RJB is just another WorldBS reader and a serial guesser, he is also a cruise director and that is why he has long absents from the boards...Oh yea he listens to Tuscan religiously so the stories just keep going round and round...whenever she says she is getting an overseas call from the "Man" he is the one and his cruise ship job is the overseas call, so transparent isn't it?
But to some they are crack investigators these are the two that tried to get people to believe that GW Bush had the bridge in Minneapolis destroyed amongst other totally outlandish and silly stories...it just keeps going however it is entertaining in a childish way... LOL

Varnson... Hey, To each their own.... as 100-1 has said, "I believe in FREEDOM to CHOOSE".... and this is the "rumor thread". IMO.. most shareholders have long ago learned to take any and every new guru, theory and or rumor with a grain of salt. Seems some posters work very hard to force their point of view on others, work very hard to discourage and sometimes demean shareholders, who still hold hope or who are still seeking answers. To each their own and why should anyone else care what the other person's personal choice is? Amazing and almost sadly entertaining. But ya know.... I guess, just as amazing to me as I watch these same posters make a FINAL conclusion, as to what happened in this saga, when there are more holes in it than a block of swiss cheese. Amazing to see some posters accept the so called " facts", as "gospel? Do these posters have all the answers to the numerous questions that longs have asked and not received answers to? If yes... how is that so? If no... how can someone make an informed decision/conclusion, when there are so many dangling questions and "Facts" that have been contradictory many times? We have been forced into this situation not only by the "old team" but also by the "new team", along with the numerous entities/agencies who are paid to protect our interests. All of the above who blatantly refuse to give us the ENTIRE story or answers to our many questions. Truly, hard for me to believe, that there is even 1 shareholder who does not harbor many unanswered questions. But then again..... I guess some people just accept with blind faith?? I guess some people just do not need ALL the answers and are happy with what they are spoon fed?? And, I might add....Spoon fed by agencies and entities who have a lousy track record where credibility is concerned. But again...... to each their own, it is THEIR freedom of choice. Until the 1000 piece puzzle, actually has a 1000 pieces, and forms a total picture, we are left with our own thoughts, theories & opinions. Until then it behooves me, how ANYONE can come to a FINAL conclusion. But .....to be honest with ya .... it is none of my d*mn business... is it?? To each their own....... Single

are there any elements you find surprising about the decisions, such as, speed, overlap, amounts, lack of information about whether the amounts have been paid in the ten day period, and so on?
By: pontiyak 09 Dec 2009, 02:47 AM EST Rating: Msg. 890415 of 890540 (Reply to 890379 by rosencrantz2010) rosen.. at a higher level, than we can attain, its about covering ones azz...., but it would appear that those that operate above us are clearly scared, that we see through their curtains of deciete and corruption.
The decisions are self serving due to the enormity of the corruption.
The speed is dictated by the those who can afford to pay the sums to control the out come, or avoid it altogether. There is substansial overlap as to who is responsible amd who is culpible for the overlying criminality. I can only hope for an amount that equates to our initial investment, however, certain entities need to be punished for far more than that IMHO. We are kept in the dark because our collective voices, if we knew the real truth, would drown out all others. distraction and dis-information keeps us mute.

From Christian Investor Board
seagull:
Disclaimer: This is a RUMOR ... so don't read it if you are going to get upset. Most people don't post what they know because they are accused of variouse things.
KFL, we are hearing from various sources that the extreme pressure being applied to release the funds to CMKXers via the threat of a lawsuit against the SEC has them running around like their pants are on fire. Discovery would bring down the market and put many in the SEC in prison. We can only imagine what would happen if the market goes down.
With all that has happened....... and many believe that the bail out was to give those who could not cover their naked shorts the money to cover. With all the greed involved, they were still reluctant ... or maybe they never planned ... to release the funds?? It's huge as we have heard. Which makes sense considering there are still bashers here after all these years.
When the same story comes from people who are not even involved in CMKX and scattered all over, I cannot help but get excited.
IMO ... it is close. I know some of you are going to scream and yell at me for saying this; however, it could well be the case and we will only know for sure when money is actually in our hands.
I have always thought that we were indeed told what is going on, but since we never got any money or even a packet, we were hesitant to believe any of it assuming everyone was lying to us.
REMEMBER: This is JUST my opinion based on what I have heard. I do not know anything first hand.

I for one could care less about moneys owed us...If it's there, do you really think it's going to be an appreciable amount...more like .0001..maybe you will get back your original amount, which would be great...but is that worth ten years of this #@%$^%$#...I think not...but if we go back to trading and this monster is covered on the open market...THAT..AND ONLY THAT..IMHO..will make this nightmare go away....well they cant send me back to Nam...I should be grateful...

I will say, for certain, that if it wasn't for Rumor Threads like this one, I would have walked away from this stock, as a total loss, years ago. Threads like these keep me interested in our investment and have allowed me to continue to follow this saga, even though it's hardly the Greatest Story Ever Told; just a badly-written piece of non-fiction (or, indeed, fiction). We've been told by so many that the greatest asset in this stock is the Shareholders. Now, while it seems we are all sitting under a tree with hundreds of pigeons who are crapping on us, threads like these have encouraged and helped the shareholders (who still read the boards) to stick together. If we are ever to be used as The Greatest Asset this stock has, well, then, at least there are a few of us left who still have some hope; and while our numbers are fading every day, those tenacious enough (or crazy enough) to still be following this stock -- if called together -- could still very well be a force to be reckoned with. We just need the right person to realize our potential and take advantage of this army. Most of us are so tired and irritated about the way the shareholders have been treated, that given the chance to see this thing come to closure, the last remaining shareholders (who still read the boards) would be an intense, unstoppable, and incredible force.

Jump to msg. # while i can't speak for MY69Z, my sense is he believed this whole thing was being run by the SEC and there wasn't a d*mn thing any of us could do about it. as such, he had decided that he had better things to do than waste his time on the boards (like this one) ####### and moaning about what was happening.
i suspect he felt that it was going to happen, but it would happen when the SEC said so.
that's my hunch based on his old posts.

So much time, energy and money still being spent on this "TOTAL SCAM"... 2 law firms (one prominent) quits general practice and devotes all efforts to this "TOTAL SCAM"... All Alpha Agencies involved from many years back for a "TOTAL SCAM"... One of the top ten law firms puts it all on the line for a "TOTAL SCAM"... AMAzing to me .... maybe im over simplifying again!
