What you fail to realize is that Al Hodges, Esq. is bound by the constraints of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 11, which provides in pertinent part, sanctions, including disbarment (loss of law license), for the filing of frivolous litigation by an attorney in Federal District Court. Additionally, you left out the key phrase "in excess of", which clearly infers that $3.78 Trillion is the minimum low end of alleged damages. Are you actually suggesting that Al has somehow "fudged" his damages allegation?
A man of Al's integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct clearly would not risk nor jeopardize his impeccable, forty year legal reputation by filing an allegation of damages that exceeds the evidence in his possession.
On the other hand, how did you arrive at your conjecture and speculation that "3.8 trillion in damages [seems] to be extremely high...." Did you use tea leaves or just winged it?

Attorney Hodges' update came out on the 16th and the email was received on the 17th almost less than 24 hours, yet it makes its appearance late on the 30th on RB three days later? Bob, Thanks for your quick response. I suspected the same as I know unpaltalker is not a loyal long. Although I am sure there other shareholders who are attempting to contact Mr Majcher regarding this email..... Is there any way You or Al can verify it's legitimacy or not ? As always another crazy mixed up day in CMKX world... <sigh> Thanks Single PS.....  of course my first reaction was "what's the facts".... lol |

knowing that Treffery, Salty, and HeavyG are a part of the Hodges efforts just killed any and all hope i had that Hodges could back up his claims. d*mn really sucks...i was excited that the Hodges thing was legit and all his claims were legit in his update letter...

It doesn't matter WHO the plaintiffs are as long as they own CMKX shares IMO...Hodges can still throw a monkey wrench into the SEC...AND subpoena the TF/OG records for our INFORMATION...since we PAID for it...I hope another THOUSAND Hodges do the same...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)
