claims, etc.) is the way competitors have swapped large blocks of claims. why would you do that? why would you ever take an equally sized large block of claims and swap it for an equally large block of claims with your next door competitor? why would each company be willing to give up their "great" claims to the other guy and why would that other guy be willing to trade his "great" claims? and if they are shiiittt claims then why would either company even bother with the hassle? why trade shiiittt claims? and who wouldn't do survey work on the claims you are acquiring? and why wouldn't the other guy do his own survey work on your claims before doing the swap? and if both sets of claims are determined to be worthless then why bother? (and in several cases we are talking about BIG blocks of land.)
too much weird stuff going on over the years and very hard for me to follow closely. i swear, the fact that CMKX "lost" (lapse) 90% of their project surround claims to SHORE GOLD is especially weird,,, if you just take it at face value. in other words, if what CMKX had was worthless moose pasture in the project surround claims then why would the smart money in the FALC, that is, shore gold, bother to pick up all those worthless claims?
things are too cozy in the FALC for me not to believe that something "funny" is unfolding in the FALC among all those companies.
but to follow up on the point i was making back then, it now appears i was right and entourage was a worthless stock. in other words, entourage was used as a place holder and the people arguing that our CMKX fortune was going to be realized once we got the entourage stock didn't know what they were talking about

Of course, I have been following this matter for years - very closely - and I have my own sources in very informed circles, as well as havingf seen very significant legal developments in the public arena, but I am going to ignore all that I have seen and learned just to take the word of you, a paid misinformant.
Wow, if only you had come along sooner!
Sorry pal, we win and you lose. The home run king of all time, Iron Bob, made sure of that fact.
In case we have to sign a NDA and I am unable to make the comment later, after we are paid, let me toss it out now for you to remember forever: Hehehehehe.. we told you so!
