Interesting thought... works well with: "Economic Receipt occurs when all trustees have access to all of the funds they are responsible for." and "This means that the “work” remaining to be finished will not consume more hours than can be accomplished within one day. So, in my head, here is how I see it was played out 2 weeks ago.. Al gets the phone call from the trustee saying “we have received access to your funds. Now we are only waiting on one more trustee to receive access to other funds (not tied to cmkx). Once that trustee has access, then everyone will receive economic receipt.” Al then updates the plaintiffs and of course they are all thrilled and post their excitement. Like others have asked...It would be nice to know who got arrested and why. Also, who are the others that are in this with us? It would be nice to hear what they are saying about the release!

I have no information of how the funds will be released. In the update from Attorney Hodges, he states, "This means that the “work” remaining to be finished will not consume more hours than can be accomplished within one day." and "That will be in the very near future in my opinion; the current schedule based on advice I received this afternoon is that it should all be finished, with funds in the Trustee’s hands, by week’s end." Many mentioned in WR have had money not released for decades, so it seems pretty far fetched. You have said in the past you do not subscribe to the world reports. 1.Is there anything you can say that could comfort those loyal shareholders that worry about this being another conspiracy? 2. If we are paid, can you possibly tell us how it would be done? Through the new transfer agent?In your opinion of course. Thank you for all that you and Hodges have done. Transfer Agents do NOT make payments to shareholders in any shape or fashion. It is of my opinion that our funds will come from the United States Treasury. It is of my opinion that is where the funds have been since they were collected . All In My Opinion

As I got my ass chewed several weeks ago for posting on the topic, the TA has nothing to do with getting paid. A TA account does not matter. They even say that it doesn't matter if they have your share count wrong, your certed shares are accounted for. |

If this is all true I can't wait to start giving away my money to family and Christian charities,,God Bless good, a philanthopist! i'm sure there are a lot of those in our midsts. stay grounded, though. it isn't a done deal till the money's in the ol' bank account. i've always said if i became rich where i didn't have to work, i'd do a lot of volunteer work, like help build houses for habitat for humanity and stuff like that. imagine what better communities we'll have if 40,000+ people who want to help others suddenly became wealthy and able to help in so many ways...! that's one of the main reasons i hope this actually pans out...well, that and i don't want to have to work for someone else or worry about money anymore! |
