smart, we're not going for a tender offer. We are going for an equity settlement. Tax free settlement. Watch and see how it's done.

The actions of the very talented Bob Maheu were for the future of this great country. Please Keep your eyes open as you have so faithfully and patiently waited for what has been rumored over and over again to you fine shareholders. As you can imagine when a significant amount of Attys, Money, Negotiations, and the desire to keep the details of such a scandel quiet was the highest priority. So as to not bring about instability in the markets. Be prepared make good decisions with your rewards.

Please be aware that many criminal cases are resolved by a plea agreement between the United States Attorney's Office and the defendant. You should also be aware that it is not unusual for a defendant to seek to negotiate a plea agreement shortly before a trial is scheduled to begin.

Attorney Bill Frizzell’s letter to Attorney Donald Stoecklein “…You are aware that significant naked shorting of CMKX stock has occurred and the company is hereby requested to assist in the investigation to determine those that may be responsible for the illegal shorting and fails to deliver that are present in this stock.
“Our investigation into naked shorting convinces me there is a huge naked short….IF the only asset this company has is the Entourage stock, then the naked short is still a problem for the brokers and a potential asset for the shareholders because of the problems brokers will experience once the distribution takes place. If by some stroke of luck, there are other assets and the company begins to trade again, then the naked short becomes a real asset for the shareholders and real problem for the brokers with the shorts.”
…“The Task Force has now received certs in the name of certain brokerage companies. Our investigation reveals a potentially huge naked short position in at least two of the very companies that have sent us certs. The certs sent to the Task Force by the brokers represent billions of shares of CMKM stock. It is not the intention of the company to distribute Entourage stock to securities intermediaries and clearing houses for them to distribute the stock at their discretion. It is clear from the Regulation SHO records in conjunction with other sources (ADP, the transfer agent and the DTCC) that huge fails to deliver in this stock currently exist. It would be a breach of the fiduciary duty of the company to distribute these assets to a broker in lieu of its true beneficial owner when there is evidence of known fails to deliver occurring at the same brokerage house.”

By the looks of these murky, convoluted criminal indictment dates predicated on (IMO);
1.) the complicit nature of fraud 2.) involving none other than the lack of FEDERAL OVERSIGHT, which is now front and center all of a sudden almost 4 years past the certificate pull deadline. That is suspicious in itself. 3.) the continuous back room rumor from LARGE shareholders "in the know" , stating end of month closure, Buy Out news, (on a monthly basis) in order to keep the shareholders from acting legally;
Statute of Limitations will begin at some point in that FEDERAL discovery date, and from that point forward whatever payment (might be)/ is coming will be calculated to be received up to 2 years out possibly. Not until then IMVHO. In the mean time "we" will have more BS court enlargements, date postponements, indictments, whatever fits the legal definition to keep this story floating, and the shareholders from filing any legal motions/complaints. Shareholders will wait nevertheless- like they always have waited, patiently. What other legal reason to pay them? Mining concerns up North seem to be doing their business without any problems, interruptions so far. No indications that CMKM shareholders have any claims to those interests legally-pointedly. Nor have they raised any objections. Just because they purchased shares while "claims" were purported in PR's to them about subsequent valuations.
I have previously questioned the DOJ about CMKM DIAMONDS and never received any return on my inquires other than "nothing found". Never any statements about sealed documents, or pending investigations. As a US citizen some answer would have been justified given the level of fraud being exposed here, today, NOW.
I will never forget the way that some of these individuals who come and go with questionable ties to those interests of the shareholders, putting out false and misleading information for their agenda/ objectives becoming much more apparent today. "They" are the lowest form of dirt on the planet.

Jo DIAMOND JEDI MASTER Is NOW, the time to hire a sh Attorney? « Thread Started Today at 10:27am » We are being told we have a stake in this lawsuit. We also have zero company communication about our representation in this. We hired Frizzell at a point when we were more or less in discovery. We are way beyond that point now. I am just putting this out there because as they state in the letter to the shareholder on the DOJ site, that they cannot give us legal advice. Should we not be very careful right now and have one good securities attorney standing by to oversee this process? I say it cannot hurt and may be very smart.. It should be done swiftly, if there is agreement.. IMO NO DOG IN THIS FIGHT?? How about our pink & white dog that has a great BIG diamond for a tooth?? Jo DIAMOND JEDI MASTER Re: Is NOW, the time to hire a sh Attorney? « Reply #2 Today at 10:37am » Cody mentioned to me when he worked for us, that one of the CMKM attorneys stated, "the shareholders have no dog in this fight." I re-read the DOJ Press Release dated September 21, 2009 regarding the "FIVE PERSONS ARRESTED IN SECURITIES FRAUD CASE".
It is highly unusual to read a DOJ Press Release that presents a narative "theory of the case" with unproven allegations.
Ordinarily, the PR would only list the crimes the Defendants are charged with - without a detailed report from the US Attorney how it believes the purported crimes were executed and accomplished.
This may pass muster to "Joe Six-Pack", however, to someone who has some backgound about the DOJ, they clearly recognize that this is more of the CMKX Cover Story that just doesn't logically add up.
Nice try DOJ - we ain't buying it - why won't you prosecute the felonious Naked Shorters and the Deep Captured SEC?

Jump to msg. # dusty, everyone has their piece of logic to hold onto. i have posted mine many times in relation to the cert pull. it is additionally logical that if one believes it to be a sting, if you will, then no one person should have all of the pieces in hand, even the players. You believe in God because of circumstances beyond your mother telling you to. I think that circumstances beyond the latest SEC doc have told you that there is more to this than the eye can see. it must be harder when family is involved and trusted in you. your continued trust in your decision to invest will give them encouragement. Also, it is a good idea to distract yourself from this. it has been many years, and now everything seems to be coming to an end, so you can wait a little longer. try to find something else to focus on. people need this money for different reasons. all valid. seemingly overdue. everything in God's time. not a second before. keep strong dusty and find a distraction.

Cody emailed right back and this is what he said verbatum: "Hope all is well with you and your family. This is the indictment I was trying to make reference to when I was working on this matter. I don't think you need an attorney at this time as this case, once it starts gathering momentum (discovery) you and yours will have a plethora of information, courtesy of the United States Government, that will allow almost any attorney to pursue the wrongdoers and bring them to the court for restitution. " ShowMeTheMoney Mod Squad Re: Is NOW, the time to hire a sh Attorney? « Reply #12 Today at 12:22pm » Jo... Thank you for following up with Cody. I've sent an email to Al and Dennis, asking them for their thoughts. I will call them as well, and let everyone now what they are willing to let me post. What I can tell you for now is that they were already thinking about taking some legal action... before the indictments. The DOJ's indictments, may have changed some of their thinking. And, they may not be ready to make a decision yet on what their strategy will be. Hang tight... - Show

Legal advice on the course of this Company has been obtained from one of the leading securities attorneys working in a national law firm."Notice they don't just say "securities attorney" they say: "Leading Securities Attorney - National Law Firm" But the involvement of Maheu, Glenn & Stocklien who all are leaders in their field and also national.... oh' those guys were nothing to get excited about? Can someone ask Kevin if this new guy is also just a big name who won't do anything for us like the others..... I would hate for the new national leading attorney to make the biggest mistake of his life or have to remove himself from the public like Roger Glenn or sit with a cert in his desk for the next 5 years.
