My very first post!! This is for loganwolverine and squeezebox, and all other negative people on here. If you dont believe than fine that is your right... Start a forum at www.idontbelieveincmkx.com and shut the hell up on this board! I along with other hopefuls are trying to keep a open mind and having to scroll past your BS everyday is getting old. Crawl back under your rock and quit taken up space on our board!! Hey amg or whoever you are with your first post...it is obvious you are too stupid to make the connection and understand what just happened here. I have been reading the same crap for 6-8 years. The exact same crap that Hodges just gave us! We are just keeping it real and if you don't like what I post then don't read it! If you read it then and don't like it, don't respond. And if you want to keep your head shoved up your ass then do so but don't make reference to the FACTS that I post that are right in front of you to read for yourself. I have provided the links to prove the connection between Hodges and the same old World reports bull shi*! LOL, You f'ing idiot. Anticipation! It's like religion and politics all over again. The two can never ride in the same cart. Naysayers if you still believe the shareholders are being scammed then that is fine you are entitled to your opinions. But why post to a board that is in favor of and believes in what the company is doing (and those that believe are looking for a ROI). Afterall that is what many are here for (an opportunity for CMKX to turnaround). You might say that you are here because the company did you wrong and you are seeking retribution. That kind of attitude is wreckless and infectious on a board whose primary agenda is to unite shareholders that believe in CMKX and current management and whoever else might be involved. While you can or might present opportunities to share with the rest of us what you see or have heard or read. There is no reason to get twisted because the believers cannot or will not see your side. I would imagine that this is because of the differences of opinions between the two types. You may just get your chance someday to say, see I told all of you so, but you just didn't want to listen to me. Ah, the sweet taste of revenge. Even then, I doubt any of us would want to hear it. I agree.. that its silly to spend the time (really waste the time) to vent over and over again.. when we are really all in the same boat (frustrated shareholders and all).. and IF you own shares it would be nice to support each other until we find out the truth once and for all.. If someone is THAT fed up.. then I would reccommend just watching from the cheap seats.. and if you keep being disappointed.. then just walk away.. don't put yourself through the grief. Some people might remember me from years back.. I use to be an Admin who spent a lot of time on the boards.. but I finally got burnt out.. I am now just revisiting everything.. mainly because of the hope that something is real here.. If it turns out to be untrue.. then I will go back to lurk mode.. and will be dissapointed for everyone (including myself).. but will continue to hope that something works out in the end.. remember.. we are all in this together.. and for the few of those who are really bashers.. or for the few who are really out to do harm  lol dd |

To not swallow a post hook line and sinker doesnt mean your a basher. If your a shareholder your not a basher.
I see 3 possibilities:
1.) Hodges is crazy or a dope smoker.
2.) Hodges is being pumped lies by officials to make any further action ...ie (class action) to look like a 3 ring circus with a kook at the helm.
or
3.) Hodges is being fed acurate information by some one in official charge and its just a matter of time for great news to unfold.
I personaly hope its 3.

I don't think Hodges would ruin a good career and ruin his law firm. .. Unless he was crazy....And I don't think he is. I kind of doubt he would just run his mouth and risk bein the fool over unfounded rumors either. I dont think Robert Mahue or Roger Glenn would ruin their reputations either. I am growing in my renewed optimism. #3 is looking better by the minute.

Tyler provides no comment about the matter. i asked bill back in january right after hodges filed his suit if the company had any comment. he replied that neither he nor the company would be making any comments on the hodges matter. they had their own lawsuits to attend to. i'm paraphrasing of course...i'll have to try and find that email. i'm sure i still have it somewhere. |
