Seems while reading the indictments, I remember thinking... Why are they going to such extremes as to reiterate over and over and over again that it was JE who sold and controlled the majority of the shares sold.... Jarta, I don't know who Mike Williams is as asked by Faulk, however I did know Rendall Williams and I was in his office when Bob Maheu was introduced to me. They had two offices here in Las Vegas that they shared with CMKX. (1) 1481 W. Warm Spring Rd, suit 133 (2) 5380 Valley View Ave. Suite F That Procyon, hot rod shop was to throw people off for some reason. My business with Williams was unrelated to their stocks. I know that Maheu was involved a long time prior to his joining the company and he knew the addresses, He played dumb when being questioned by the SEC.

Here is something all the naysayers seem to forget>>>>>>I suppose he was not being truthful here!!>>?? Sure sounds like he KNOWS alot about CMKX!!
Maheu, former CMKM co-chairman and the designated trustee of the Task Force, stated, "I am fully committed to protecting the interests of bona fide CMKM stockholders, including if necessary, bringing appropriate federal or state court actions to ensure the appropriate distribution of the Entourage shares is made. When I initially took on the assignment of assisting CMKM with its compliance needs, of primary concern was doing the right thing for the stockholders. We faced a tremendous number of hurdles, including the trading halt, administrative hearing and let down of numerous professionals. However, with the continued commitment of Urban Casavant and diligent professionalism of Stoecklein Law Group, we are trying to overcome the obstacles of the past and look forward into the future towards distributing value to CMKM's bona fide stockholders. I want to commend Urban and his immediate family for deciding not to share in the distribution of the Entourage shares. This goes a long way towards showing the Casavant family's continued commitment to the CMKM stockholders." Maheu further stated, "This is a time for the CMKM stockholders to look forward towards the future and forget the past. Working as a united front will allow us to extract all available sources of value for distribution
Maheu was QUOTED many times..It is written..At the very least he was a big part of many shares dumped on us..he and Glenn were the ones that caused it..Now they were either in on it OR working to help us..
LOL you're funny Janice..I thought companies could get in trouble for lying in PRS?
Was he lying in the prs? or at the hearing? can't have it both ways..

By: Sugarpaw 02 Nov 2009, 11:06 PM EST Rating: Msg. 347585 of 347586 sportsman93306, here's my corrected post. LOL! I didn't notice until just as I hit the submit button on RB, for my post, that my spelling software had corrected jmho (just my humble opinion) to jumbo. LOL! Sorry for the error. ) Sugarpaw sportsman93306, I'm highly encouraged but cautiously optimistic in the latest developments. In my opinion, we will be compensated for being naked shorted in some form or fashion. My belief is that either there is currently no short and funds have already been collected from borkers to close out their position or, we will return to trading under new corp. and will force the borkers to close out their position at that time. We already know that Kevin West has stated in an update, a year or so ago, that the company had acquired an asset that would allow it to return to trading. Therefore, I think we've been working with the SEC, on their timeframe, and that the company is limited in what they can say and do, as this return to trading is event driven. I do think the remaining land claims have value, and that, combined with a naked short is forcing the SEC's hand. I would expect the company to do a reverse split, sometime in the future, probably in the neighborhood of 10,000 to 1 RS, as there is no way that 800 billion shares can be supported in new corp. However, an accounting of shares and a reconciliation of records had to be conducted first, to determine liability. Otherwise, the company could not move forward. As far as timeframe, and how much, I would only be speculating, but wouldn't be surprised to see any movement, in this regard, well into next year. That's my thoughts and jmho, thanks for asking. What do you think yourself? ) Sugarpaw

A 10,000 to 1 rs is absolutely useless to the vast majority of shareholders here..so what exactly is the advantage in it except to the extremely well off shareholders.

cmkxdiamonds DIAMOND JEDI WARLORD 4 MONTHS SINCE CORE SAMPLE PR « Thread Started Today at 12:33pm »
so since its been 4 months and we still havent heard a thing you can bet the core sample pr was to force the remaining crooks to the table...the crooks seem to be laughing at the good guys because it shouldnt take that long...wouldnt it be the ultimate blow to the crooks that are holding out to hand all of us on the master shareholder list a simple little cash divy to show them really who's boss...if we are still threatening them with the core sample results and 4 months have past i think its time to sh__ or get off the pot....who really is winning....

Starlight DIAMOND JEDI WARLORD Overstock.com Settlement Meeting/Day O'Quinn Died « Thread Started Today at 9:05pm » Just found out in our local media that the day John O'Quinn died (Oct. 29th) he had a mediation settlement meeting with Overstock.com in San Antonio.... The newspaper said that he was rushing home to get important papers before his flight. In the age of the fax machine and email, why would someone risk their lives by rushing back to get the papers when O'Quinn could have just had his long-time girlfriend, Darla Lexington, drive to his home and fax them to him in San Antonio... I also thought it was odd when I was reading one of the local excerpts from the Houston Chronicle regading O'Quinn's death where two local police officers were quoted as saying that neither O'Quinn nor his driver/assistant were wearing seatbelts yet they had requested to remain annonymous. Annonymous... Whether they were wearing seat belts or not is a very important piece of the puzzle, yet these 2 police officers want to remain annonymous. Why? Does that not seem a bit odd to you? Not unless their story was not accurate and they were trying to hide behind their annonymity. Our local papers also stated that Johnny Cutliff, O'Quinn's assistant, had been working for him for 26 years without a day off. Sure sounds like a body guard/driver to me and not what the newspapers are referring to as an "assistant." I just got back from O'Quinn's Visitation about an hour ago... Jammed packed with a lot of people (quite a few attorneys). I had a chance to personally meet Darla Lexington, his long-time girlfriend who was a major stabilizing force in his life. I thanked her for getting O'Quinn saved (they are both members of Second Baptist Church) and I told her that I was grateful for the work that O'Quinn and his legal team have been doing for the past 9+ years regarding stock market reform. I told her that I had invested into a stock that was naked shorted, too. She told me that John was headed to San Antonio for a meeting for a company for the very same thing. I told her that I had read about her in the obituary as being the love of John's life and how she had helped him in so many ways and that I just wanted to meet her in person. We both hugged and cried. She was such a genuine person. My heart just aches for her.... Tommorrow morning is the funeral service at 11 am. at Second Baptist Church in Houston. I will be there... Mark Faulk said they'd release or give results of core samples in the "very near future"..on July 3, 2009.
We went from hundreds of claims to 22. How did we know which ones to retain?
----obviously the core sample results (in my opinion).
