Don't fret, this is something that happened years ago. We all already have an idea about what happened. It's not new money lost, but the prospect of the company returning to trading and adding value to the company (perhaps even much value). While there are other things in place right now and it sounds good and promising (Al Hodges/ Tyler). If there is anything I've learned it is to take everything with a grain of salt until proved otherwise where this company is concerned. It does look like things are finally moving forward though (indictments, awards, ta, etc).

Attorney's are usually not confident because roadblocks and delays are constantly erected in all legal battles. Al seemed pretty confident. Any sane attorney would not go on a limb like that. Is Al insane? Maybe. I'm guessing (just a hunch) that the CMKX trustee already has control of the funds and but there are some trustees do not have control of the funds yet.

We have a much better chance of CMKX trading again and making good money that way than this settlement. Show me the 18 arrests. Name 1 person. I should be able to call where they are so I can send them harmonicas. They must have attnorneys. This would be in the news. It's huge. But yet, there are some here than would like you to believe that it's being covered up for some reason just like why every news network in the world in banned from releasing this. No one will run this story because they don't want to lose their job for running BS.
WHo gave Hodges "advice" that money is coming. Why couldn't he just tell us? Let me guess, it would delay payment again. I can't believe I got sucked into this bs again after all these years. And what's worse, I told others about it and got them pumped up...All for another let down. Pretty sad what you will do when you want something so bad. THis is just an emotional rollercoaster filled with lies and deceit. A d*mn shame.

wow there's sure alot of negativity out there after this extremely positive update. We are closer than we have ever been and I am very excited at the potential of closure. Hey if we get nothing, so be it. If we get .10 .50 1.00 6.00 I will be ecstatic. Many posters on these boards are have zero credibility and post BS. I will go by what official information Hodges releases only.

$3.87 trillion is sitting in a fund and the media
hasn't noticed? Not one radio show interested,
not even alternative media , such as Patrick Timpone,
Alex Jones, Red Ice, etc?
Not even a web page devoted to the topic other than
Chritopher Story's vague references?
I have been kidding myself hoping that this is all true,
but $6 a share and $3.87 trillion is just not real enough
to me. There would be some media, at least some internet
media, but there is nothing but worldreports and paltalk.
I will not hype myself up about this. imo, this likely is all a
diversion of some kind.
All this talk of how Al Hodges will be putting his credibility and
prestige on the line, etc. Who tf is 'Al Hodges'? I mean really.
Do we know if Al Hodges even exists as is
purported? Or is it because all five moderators insist that he

WOW.. what happened here.. after reading the last couple of posts.. i feel deflated.. like totally done. Any hope or excitement i have been carrying is replaced with depression and doubts.. i want to believe and still hope but reading all this just shot whatever hope i had.. was it the $6 / share by BH that did it or was it AH $42Trillion dollar? im sad It's the fact that Hodges linked us in with the BS that has been going around for years. He may be onto something but I have my doubts. 42 trillion is just rediculous! For someone to try and make me think I have 200 million coming to me is just rediculous. The one thing I didn't want to see happened along with his link to the world reports crap pretty much takes any faith I had in him or anyone else around here and flushes it with the huge CMKX/Hodges crap I just took! |

I am with you squeeze. When I compared together his update with World Reports, it gave me a bad feeling. It's so unreal, that it's not the least bit believable. CMKX had no revenues, and no documented minerals. All fabricated rumors. But..this .0001 stock is now magically worth $6. Yea, sure. And more than 75% of the worlds money is in a secret account stolen by the gvmt. The only reason most of us doubters are even still here is because the lawsuit hasn't been dismissed.....yet. But July isn't over. The lawsuit sadly is the only document in this whole thing. The SEC hasn't even responded back to Hodges and yet, there's money coming by tomorrow. I really wish this fairy tale was true, but if I believe this, I might as well put out an Easter Basket for me next to my kids' next year. Tommorrow will come and go with no word, and no update. Then by Monday, the new rumor on the delay will arise. And BOOM....the saga will continue.  |

Start a forum at www.idontbelieveincmkx.com and shut the hell up on this board! I along with other hopefuls are trying to keep a open mind and having to scroll past your BS everyday is getting old.
