Does anyone know the timeline for this motion to dismiss? Does Al need to have a response in before a certain date so that the judge can make a decision on the motion? I am assuming that something will shake out of the motion. The judge has to approve or deny this motion at some point so that parties could prep for court in July if required. Hoping that we do not have to wait that long Hurricane Mr. Hodges has 20 days from the date the Motion was filed to respond. The July 19 date will be where each side will argue their positions.

and that 20 days is up when Filed 05/28/10. Without looking at the CA statutes, it is either 20 calendar days or 20 business days. That puts it at either June 17, 2010 or June 25, 2010 if he chooses to file a response.
