Does no one else here see the direct link to the same stuff from Casper, Story, Poof and the rest of them. This is the same stuff! Leo Wanta and all the money he got out of Russia? Come on guys pay attention. Many of you know what I'm talking about! I hope it's all true but it just got a little further fetched for me! How do you know that C. Story and World Reports ain't getting their Cmkm information from Al himself? |

Deliveries imminent, called back by the corrupt, back out, chineese, Queen, it's all there. Hodges update either just gave all that crap a lot of credibility or the whole thing just turned to crap! |

We have set forth in the complaint what the shareholders are entitled to receive; compromise is not anything that the shareholders want, desire, or would tolerate or accept.
Davesaint - "entitled to receive" I love this statement. This tells me that Al has real proof. I read the part about how shareholders will not compromise on the payouts. My wife doesn't understand why. I told her because the agreements were made a long time ago and the agreements are binding contracts. Also the funds were paid into the trust so the money is there. There is no need or reason to compromise. Like Al states, "we are entitled"
"that the “work” remaining to be finished will not consume more hours than can be accomplished within one day"
Davesaint - I assume the above statement means that 99% of Al's work is done. Sounds like 2 more hours on the CMKX side. Just waiting for ER. Does anyone think it means something else?
"The current schedule based on advice" I received this afternoon is that it should all be finished, with funds in the Trustee’s hands, by week’s end.
Davesaint - "Based on Advice" , in my opinion this statement is worded kind of funky. "Advice" is the funky part. Al says "advice" instead of using another word. Any thoughts?
