My very first post!! This is for loganwolverine and squeezebox, and all other negative people on here. If you dont believe than fine that is your right... Start a forum at www.idontbelieveincmkx.com and shut the hell up on this board! I along with other hopefuls are trying to keep a open mind and having to scroll past your BS everyday is getting old. Crawl back under your rock and quit taken up space on our board!! Welcome to the board, but I do believe you just created a shi*storm and remember, everyone is entitled to their own opinion be it positive or negative! |

Lol But I do get your point, I was just hoping some of these people will think before they post With you being Admin how about a section called "I dont believe" Then anyone who doesnt believe can post there and those of us that are hopeful dont have to take the time to read thru to find the good posts. I for one trust Bob Hollenegg - he has been around for years and years on these boards. Who is he? Well, here is a post he made back in '07:

Just say your rubber and im glue etc..... LOL sure looks like my first post made a couple first time posters come out. I agree that everyone has a right to an opinion. But if you reread my edit on my second post, i may have the anwser. Admin could make a section called "I dont Believe" and the naysayers can go to town in there. They get to post there opinions and we wont respond to them, and vice versa in our section. Everyone wins!!!!!!! |

The exact same crap that Hodges just gave us! We are just keeping it real and if you don't like what I post then don't read it! If you read it then and don't like it, don't respond. And if you want to keep your head shoved up your ass then do so but don't make reference to the FACTS that I post that are right in front of you to read for yourself. What makes the most sense? That Al Hodges and the plaintiffs are scamming us? Or that this was a sting that the SEC, etc, tried to sweep under the rug? I choose the latter. Sure Urban may, as some suggest, have "done some stupid things", but I think this whole thing is a lot bigger than him.
For those that doubt, read "The Stand" - Bob H. illuminates the situation and makes a lot of good points, A TON, and it makes a lot more sense than this (the trust fund, etc) being a big scam on us to sell us some stock or whatever.

Given those two limited choices, neither, as there is no substantiation for either one--only subjectivity based on what you see posted in public forums. Even Hodges told everyone he cannot elaborate on several issues. Why is that? Might it be that much of the background substantiation isn't for public consumption? pr |

I am with you squeeze. When I compared together his update with World Reports, it gave me a bad feeling. It's so unreal, that it's not the least bit believable. CMKX had no revenues, and no documented minerals. All fabricated rumors. But..this .0001 stock is now magically worth $6. Yea, sure. And more than 75% of the worlds money is in a secret account stolen by the gvmt. The only reason most of us doubters are even still here is because the lawsuit hasn't been dismissed.....yet. But July isn't over. The lawsuit sadly is the only document in this whole thing. The SEC hasn't even responded back to Hodges and yet, there's money coming by tomorrow. I really wish this fairy tale was true, but if I believe this, I might as well put out an Easter Basket for me next to my kids' next year. Tommorrow will come and go with no word, and no update. Then by Monday, the new rumor on the delay will arise. And BOOM....the saga will continue.  You speak as though you have some inside information that substantiates your stated opinion. Where does it say "money comes tomorrow"? Can you provide a link? Never mind, its a rhetorical question. You can't provide substantive credible support for these positions. It's your opinion and it screams as such. You simply neglected to include the IMO to make it clear to anyone who might trip and think there is something worth noting here. pr |

Anticipation! It's like religion and politics all over again. The two can never ride in the same cart. Naysayers if you still believe the shareholders are being scammed then that is fine you are entitled to your opinions. But why post to a board that is in favor of and believes in what the company is doing (and those that believe are looking for a ROI). Afterall that is what many are here for (an opportunity for CMKX to turnaround). You might say that you are here because the company did you wrong and you are seeking retribution. That kind of attitude is wreckless and infectious on a board whose primary agenda is to unite shareholders that believe in CMKX and current management and whoever else might be involved. While you can or might present opportunities to share with the rest of us what you see or have heard or read. There is no reason to get twisted because the believers cannot or will not see your side. I would imagine that this is because of the differences of opinions between the two types. You may just get your chance someday to say, see I told all of you so, but you just didn't want to listen to me. Ah, the sweet taste of revenge. Even then, I doubt any of us would want to hear it.  |
