It's confusing, but I didn't think ER was cash in hand. He states money received in Trustees accounts by week end. Are we the Trustees? No, no, no. I'm saying I think ER means cash in TRUSTEES hands, NOT our hands. Which should be by the end of the week. THEN funds will be released TO US "within a very short time after." |

is it possible that Al Hodges is possibly being mislead by people like Chris Story, Mike Cottrell, World Reports, Poof, Clark, Tigerpaw, Sheila, Alan Treffery and/or has lost his mind all together?
i would not put it past the Lawsuit Defendants to be purposely hiring and using World Reports people to get close to Al and feed him extraordinary lies to make him look uncredible in court or to question his mental status.

Sweettime...that's exactly what I thought before I even finished reading the report. This is now connected to all that crap! Assuming Hodges is correct about the $3.87 Trillion. Does that mean that we will get $3.87/2.872 = $1.35 a share? Based on Hodges lawsuit claims of 2.25 Trillion Phantom Shares Plus 622 Billion real shares?
I know Bhollenegg is saying $6 a share. But here read this from Al's lawsuit:
31. During the period of June 1, 2004 through October 28, 2005 a total of 2.25 Trillion “phantom” shares of CMKM Diamonds Inc, was sold into the public market through legitimate brokers, illegitimate brokers and dealers, market makers, hedge funds, ex-clearing transactions and private transactions.
