The Paymaster is Lindell Bonney, it was mentioned in a previous letter to the White House. This is all speculation on my part; however, it seems that Hodges is relying entirely on the word of the Paymaster. And as we all know, this particular paymaster has been accused in the past of providing excuse after excuse for each delay in the release of funds. It appears that the paymaster is acting as a go between which concerns me. While that very well may be the role of paymaster, I would think that Hodges would want to speak with those calling the shots directly. However, this does confirm the basis for the 'paid this weekend' rumors. I wonder what the excuse will be Tuesday, cause there will be one! IMO Briwadd Briwadd, I would like to put the items you keep addressing to bed once and for all. I do not believe you are sleeping with the enemy. You conveyed you are genuinely concerned and have expressed what most shareholders are currently tossing and turning about on the various forums. Each one of us has a threshold on how much of the information presented is enough to convince us that what we have is a dream come true and not just a reoccurring nightmare. There is a lot at stake for both the opposition and the Shareholders. Please do not underestimate the dangers of releasing detailed information on public forums. The information made public so far is just the tip of the iceberg. The results of releasing detailed information can be either titanic or gigantic depending on the recipient of the information. The strategic advantages we have are the truth, the facts, and the evidence to back up our claims. The disadvantages we have are the ones responsible for the drifting situation the Shareholders experienced over the years, will do whatever they can to obstruct justice including implementing dishonest measures, distorting the facts, and illegally suppressing the evidence. The opposition is desperate and aware they are sailing through treacherous waters and are in survival mode. This is not the time to remove the element of surprise by the releasing detailed information that could allow the opposition to take evasive actions. Attorney Hodges, in his 40 years of law, has the knowledge and the experiences as an attorney, as an arbitrator, and as a judge. Attorney Hodges is quite capable, experienced, and has successfully represented cases as high as The Supreme Court. Those who know Attorney Hodges, worked with Attorney Hodges, and met with Attorney Hodges, have expressed that Attorney Hodges is a brilliant Attorney, another Perry Mason. My experience in communicating with Attorney Hodges, he is confident, determined, and an astute individual. Those who feel the need to express what Attorney Hodges should do and not do, need to realize and accept the fact that Attorney Hodges is quite capable, has the proof and the evidence to pursue the release of the funds. Attorney Hodges stated, “We will prevail”…and we will! Those who question the existence of the funds or how the government can pay the $3.87 Trillion amount, please understand the funds are there and ready for release as evident in the following statements released to the public by Attorney Hodges… Interview… “We are not asking the government to pay us $3.87 trillion, what we’re asking is for them to release the funds that have been collected for us.” (1) Letter to The President… “• This morning he was advised by “both sides” that each desired this matter to be concluded as soon as possible and that he should be available to enter the bank to consummate the transfers.” (2) “• AS OF 6:00 P, EDT, THE PAYMASTER AUTHORITY PERSONALLY ADVISED ME THAT YOU PERSONALLY, MR. PRESIDENT, WANTED AND HAD DIRECTED THAT THESE FUNDS BE HELD THROUGHOUT THE COMING HOLIDAY WEEKEND.” (2) “• I have previously been advised that you had given specific written authorization of these transfers and confirmed the same verbally just this week.” (2) These are the facts. Those who are trying to discredit the information, twist the information, and attack the ones involved in releasing the funds to the Shareholders cannot and will not change the facts presented and the fact that Attorney Hodges and the Shareholders Will Prevail! Thank you, BHollenegg REFERENCES (1) cromalternativemoney.org/index.php/en/media/news/cmkm-diamonds-and-the-387-trillion-lawsuit-you-didnt-hear-about-.html (2) cmkxunofficial.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=mofo&action=display&thread=5562Mr. B Hollenegg My question is....What percentage are the CMKX shareholders expecting from the 3.87 trillion $...I feel that it's a simple question that each and everyone is alluding. I don't see how a percentage amount "say 10%" is a hard question to answer....since 1% of the ER could be the amount chalked for CMKX which is 38.7 billion $

The $3.87 Trillion USD is just CMKX and taxes have already been paid on it.

Wow, I think some of you on here are just plain stupid. Most everything some of you are asking has been told over and over again. When bhollenegg talks I listen. Everything will be alright if everyone will just give it more time. I,ve been here longer than alot of you I,m sure, I just don,t ever post. I sit back and listen to some of you cry about everything. I was at the shareholders meeting in Vegas, and have been to some of the races and even talked to Mr. C in the pits. This will come out good for us all if we just sit back and let it happen. I could care less if this makes some of you mad, I just can,t stand to see how some people on this board are acting. You or I have not paid anything to A.H. so what makes you think he needs to tell us anything. If I was him i would be sorry that some of these people are going to get money from his hard work, after some of the things that people say about him. imo, eracer19

Bob believes this all to be true. He is credible and has an Attorney with pleanty of notches under his belt. I understand this has dragged out long enough but give them some credit. I think that everytime someone complains its like a slap in the face to Bob and Al. Hopefully they will get it done in the next few weeks so everyone will be happy. good luck makersmark

How much more can we seriosly take on this? At this point i would honestly prefer for AH to put out all the information and yell from the hill top and put the crooks in jail even if it meant that we didn't get paid. If they are not going to pay us them screw them! Doing that will likely get you neither.

Back in 2004 when my wife and I went to the shareholders meeding in Vegas, there were so many people there that we did not have any place to sit. So we just stood up, well we thought that my wife was getting the flu because she was so tired the whole trip and when we got home she went to the Dr. and we found out that she had cancer. To make a long story short she died three months later. So our dreams of CMKX were over for me. I spent the next few years in a fog, not even thinking about this stock. Untill a friend of mine that I turned on to CMKX told me about what is going on. So now i,m on here everyday hoping that this thing pans out for all of us. I just wish more of us on here would not be so down on each other and be more thankful to those that are doing there best to help change our lives for the better. No matter what comes of this now my wife and I won,t get to enjoy it, but my kids and my sibs sure will. I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Eracer19, I don't post very often either, but felt compelled to express my sorrow at the loss of your wife. I too, was at the Vegas party as well as other family members. My Dad was among them. He was sick at the time (emphysema) and insisted on going anyway. I'm glad to say he had a good time, even though he paid a price and ended up in the hospital there in Vegas (he lived in Florida so this was a difficult situation at best). He passed away in 2005. He had such high hopes for this stock; I'm sad that he won't be here for the end, but know that he is watching from above and will be rejoicing for all of us. I'm sure the same goes for your wife - she will want you and your family to make the most of it. adiosbay Back in 2004 when my wife and I went to the shareholders meeding in Vegas, there were so many people there that we did not have any place to sit.
